If there was a negative star i would go with that . This lady sarah need to learn etiquettes ridiculous.. way deals with costumers and tone need to train staff counting tills even when costumers are in and then refusing the payment method 15 mintutes before like what costumers are still in shooping and its not even 7 yet. What are you going to do after 7 the time which is given for cleaning and closing tills.
I visited store today the Girl at cash, don’t know how to speak with customers, kindly teach your members some customers service etiquette’s. Very Bad experience of shopping.
I had a great experience at Winners during my recent visit. The store was well-organized, and it was incredibly easy to find what I was looking for. The aisles were neat, clearly labeled, and everything seemed to be in its proper place. There were plenty of signs guiding me to the right sections, which made my shopping trip smooth and efficient.
The staff were approachable. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free shopping experience!

I saw on the customer reviews and same happen to me. Their is lady who might dont want to work or might be having bad day at the work is came from the back telling me to not the touch the clothing i got suprised by her behaviour. I told her that i want to talk their manager she told she is in the front you can go an talk to her i am not going to call her for you and then she making absured remarks on me while she is talking to her collogue.
I dont know how seriousely they take these reviews but i am sure they have lost few of their clients. I dont know how they do their recuritment which bring bad name to the brand.
I talked to manger a lady named nazia she told me she will talk to her associate and her associate is misbehaving with me in front of her. They should learn from other stores how to operate or try to train their employees.

Very rude store sssociates always does racist comments. The manager is not at all concerned with the customer's concerns. It's one of the worst Winner's store. Will stop going to any Winners just because the experience with this store.
I visited guess store today and didn’t buy anything. I used to love guess for its purses but have observed that the purses have became tacky and tacky day by day huge logos and not anymore a luxury style . Half of the products are very poor quality and look like fake stuff. I have seen this in almost 3 stores . The purses feel like plastic.

Was in last week was looking at a cross body bag. Didn't buy it last week. Just went back this week to buy it and they sold out in the black I was looking for. Csr rep located one and ordered it for me. Great service. Went out of her way .
I had a good shopping experience at this location, especially with the help of Elena cashing me out. She was very nice, knowledgeable & folded my clothes perfectly.
I just visited the place , like the place and the clothes honestly but the girl working there at that time for assistance was very rude to us and she did not reply when we ask for help regarding size . If she dont want to reply properly then why she is working for assistance.

Poor customer care because some of store associates are kind of rude no smile as if i came and ask for free. They do not like even touch clothes.They do not know how to smile at there customers. horrible place

Visited Guess at Great Lake today. Loved the store, A special mention and thanks to Shivani, who was working at the back but came forward to help us. Her friendly assistance made our shopping experience delightful. I appreciate the outstanding service at Guess.

Today I experienced great customer service. Employee Ryan even too the time to use a lint roller to make the merchandise more I purchased better. I appreciate the small things and he did what appeared natural.
NO WIFI. Almost the exact same as Winners. I do not see a difference 😂 why are these beside each other. Well same prices too! Lots of parking. Friendly service. Good deals! Always come here. Just to look! Great Christmas gifts.
If I could give them minus stars I would have given -5. 15 minutes before closing they tell anyone waking in the store that only walk in if you are buying. Well, obviously we will buy if we see and like something. So unprofessional. If you are so much in hurry to pack your bags and sign off for the day then you should not be in customer service.
Terrible customer service. Typical of Brampton stores in general. Please train your staff to greet instead of focusing on personal conversations with a colleague. Left feeling quite annoyed. Not worth spending my money there any longer.
I'm so sorry to say that but there was a girl *NAVLEEN* she was so rude and unprofessional. she was yelling at us just because me and my friend tried 3-4 clothes at one time an dwe didn't hanged our clothes by their sizes on hangers . and she was looking at us very badly . there was a white lady and she was talking to her very politely. IDK why she did with us just beca we are brown. I think this store needs hire new staff.

One of the better Winners store. Good selection of children cloths. ( more for the girls) lots of people in the store but check out was fast. Will return.

Very good store with great quality products at good prices. Huge selection of many products. Well organized and easy to locate items. Very clean and well maintained. Home decor and kitchen essentials selection is very good. Some very unique products that can not be bought elsewhere.
Not satisfied with the quality of product and their response on my request . I brought this purse 2 months back . And it’s could get faded. I went to store girl who was assistant manger May be name Shivani. Refuse to change it and asked me to call support.

I’ve been to this store twice before, never much of a selection but this is the first time I’ve been completely ignored. Not even a “hello” “welcome” “check out our sale selection” nothing! I roamed the infant section (which was a hot mess!) for a good 5 minutes, directly across from 3 male store associates and not one person asked me if I needed help looking for anything. I moved to another section where there was a female associate, she looked at me and continued on with her task. She then comes over to the infant section where I went back to, with one of the males and asked him to straighten it up because it was a mess. Even then, STILL NOTHING. I put everything back and left. I suggest reviewing customer service and etiquette in your next training because this was a very disappointing experience.
Message from Visitor.i have just come from your trinity common outlet. I bought track jacket and pants for my child. This is the first time I got something from the store. I normally do not buy anything from roots but my child insisted to buy stuff from there. My experience in the store was horrible. There’s one average build white girl and she was extremely rude. My bill was $100.80 cents and I told her that I do not .80 cents on me and before I could continue she bluntly said that she will not pay for it. I never asked her to pay for it. I told her that I have another $100 bill on me and she needs to provide change. She then said that we do not provide change and I have to go to metro to get one. Then I settled the transaction with my credit card. My suggestion to you the outlet is that you must educate the staff to be polite and listen to the customer to speak and finish . There’s no place for such unpleasant staff in the outlet . Can the store manager reach out to me. I need to report this matter to head office.
Definitely not as per the standards of Guess store or factory outlets that you may come across in the states.
