I placed an online order from Asda Westwood for delivery by Just Eat for my daughter who was ill. I received a phone call from my daughter and could hear shouting in the background. She was asking me for a code I should have received when I placed my order and the shouting was the delivery driver demanding the code. I am absolutely disgusted with this behaviour towards anyone never mind an ill person. You need to look into who you hire Asda !!

Bought a shirt from here quality and price were nice

Placed an order online to be delivered from 9:30pm-10:30pm and it's now 11:22pm and they haven't delivered my order, no communication or nothing. Absolutely shockingly bad service especially when you have to pay for delivery and they can't even do their job.

From Belfast, we were travelling back home and went in ASDA to buy our favourite white wine for us and friends. We both 1 Rum but unfortunately didn't check the recipe. Today, we checked how much money ask from friends, and we realised we have been charged twice for one rum. Please check your recipe. Can't trust any more cashier.

Guy at click and collect desk (thomas) very unhelpful and seemingly bored of customers never used this service before so waited 15/20 mins to be (grunted at) told to type number in at machine and never will again

I made an order online and use got my whole order wrong, when I phone use up a girl answered and said that they couldn't do anytime because I got an express delivery and it was to do with uber eats and I didn't even order on uber eats, then I went on to Asda website and I was put through to chat box and it said that I can place a refund and that it would take 3-5 working days which is a joke. I will definitely won't be ordering from Asda again this a ridiculous now I've to go buy more food and I will be going somewhere else. Don't order from Asda they are useless 😒

On Saturday 23-03-24 I bought my grandson a beautiful navy sweater from Eden Park. He was delighted with the fit, the look and the quality. My grandson is tall but very slim and John's choice of size and design solved all our problems. I will be back. Many thanks.

Ordering stuff online kinda getting annoyed now always Receiving Sub items 5 sub items on my last order.

Just some of them I ordered strawberry breakfast bars and they sub it for Raisin breakfast bars? You telling me they don't have anything else nicer than Raisin bars?
Also got chicken bacon sandwich filler they sub it for egg bacon now I'm not biggest fan of egg and not everyone is so come on no other ones?

I feel like they should call your number when they don't have what you want so you can make the decision yourself I know you can amend it online but I tried and did not give me options too.

I know asda cheaper but I'll stick to using sainsburys because this is getting silly now every week sub items

Prices are okay. But need more variety when it comes to men jeans especially with sizes.

Called in today for a suit with my wife and we were lost when it came to sizing etc, Grainne was an absolute godsend she went out of her way and then some to help us - makes shopping so much more enjoyable when you get people who enjoy their job! Called into Asda as usual I was in a hurry!
Decided to use the self scanner to speed my shopping experience.
At the self checkout it deemed it necessary for a quality check! . No staff in attendance!
Eventually I was told the battery operated scanner the staff use had run out of battery, I waited for the quality check to be carried out. So much for my quick shop!!

Was about 4:30 pm when I went in, and so was quite quiet. Had to go in search of an open counter, but the person was very friendly....so good people!

As a disabled person I was at the boucher rd mataland they always had a public toilet .not today wouldn't give me a key to open toilets said wasn't open to public anymore disgrace big shopping complex no toilets won't b back

Staff have an awful bad attitude in here!!! Been in here before and the person in front of me, their click and collect package went missing because a staff member had given it to a different customer!! What protocol is in place to allow this to happen? The customer who placed the order was obviously very upset. When asking for their money back all the staff member could say was “that’s too bad, you’ll have to order it again” like what???? My friend and I listening got second hand embarrassment and left.

I placed a click and collect order and unfortunately had to pick it up in this store today. When I went to collect the the package in store, I seen the item I had bought was on the shelf for a cheaper price. I asked the lady behind the till if I could return my package and buy the one on the shelf because there was a £5 difference. She rudely said the cheaper price was wrong and I asked her to double check just because I don’t understand why it says different online. I said to her “shall I leave the shelf item here so you can change the price?” She rolled her eyes!

This store is very disappointing to the Next brand. Shame guys because your homeware is lovely.

Just used the collection service which was fast and efficient. The store has lots of really nice high quality products and a warm & vibrant ambiance.

As always, the store has lots of lovely clothing beautifully made and reasonably priced.
I happened to be there during the sale and picked up a few really good bargains.
The staff were really helpful and very efficient, the queue at the check outs was dealt with very quickly.
Next is always a pleasurable shopping experience.

My sister and I bought 2 items for our father last Thursday and we were very impressed with the service provided by John. He was very welcoming and accommodating. I would highly recommend this shop as the selection of clothes is lovely. We will be returning again.

There were over 30 people in queue and only 3 tills open. I was exhausted standing as were other customers. Eventually there were additional tills open but I was already late for other appointment. I had great difficulty in reaching children's pyjamas and sizes were not in any order. I was in store for 1hr. 30 minutes and was very disappointed in my experience this evening.

I shopped in matalan tonight and the staff were very helpful but I forgot to give my coupon for £10 off as I had spent £60 and was disappointed I didn't get to use it or that the assistant didn't remind me of the offer. I shop a lot in Matalan and like the style but I thought I would have been entitled to have the offer of discount.

Lucky even getting one star if there had of been a choice of none then I would be rating it with this. Ordered things online and money taken from bank then 2 days later received email stating that one item wasn't in stock I would be refunded and if order wasn't fulfilled then wouldn't pay delivery. Then I noticed I did pay delivery after phoning customer services was told it was refunded never was emailed they still looking into it. I will never order or shop in Matalan again. Such a poor service.

Nice store with decent range in men's women's children and home.

A fantastic little shop with preppy men's and women's apparel. The style is hip rugby wear with great rugby and polo shirts, button downs, jumpers, and pants. The owner and proprietor John is awesome and very willing to help. Love the clothes and they always fit great.
