Negativ: Die Damen an der Kasse sind absolut unfreundlich. Man steht in der Schlange. Es gibt kein Schild, dass darauf hinweist, das an der Kasse nur bar gezahlt werden soll. Dann bekommt man ein "Cash or Card" entgegengeschleudert. Bei Card wird auf die Selbstbedienung hingewiesen. Der Hinweis, dass man angestanden hat und das da ein Kartenlesegerät liegt wird ignoriert. Aufs unfreundlichste!

Auch ein Mitarbeiter, aber nett und hilfsbereit. Der Grund für den zweiten Stern.

Get away from purchasing online as far as you could. They sent me wrong product on purpose. (I ordered a navy shirt in size XS, turns out there’s a beige shirt in size M in the package)

I had a great time at this boutique. I arrived with no appointment in the morning and was immediately greeted with warm welcome and smile. I was introduced to my SA Mayumi and she was an absolutely delight.
The entire experience was smooth and Mayumi was very patient and attentive to figure out what I was after and gave great suggestions to what I may like.
During the entire time I never felt rushed but was encouraged to take my time to try on creations and to make my choice at my own pace. I was also offered beverages.
We ended up having a great conversation about Chanel, fashion and travel in general, which also felt natural.
Needless to say, this will be my go to store in Paris from now on and I will for sure be asking for Mayumi for future visits.

Mayumi is very nice, patient, and good at giving advice. Because of her, I had a wonderful shopping experience at Chanel. Next time, CHANEL 19 CAMBON will be my first choice for a purchase.

Ines Le Floch took care of us during our visit and provided a delightful experience. We have been to many Chanel boutiques and Ines is by far the most helpful sales representative. Unlike some sales reps that are “selective” based on customer’s perceived wealth, she patiently answered our questions and is attentive throughout our engagement. We recommend any customers visiting the store to seek her help and guidance on purchasing.
Those shoes were on public display while walking past of it last Wednesday. We went inside and informed the stuff about it. I have to say he was very professional. But another lady went outside to take a look, made a picture and went back in... I would have immediately removed those shoes from display... One said it was maybe the heat... It is May, there is air-condition inside and the shoes were never ever worn before... I don't know if that is about the quality it should be. The stuff was handling it professional, so one star.
I visited this store in April, 2024. Francoise assisted me in buying a pair of Chanel sunglasses. He was polite, courteous and patient. He took time and showed me all available options. I am very happy with my sunglasses and get so many compliments.

Love the shopping experience here. Sales staff was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. She took the time to show me lots of product. My Daughter was offered a beverage and my Husband and I a coffee while we browse.
Standard selection, not as varied as some other locations. However, the opening hours are nonsensical. If the hours posted for closure are 20h, then why are customers being turned away before 19h40? I understand that there are less staff on site later in the day, but if the store is being consistently closed before the official hours then either change your staff schedule or opening hours. Six years after the fact, I just wanted to say thank you to the employee who was patient and kind enough to allow our child to use a washroom that I assume was reserved for employees. We had arrived in Paris for our first ever visit only hours earlier and went out for some groceries when nausea from the long trip suddenly overwhelmed my son and he needed a washroom badly. In spite of the language barrier he took pity on us and guided us to the place. Like the gentleman who noticed how lost we were one day and guided us to our destination by a few words and gestures. Paris has it's share of good and decent people.

Horrible customer service.
The customer service is the worst. They force you to use self checkout and don't give you a receipt for the purchase. I wanted to return an item the next day but they said they couldn't return it because i did not have a receipt (that they did not give me). When i demanded a receipt from the customer service they said they had no access to the info and that they couldn't help me further. After i got angry, another employee stepped in and was magically able to get the receipt in under 5 minutes so I could make the return. It took me 2 hours to get a receipt that needed 5 minutes to obtain. Worst experience.

Staff are helpful and have great service mind. I'm feel appreciate more than other branch. I brought 2 bags and send them to the hotel(in Paris) in 2 hours.It's wonderful!!!
Good selection but annoying staff. In particular the security guard who always checks me for no reason (who also got mad at me today when I showed that I was annoyed by him stopping me and rummaging through my bags) + the woman in the self check out who is rude and a bit aggressive.

Very bad and rude behavior from the responsible staff at the automatic paying machines during the evening of Sunday 19-NOV-2023. They were not helpful at all with us.
Very nice and bright store. I like the assortment. The store seemed well taken care of. However, 5 minutes into the store and an alarm went off. An employee opened a door which set off the alarm, but she couldnt be bothered to shut it off. So we all had to shop with that annoying alarm in the background. The fitting rooms were great, no long lines, clean and with enough space. When i went to the register, i was the first in line but still was immediately directed to the self checkout. I explained that i preferred to checkout at the register since i dont speak french and its easier for me to just use the normal register. This was not an option and i had to use the self checkout. Very weird customer service..

Lovely experience. The staff member who assisted me was able to select the perfect fragrance on her first attempt. Then my husband decided he wanted a new bottle of cologne too, and she chose his perfect scent on the first try too. A very pleasant interaction from beginning to end.
The cashier is the problem.
I was standing at the counter (2023 Sep 20, 7:51 PM) to wait the payment with one hand holding a card. There was only one lane.
The cashier didnt ask any question regarding the payment method. And I was standing there for 20 sec.
I was confused and didnt know what to do.
Since I am living in Vienna I cannot speak French.
Some time later the cashier printed my receipt since I was eagerly rubbing my card on the card reader for 20 sec. Finally the cashier printed my receipt and pointed it with her finger for 0.2 sec.. probably saying "get the receipt"
I figured out she CAN speak by hearing her greeting to next customer.
This was my first supermarket impression in Paris ;-/

Almost same prices as usual shop, I didn’t see the difference
Very patient and helpful staff, I tried on many different sizes, and they were all very accommodating. Also showed me different colors from the back.
Went to buy groceries here 4 times. Whenever I went to the checkout the prices where way higher than the ones shown on the shelves. I even used the small machine near the shelves to check on the prices and they were correct, but then at the checkout it was still higher, in some cases almost doubled! Today is the last day I will ever buy anything from this store.
The staff is so rude, never visiting again.
Closing time is 20:15 not 20:30. If you get after 20:15 you won’t be allowed inside.

One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. We visit Chanel stores all over the world, and I expected the largest store in Paris to have a little more class than this. You have made a mockery of the Chanel brand. You have made the French way of life and the brand so ugly with your behaviour. To the Asian manager, who was so rude and unprofessional. If you worked for me, one day, you would not last. Shame on you and shame on all of you for ruining such a beautiful store.

Suffice to say that I didn't wait for the vendor to finish his sentence.

Unacceptable service, returned an article and never got reimbursed… went back to the store, they told me they’ll call me and never received the call . Very disappointed!
The best Chanel store in Paris. I had a wonderful experience with my fashion advisor, Royce. Royce went above his duty to ensure that our package arrived safely to our hotel and not only that, my girlfriend managed to get her dream bag! Came to the store twice and specially requested for Royce, top notch service from him ! I will surely come back to visit on my next holidays!

This Monoprix is much bigger than the one near the Jasmin metro stop on Rue de la Source. It has stocks for a kitchen pantry and not so much choice for delicacies or ready to make things. Sometimes there are free samples inside the entrance. Some tellers can be (not all) downright rude or preoccupied with a game on their phone. Try to ignore those ones and be pleasant with the nice ones (merci, bonne journée). Don’t get the vegetables in bags such as garlic. Those have a high probability of being rotten. You need to get the price ticket for most vegetables and fruits except those sold by the piece like avocados. The machine is opposite the orange juice squeezer which is wonderful. Ask a few people to replace the oranges if it’s empty and eventually they will but you have to be persistent. If you can get your fruits and veg on Wed or Sat at the farmers market across the street.
Agree with the worst customer service reviews. They made me wait outside when like 3 people were in the store. It was a Wed afternoon no one was there and they clearly like to pretend they need a line for old season merchandise no one wants anymore. I have several pairs of their sunglasses but they had 8 styles in the store and everything was so old. So it was a bust for me.

Worst customer service for a luxury outlet. Asked politely at the counter for a different shoe size. Woman staff looked at me, ignored me before continuing to fold her tissue paper. Will not recommend going in and expecting any service.

Nice supermarket spread over two floors. One of the few ones with English signage around. Good variety of fresh and frozen foods. They have lifts for accessible access as well.

Lors du premier lavage je constate que le pull à rétrécit, déteint alors que celui-ci a été lavé seul . Aucun conseil de lavage ne m'as été donné lors de mon achat . Étant un client fidèle et n'ayant jamais rencontré de problème sur mes autres achats je suis déçu de la qualité du pull .

Weird older woman running the cheese section. After having spotted her watching inside my basket when she approached me, she was more interested in repeating that I can't grab a cheese with my hand, even showing me a sign close by, but it was a small cheese wrapped up in paper that I grabbed to ask the price.
By the way, the roasted chicken is totally bland. It's better and cheaper the one in Auchan supermarket near by.
