It is in sector 17 Chandigarh. The place outside has lot of parking 🅿️ space. The showroom is big , spacious and under a roof many varieties are available.

The store manager Devanshu is very incapable does not resolve any issues with the expensive clothings bought from the store. As per him if 30 days have expired and there is a manufacturing defect in the clothes or the clothes come out to be of poor quality, the company has no solution for it.
I had bought a suit what is Rs.20,000, the trouser got a lint over it after usage of two times only.
Last year also I had bought a shirt and the colours on the button of the shirt got discoloured, even at that time there was no resolution.
Now onwards I am not going to purchase the products of blackberry as the quality has gone down drastically.

The store is very well maintained, staff are very cooperative and Mr Pankaj helped me a lot in my shopping and very knowledgeable.

Today we visit this store as we got some good items last time from here. But today the attended in sale section sales girls don’t have any manners. Actually, we are looking for jogger and hoodie sets for winterwear from any brand like H&M, Clovie, Puma, Nyked by Nykaa, Laabha etc. A they have multibrand shop. When we ask her to suggest some stuff like that, then she told us there are no products in the market that you are looking for. We surprise by her behavior and way of talking. Her tone seems like why have you come here, take it from where you see and as far as I know, such types of products are not available in the market from any brands.
Everybody knows such type stuff easily we can find any multi-brand shop or online. Poor Girl. Please hire some vast knowledge salesmen rather than duffer.

The experience is so disappointing which forced me to put the real and genuine review about the place. Since, I don't want anyone to spend their money as well as joy of shopping into such kind of low quality store. Alongwith their poor customer services, products are of low quality. They usually sell repaired and quality rejected clothes, afterwards they do not consider to even listen to their customers...
