What a great store and staff. On the day before Christmas Eve, I was looking for some very specific items. The incredibly professional staff members here were beyond accommodating.
I visited several other well known brands in the Tanger Outlets and this experience was far superior to any of the others. They were so great that I went back for a second visit and bought even more. A special thank you to the kind associate who took the time to find the sizes I needed. You made my holiday.

Had the BEST experience with Brad and Carlyse. Very professional and Brad made sure everyone in the store was having a good experience. I even heard him say to another employee that she was doing a great job today !

We went fairly late in the evening, 8 or so on a week day. The whole outlet was pretty quiet. Almost had the whole store to ourselves. The staff was friendly but kept to themselves for the most part. I'm guessing because they were closing down for the evening. The men's section had several things on sale for decent prices. This store also had a good variety of things compared to other Old Navy's I've been to.
Sizes are limited maybe 2XL being the largest but altogether a great place to find a date night or clubbing outfit.

Absolutely horrible customer service! No interaction (greeting, helpfulness, acknowledgment), one associate was working on a section of shirts that had the size we needed, but did not move out of the way even as we stood beside her. The manager should send his/her staff around the corner to the Calvin Klein shop to see how great customer service is put into practice.
The store is pretty good. There's 50% to 70% off on the entire store. It's worth a visit.
Fantastic store, with a great selection, and great prices. They were super busy and had plenty of staff on hand to efficiently handle everyone. The store was highly organized, and despite the crowd they were contending with, their staff kept everything folded and hung beautifully. The various specials displays were clearly marked, and easily identifiable in regards to the garments they pertained to. Old Navy stores, in my opinion, have one of the best brick and mortar presences out there, and this one in particular could easily be the flagship. I worked retail for years, and can appreciate when it is done efficiently. The moral, and attitudes of the employees were very up beat and positive, which puts off a very good vibe throughout the store. My hat is off to the management team, and the rest of their crew for providing an awesome shopping experience.
Honestly, not a great experience. This store was full but there wasn't actually much variety if that makes sense. Not a single employee said hello. They stayed on task and didn't acknowledge. I mean I passed the same people over and over as I was in the store probably 45 min or longer. I helped myself to a fitting room though there was an employee standing near but didn't say a word to me. It starts at the top, maybe they need new leadership. A lot of places are short staffed, that doesn't excuse poor customer service, especially in this case where there were several employees and none moving a decent pace. Oh well, I'll order online if I want something.

I really like Old Navy and mostly reasonable but it's not my favorite place to shop. The store is always packed with merchandise but it'd messy and sometimes hard to find things because of the excess and disorder. I still go there but it's never a relaxing experience for me.
Went in to pick up men's jeans they had on sale. Found the pieces I needed, then got to the cashier to find they wouldn't match the online price. I can order online, get free shipping and save money but wanted to shop brick and mortar. There's no reason they shouldn't match the bottom line prices online. What a frustrating experience of corporate America....

This store is geared toward tourists. The staff is condescending and rude to anyone that doesn't fit their profile of who they think should be shopping there. I stopped in to buy some clothes for my kids and I was told by the checkout person to wait for another person while she stood around on her phone. Someday they will realize that teenagers get money from their parents and without our support our kids won't be allowed to spend money here.

They have the best sales, especially for men. It's definitely worth the time and effort to go there.
Wonderful staff. Very helpful. Kayla and Jessica went over and beyond helping me finding all new clothes. The nicest girls and nothing was to much for them. This was my first time shopping at Express. I definitely will be back! Thank you, girls❤
This place was beyond amazing!!! I had gone about a week or so ago because I had accidentally washed a sharpie with my jeans that I needed for work so I rushed to the store and got there about 8:47, I felt so awful, but the staff was beyond helpful and told me to take my time! They didn’t rush me out or anything and even brought me other sizes in jeans after they had closed just so I could get the pair I wanted! I’m not sure of their names honestly, but it was a guy with braces who talked to me on the phone and even helped with directions to the store at the outlets! The service I got was beyond perfect and I def recommend this place to everyone!
They have a nice selection, but the staff is pretty rude. Two girls were standing at the front as I walked in and you would've thought I was the biggest inconvenience walking in. A bigger blonde girl checked me out and I don't think she could've been any more miserable than she already was.
Great jeans, but not much variety. Their clothes are expensive and targeted to skinny blondes and brunettes. Go to Aerie if you want something comfortable or different.
Rude employees, judgmental and assumed I was not going to buy anything when in reality I spent over 200.00 here. Treated me like I was a lower class less then and made me feel very uncomfortable about my weight as I know I am a size Large and the lady kept handing me size smalls in the dressing room and really made a point that that was "average sizes" went to the rack and they had to sizes XL which was too big for me. Ended up with the L size and M. Terrible customer service and totally rude and sarcastic employees
Amazing staff who go out of the way to accommodate you and your experience; personally, friendly, respectful and considerate. Great sales and deals. 10 out of 10 would go back in a heartbeat. 👌
