There are only a few shops. Looks like Covid closed down a lot in there. Back in 2019 it was way better, now it’s very miserable.
It was a small size convenient plaza. It was within walking distance of the resort we were in.
So dead. Like walking through a ghost town. We were there on Friday evening and you could literally count the people inside the mall . Hope business will pick up soon.
Stopped in to visit the Harley Davidson store , the mall is really really nice and it’s a decent size mall , unfortunately I would say 70% of the stores haven’t opened yet , it must be a new construction or they remodeled the entire mall , I would say In about another 6 months this will be a really cool mall , the food court as of January 23 only had 3 to 4 options and I think only two of them were actually food , behind the mall which is off the main strip there is a parking lot that’s underground , you pay by the hour before you leave so it’s convenient , can’t wait to see how it’s going to look in the future

Food court doesn't have many options. guess places closed due to the pandemic. I love the roof glass design .

3rd world trashy mall. Criminals hang around the mall and paid toilets. Dont bother. Go to the other big mall 1.5km away and no criminals around and free toilets like in 1st world countries.
Air-conditioning saves the day again! I was not terribly impressed with how many shops were closed on a Monday afternoon, but it's understandable - nobody wants to work on Monday.
The food court is well priced and fairly good. They have Subway and some Chinese takeout. I liked the layout of the mall, very unique with the layers and all.

Excellent shopping mall. Very clean and very well maintained. Whilst they're under construction in some of the areas right now, they have kept the construction well-hidden and the main areas of the mall are fully operational and very very clean. I also like that they have clearly visible armed security guards in some of the higher end shops. People are very nice here and very friendly. Ain't tequila Grill Restaurant was excellent and the food was fantastic. I give the shopping mall 5 stars.
I get five stars to the shopping plaza. There are many excellent stores and we did quite a bit of shopping. The prices were very reasonable, and all the store owners and staff were friendly and welcoming. We found lots of traditional items as well as modern-day fun items. We purchased all our souvenirs for our 5 day vacation to the Hotel district of Cancun at this Shopping Plaza.
So this place is more in the city centre out from tourist zone but close to ADEO,and somehow I like it. Shop around, grab some good, and outside theres some cheep and cool shops the way back to ADEO. Not my favorite shopping centre, and there are def better ones, but it has a more local vibe so only check out if you are in the area.
I love wondering about in new places and meeting people. Downtown is not the tourist area but of the people. The shoe stores I never saw so many kind of sandals for the lady's.
(12/2019)I upped my rating this year despite fewer stores. It's been renovated and you get much better deals here than at other malls. It's a more traditional mall than than other malls (I remember going here in 1993 - it was about the only option other than the markets) and it has a grocery store with a good variety of items and prices. The service is better and the people nicer. CHECK PRICES HERE FIRST before going to the other malls.
(12/2017)My favorite part of this mall is the grocery store up stairs. Other than that it's about what you would expect from a mall in Cancun. La Isla is north a short distance and across the street. It has more variety (and obnoxious activities vendors).
