The longest queue in the changing rooms! While the changing rooms in another part of the store are NEVER opened ! The staff just doesn’t want another piece of job.
The store looks amazing and the clothes are, but what's the problem with the manager? Due to a misunderstanding on my part, she did not greet me, but simply started shouting at me. Is this kind of employee behavior normal?
I was yelled at by one of the male staff (he was white and wearing makeup) as I was entering the fitting room, for no reason at all, and he didn’t do this to any other customers. I’m guessing it’s because I was the only Asian in store at the time and he’s simply a racist. If you’re a person of color and don’t want to be treated unfairly you should avoid this store.

Yesterday I wanted to buy a hoodie but there wasn’t a good one in my size. I needed it asap and the worker offered me to order online then I could have gotten it tomorrow. Yep, I got it today right as she told. But! That was exactly that wrong one. Then I don’t have a hoodie and waiting for my money to return.
Also I wasted 3 hours for the road there and back. Thanks for a good weekend!

well.. what can i say.. it was crowded with people.. there was mess everywhere.. the clothes was laying on the ground.. we waited in the line for the fitting rooms for like 20 minutes. on the hangers there was clothes mixed together.. for an example there was t-shirts, jeans and hoodies on the same hanger.. it was a big mess

One of the best looking Bershka store. During my visit it was not so crowded. Very interesting architecture and decoration.

Disappointing. I usually love my shopping experience at this store chain. First time visiting the Prague location and the employees drain all the enjoyment of shopping. They clearly dislike working there. After engaging with at least 5 different employees I found them all unfriendly and bitter. I cut my shopping experience short just to get out of the depressive atmosphere. Too bad. If you go - just try to shut out the bad vibes of the people who work there.
Like every other newyorker . Dusty , the changing rooms are just out of critic honestly . Need more cleaning and fresh air .
If you're not a blond, blue eyed, white person, be prepared to be followed around by security. Never going back again.

In December I bought a bag in your store in Prague, but unfortunately after just one month the 'paint' of the bag began to come off. Since I was on holidays when I bought the bag I wasn't able to return to the shop with my complaint. I tried to resolve the issue in The Netherlands, but Desigual refuses to help me. Could you please offer me a solution?

Had a very pleasant experience the other day. Jenny the sale assistant was super nice and helpful.
I am very old and often customer of it... shopping from there since 2013... but in my last visit, which was just few days back, got little disappointed or you can say it is my misunderstanding... actually i thought need to pay only that much euro amount, which is printed in rate tag.... but while billing they simply took czk printed price and converted as per day exchange price in euro... so got little disappointed... Rest all is good as like always.

Very nice clothing store. Looks small from the outside, until you step inside and see the true size of the place. Great atmosphere, background music and clothing selection. A good amount of fitting rooms makes it fast and convenient to try out the selected clothes. A little different from traditional clothing.
I was robbed by security at this Mango in Praha. They lied to my face then they said they dont know I am talking about although my phone connected via bluetooth to my airbuds. Mango shop also did nothing then I wrote them abžut their security and asked for help. Dont shop here, they will take not only your money byt your personal things too.
I chose a shirt on sale from a sale pile with a 50% discount. I tried it on, then brought it to the cashier. She refused to sell it to me for the labelled sale price. After waiting for the manager, she said it was a mistake. There were many other labelled the same price in the shop. She said I could buy it for the full price. I said no... Obviously... Very weird experience when all the shirts were marked the same price. Won't go back...
There was a big sale so it was good. However, there were 3 cashiers but only 1 was open, then 2, but there was already a long line. The lady at the cashier was unfriendly as well.
Absolutely terrible and useless staff. Literally no help at all and so sassy. They had so many staff but no one was helping any of the customers. My mom asked where the fitting rooms were and instead of physically showering her, she just told her directions for a massive store. Once we eventually found it, my mom did not like the shirt and gave it back to the girl who literally rolled her eyes at my mom. Please don’t support a company who obviously doesn’t care about its customers.
Es steht eine Menge desinteressiertes Personal rum, was keine Lust hat, Kunden zu beraten. Sie konnten den Kaufbetrag nicht meinem Desigual Konto gutschreiben, weil sie angeblich den Namen nicht in der Kasse finden. Der ausgeschriebene Rabatt wurde nicht gewährt. Der schlechteste Desigual Laden. Den ich je betreten haben. Sie sollten Mal in Spanien in die Lehre gehen.
As a tourists - we had very bad experience with friendliness and customer treatment in this particular shop. In all other Desigual shops that we visited (and there were many) we had very friendly and good customer service. Not here. As for shop itself - its Desigual. Very nice clothes and big collection to choose from
Love mango! Perfect if your looking for a bit classier European clothes to fit in. Not expensive and good quality. This one is always well stocked as well

I received mails from Mango that my 2 orders already there. But after checking they just give me 1?! I asked again, and they said no. I insisted on that I received notification that both orders there, they checked again and then they put the goods on the table like slapping to my face.
I really dont know what Ive done to make them treat me like I was begging them for the goods.
This not happened when I picked up the orders in Pankrac. No-one should be treated like me. Stay calm while shopping there you guys.
Or should we consider to shop with Mango again?

Horrible staff. My wife went there yesterday to buy a coat and was treated like garbage. When we came back today to return the coat the staff agsin failed to treat us politely. If the manager wants to contact me, I will hladly explain more in detail. For now, AVOID this place as you will be treated with typical Czech disrespect!
