Unprofessional staff. They kept standing in a group and talking to each other . The cash register was vacant. I had to try multiple times to get their attention for billing . They clearly looked down on customers and made comments.

In the staff , aanchal was very sweet to me. She catered to my requirements and helped me select my outfit. She was very dedicated to her work and is very humble.

Always overcrowded.They have to open show rooms which they closed before COVID. The rush during sale is insane as if only they are selling clothes in the city.Clothes are overated.

They offer exclusive variety and only brand served here.
This showroom has got exclusive and variety of options from the range of Zara.
Specially ladies and women section has well organized and displayed properly in hanger to choose with.

They have cashcounter where they accept the cash credit card and even netbaking options available for payment.
The do have change/trial room for checking the fittings the dresses here before purchasing.
Staff are friendly in nature and help you to choose the right products as per your choice.

Excellent store for women's casual cloths and accessories. Favorite destination. During sales periods, there is long que for billing. Good thing is that you can return the article and get your money back.

This is such a worst place to buy products, just today itself I bought a monkey and giraffe statue and the price tag written on it was different, and on the bill too it was different. The price I asked from salesperson was also different. So , it should be corrected keep persons who know about tag and also tags should be correct. it should be reported to the authorities

Worst experience. Don't go there for shopping I have purchase jockey underwear and i have a size issue we have purchase 2 underwear and I have going there just for exchange 1 underwear as we not conformable for this.. and they ask we cannot replace undergarments and no one ask to me when we purchase this.. seriously latterly harassment in life style.. no one hiring experience sales man.. and there are one sales man LOKESH this man was not good because his language is very rudely how to talk to customer..

Worst experience. They don’t even know that the magnetic tag needs to be removed from items. I had to come back specially for this on my own expense. The packing of clothes at the check out counter was pathetic, all clothes were packed in crumbled condition, not even folded properly. Shows all the signs of carelessness and insensitivity towards customers. Please improve, lifestyle. Not expected from a chain like you.

Maybelline staff is not at all professional. When u get such staff in front of u who is watching here and there continuously communicating in sign language with other staff that’s absolutely not acceptable. As there’s many other brands selling things. Hopefully last visit in lifestyle. Would recommend others to avoid buying maybelline stuff from here.

All the clothes I was exchanging were with original tags and stickers but the lady was not ready to listen and just gave me an email address to write my concern what a shame for an international brand to have such managers

I bought these shoes from Zara aprox 4000rs but within 30 days the leather of the shoes came out i am astonished to face this nd they even not returning them or exchanging....

Allen Solly at Elante Mall sells fake article then when you come with the product, the salesperson recognises the product and is but the owner refuses to take responsibility that they are selling fake products to their customers. Pathetic customer service. Please don’t be fooled with their fake products.

It's big store in Elante Mall. Available good collection for men's. This is a Japanese brand suddenly famous in India. They have wide variety clothes options for all age group. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance available here.

While the brand may have choice and selection available, the store is manned by some real rude staff. The staff will rarely assist and even if they do, it is marked with deep disregard and rude tone. I think that having customers who are willing to come to store and buy is not what they want. The staff speaks very rudely which came as a rude shock even though we were ready to spend....

I request all of you please be aware of fraud done by UNIQLO INDIA online. They are big scam as I have order two sets of fleece and got only one set when I complaint about this they come with a solution that we are not responsible. I request to you to please prefer another brand rather than UNIQLO. Really bad experience till now. Female Staff (specially the one on the billing counter) needs some training in customer service and listening skills. Having an arrogant and superior air around customers is just not acceptable! Muskan is a very sweet girl though! The first star for her and the second for the variety!

Everything is amazing about Uniqlo as always. But…. It’s so suffocating inside. They didn’t have rahe air conditioning on. I wonder how do the employees work there all day. It’s very unhealthy. Please work on it.

Customer service was excellent and gave me time to browse. I much prefer this to having an associate bring me her choice of dresses. I also had time to try on my favorites a second time to help narrow it down to "the one"! And the staff were awesome. The quality was unmatched and you treated us like gold. They have amazing range of clothes and accessories for adults as well as kids. Most of the clothes are of my type, plain and are available in pastel kind of colours. Loved visiting Uniqlo and am gonna definitely buy some stuff next month.

They have good stuff and the prices are also reasonable, but, you don't feel like buying stuff from a reputed store. Whenever I visit Zara at the Elante Mall, I get a feeling of visiting a very unorganised place, most of the times, the clothes and hangers are lying on the floor. There is always a long queue to try clothes, and the worst part is billing! Despite of the fact that they have huge footfall, they have limited number of working billing counters, the reason there is always a very long queue to pay and get your stuff. Also, at the time of sale, I have seen a heap of clothes lying over the display counters, which not only look awful but also give you a feeling like you are buying clothes from a flee market. I would strongly suggest the management team to look into this and make the buying experience better.

Lacoste Store Near Me in Chandigarh: Very good collection of latest designs with 50% Sale on old stock. All sizes were available. Very helpful and courteous staff. Store is very well maintained and clean. Interior design is beautiful .. nicely decorated...Quality of the T-shirts shirts are very fine... Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance available here. Overall a must visit Lacoste store for shopping in Elante Mall Chandigarh.

Recently i purchased t-shirt from lacoste and after few days t-shirt got defected and i visited the store for further details and they gave me one month waiting period for the t-shirt it’s not a good lacoste is a very luxurious brand but they do these kind of things bad experience

Zara is my favorite outlet to shop the latest and trending outfit. Yes it is quite expensive but overall the quality is good and it is the one of the best designer outfit store to shop from. They've long and short dresses, crop tops, palazzo pants, skirts and formal outfits too. They offer other accessories and shoes and sandals too. It is the most visited store in the elante mall. You have to wait in a queue for trying the outfits in trial room. Otherwise its a good store.

Collection is decent but the salespeople are arrogant. The customers who are serious about purchasing shouldn’t visit. They expect you to come after them “please show us” In times like this if they behave in such a manner, they are headed for doom. Might as well visit stores like Lacoste, GANT, etc.

Products are undersized and the proper sizes aren't available. I was to get any product under a fixed price now when I selected a product, they argue to choose another product. Every other salesman says something different about the product.
There's no option to give 0 stars, they absolutely deserve 0 stars.

Have been shopping from this store since long & never had any bad experience. Recently, purchased a Wallet worth ₹3500, it's been less than a month & it's color has started fading away & it's already scrapped from the sides. It's not that it's for free or very cheap. For ₹3500, I expect a good quality which I think is fair. I'm highly disappointed. Not visiting the store for wallets again.
