Horrible staff really rude and irresponsible…I went here it was such an horrible experience every staff was on their mobile phones no one even bothers about you every staff is in there own world it feels as if trends pay their staff to watch videos ,swap on reels ,and to just talk on phone neither they have the manners to put down the phone and talk to the costumer
Nice collection of brands and products. Compared to other stores this is the best. 👍🏻
Easy to reach from the main road.well maintained 3 storied building for every separate section for kids, women and men.
Not satisfied with the management. When we showed the coupons which we carried, they said they are valid. when we purchased 15k items they said coupons are not valid. No coupon discounts and no free gift after the billing of 15k also. But they are offering other customers free gifts. Took long time for billing and no proper response from the manager. Very bad experience at this store.

Manager and staff at Reliance trend, Trimulgherry are not aware of offers being offered to customer...the display board says buy 1 get 1 free however the bill counter says no buy 1 get 1 and the staff says no offer however the bill counter says 25% off...there is no one at customer service chair to assist you for anything....they have got their own policies...store manager/bill counter/sales staff..no one had any clarity.
So many variety of clothes for children,women nd Men section has a lot of variety which you will not seen in other reliance stores
As usual like any other trends in the city. Same collection like other trends, same theme, same settings, same uniform to employees. I am a regular customer of trends. Visited multiple branches. There are six to eight trends in the 10 km radius of my home.
