From the moment you arrive no one comes to help you, even after a looking around for a while. None of the workers come to help you! I asked one of the group of taller guys for help (in French), he tells me the sizes they have available and when I go to ask for my size, he completely ignores me, starts having a non-work related conversation with a colleague, ignores my request for size and leaves. After that, I waited a little bit to see if another worker would come help me, since no one did I walked up to another worker and asked for help, he gives me the shoe in my size and walks away. He didn’t even give me the opportunity to request another size or tell him that I would be purchasing the shoe (which I was going to, but since the customer service was awful I didn’t). Then the first guy comes back, not to help me but to the area I was standing in and I ask him for a specific size and he proceeds to tell me “no, because the store is about to close” as if I hadn’t been waiting around for any of the multiple employees to offer their help. I told him I was waiting for a long time and he said he was “busy doing other things” (chatting with other employees about non-work related things). He never apologized. I ended up walking out without buying anything. Horrible workers with atrocious attitudes. Never going back here again.

Politique de retour a la limite du mensonge! Un vendeur est prêt à échanger la paire qui est neuve et portée cind minutes, un autre qui prend mon fils en grippe sans raison ne veux pas du tout lui échanger. Aucun geste même si j étais près a avoir un avoir moins important. La pointure ne correspond pas. C est une honte!!

Je contact sur le service client qui me dit que le colis est parti alors qu’il n’a jamais été déposé. Au final après multiples relances j’ai obtenu un remboursement.

J’ai acheté des chaussures un samedi, que j’ai voulu échanger le dimanche car j’avais essayé un autre style que finalement à la réflexion je préférais. Rien de fou. Expérience folle cependant au retour au magasin le dimanche. En raison de la présence de poussières sous la paire que je rendais, on m’a envoyé aux toilettes publiques du centre commercial les enlever. Finalement, après mon retour des toilettes, j’ai pu réessayer la nouvelle paire que je voulais prendre en échange. À l’essai, je les ai regardées en-dessous et elles avaient magiquement de la poussière, liée à l’essayage en magasin. J’ai donc bien réalisé l’échange. Cependant, j’imagine que si je les ramène pour un nouvel échange à l’avenir, il faudra à nouveau que je passe par les toilettes publiques pour enlever la poussière du sol du magasin moi-même ? Bref, rien de grave mais expérience délirante et je n’achèterai plus rien dans ce magasin.

Vendeur extrêmement désagréable et peu professionnel, arriver dans le magasin pas un bonjour pas un sourire on sent que les vendeur n'ont clairement pas envi d'être ici. Qui plus ai vous devriez changer les horaires d'ouverture sur le site. ce matin la boutique était fermé j'ai du repasser 2x. Ouverture 2h après l'heure écrit sur Google.
Une bonne surprise de retrouver cette belle marque que j’ai découvert en Bretagne. L’équipe y est toute aussi accueillante.
Des vêtements de bonne qualité. Un personnel à l'écoute et agréable. Une boutique tout à fait atypique à Paris.
En plus d'être une boutique très jolie et chaleureuse un conseil client génial, la vendeuse a été très patiente et de bons conseils (Au plaisir de se croiser sur une session à Crozon 😉)

Bonjour j'ai passé une commande hier et ce matin je reçois un sms avec un lien qui me demande de payer des frais de livraison pourtant dans la commande sur votre site les frais de livraison était compris. En plus il inadmissible que vous mettez un numéro de téléphone et personne ne décroche.
Pour une première commande j'espère que cela n'est pas de l'arnaque et aussi que ce lien n'est pas un phishing.

Commande passée le 14/12, mail le 18/12 pour me dire que ma commande est en cours de traitement, 22/12 mail pour me dire que la commande est expédiée et après plus rien. Lorsque je regarde sur le site de GLS, le numéro existe bien mais le colis ne leur a toujours pas été remis … Il a fallu que j’envoie un mail au service client pour qu’il m’explique qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire pour accélérer l’acheminement. Le 29/12 je décide de relancer et ils m’expliquent qu’ils n’y peuvent rien mais me proposent de me rembourser. Le seul point positif c’est que le service client est plutôt réactif, en revanche pour le reste = perte de temps.

Je connaissais les produits achetés en Bretagne à Préfailles. Les produits sont toujours très bons et c’est pour cette raison que je me suis rendu rue des quatre vents. Cependant l’accueil ne fut pas à la hauteur de celui du magasin de Préfailles. Trois vendeuses n’ont pas l’air dérangées par notre entrée. Nous indiquant la collection homme au sous-sol, nous fûmes seuls pendant de longues minutes. Obligés de remonter au rez-de-chaussée pour solliciter une aide, sans vouloir déranger bien entendu… cela faisait longtemps que l’on ne m’avait pas présenté une chemise entièrement boutonnée !
Bref, très bon produits mais marge de progression en termes d’accueil client.

Felt so racist at this store, staff were not helpful at all. They make jokes of the customer and keep laughing among themselves. Ask them for shoes size but they just don’t help or just say no size. Really disappointed with such treatment from them. Foot locker you really have to find better sales personal, these few youngster who works there will tarnished the image and reputation!

No one helped us! We went to stand in the line. They were with 5 people at the desk and still slow. Waited 15min to pay. Then they told me to go into the store to again and get the other shoe... She did not want to get it herself. She was verry arrogant. Will never come back.

I regret to share that my experience with the service was less than satisfactory. The absence of air conditioning on the -1 floor, where rain jackets are stored, made it challenging to comfortably try on a rain suit. When I inquired about this, the response suggested a lack of understanding for the inconvenience caused.

I have recently visited this store. It is a sportswear store with a rich assortment. Unfortunately, I haven't found anything to buy. I hope, I will have the chance to visit it once again, and I will find that products which I want to wear.
"It was crowded as always but a nice service." This was my comment last time, but we went again to buy another round with my husband, and they won't let us try it. The guy said to my husband he couldn't try both feet at once, and we asked even if he was here with us? He insisted on not trying the shoes, and we asked why, and he said and I quote,"because you will run with it" This is disturbing and the worst experience we have had in this place.

Wow, what a shop! Beautiful clothes, I caught a sale and walked away with while new wardrobe of wonderful items, for a great price! Got to love France and their fashion 🥰 non sale items also very well priced, great sizing as well.

I am outraged at the welcome I received in this shop. I was waiting near the checkout at the supermarket while my father was standing in line and I tried a shoe care product tester on my shoes. Suddenly a salesperson appeared and tried to take it out of my hand saying "This is not for you" I told her in English then in very basic French that this is an open tester and I am supposed to be allowed to use it. She did not explain anything, only repeated "This is not for you, not for you" and tried to pull it out of my hand while I struggled to close it. My shoes were covered in dust from the Tuileries where I walked earlier, so were they not clean enough to consider me a valid customer? This is a kind of incident that can spoil an otherwise great impression I had from Paris and its service.
