Lovely and helpful staff at this location!
Just went to Target to buy clothing for holiday presents. Middle of day, a Wednesday. Not many people, no really long lines. Everybody was pleasant.
I have difficulty finding shoes due to flat feet. After visiting several stores I found Naperville Running Company. I had an amazing experience. Found the perfect pair of shoes for my workout. I highly recommend 👌.
I am not a power athlete, but I do walk and exercise a lot, and have a few miscellaneous foot related issues. I visited to see if they could help me out with a new pair of shoes. They were excellent lots of customized attention two or three suggestions right off, all of which were good. I selected the one I like the most. I've been using them for 6 months now and they are great. I highly recommend it. There's parking right next to the store so no worries there. If you have wheels or mobility issues, this might not be easily accessible at least from the front.
12/8/23 - 12pm ,Wheaton Mall Security upper level next to Macy's told me i could not park in a handicap spot that was being held for one of their employees. MCPD that was on sight told me to remove the cone and park. Mall security had a problem with that and told me he was going to speak to the officer (ok) , he never did. Stop having your employees save handicap spots for their co-workers. They need to be trained on the American Disabilities ACT going forward.
Great mall, has all major department stores, health services, awesome food court, and a Costco .
Beware - Not child friendly. The GameStop manager, Anthony Comentale, has been know to cause problems with children. The security here at the mall also supports Anthony and his power-trips. It's best to keep your children far away from here as possible.
Has a variety of stores and restaurants/ eateries to meet ones needs. I wish they had a least one kosher restaurant there, it would make things much easier for me anyhow. They have stores such as Costco, Macys, DSW, Carters, and Children’s Place. They also have an ok area for kids to play.
Mary Rose helped me find a great pair of shoes. She was knowledgeable and patient. You won’t find better customer service. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have been buying shoes here for years. I have had several different people help me and they have all been friendly, professional and personalized in their approach. This is simply one of the best retail experiences. Cannot recommended highly enough. The product knowledge is beyond. Ask for their professional fitting experience.
Best place to hang out, great varieties of stores & brands, wonderful food court and in general is a clean public space. Definitely a must go to on a weekend to spend time with family & friends

Had the best experience getting fitted for new sneakers here! The woman who worked with me was so knowledgeable and really took the time to understand my foot issues and what I was looking for in a shoe. I don’t run, so I was a bit intimidated to stop in but they couldn’t be friendlier!

Cute clothes and very friendly employees. The clothes are just so so expensive. Sure I’ll drop $150+ on an amazing pair of designer jeans. But $75 - $100+ for tops is crazy. If the quality was there I’d consider it, but half of my items have pilled after a couple of wears (and proper care).

Another great running store. They were friendly and had the shoe inserts I wanted. They even offered to take them back within 60 days. If you need shoes that fit you and cannot find them at big box stores then search here.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping at WHBM store at Wheaton.I had been admiring a jacket online. I had gone in with the intention buying that jacket but came out with 5 pieces of clothing. All because of the awesome service I got from Assistant Manager Tavleen. She was so helpful and showed me how to style the pieces. Loved the shopping experience and personalized service. Thank you and I'll be back.
I really like White House Black Market store. I especially love their outfits and options in the spring time. They have cute dresses and they are usually modest and fun. The store is a little pricey but the quality is really good. sometimes their sales are amazing and if you can get a couple items under $50. I had bought a dress and a shirt there when I couldn’t find anything anywhere else that worked perfectly for a trip that was coming up for me. The location is prime for chill shopping. It’s on the plaza with other stores like gap and a Victoria’s Secret and Francesco’s. There are other food places around like a egglectic café for breakfast and Warren Ale house and red mango for dessert. Super cute shopping center around to shop around when you come to White House Black market.
This is by far the best store I have ever shopped in. I shop here frequently for work, casual and special events. Marilyn and Monique are so helpful, encouraging and making you feel special without pressuring you. The clothes are stylish and high quality. Accessories are perfect for the clothes. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for current style and amazing service.

This mall is really great! I love it. The food is great but some of the prices are a little too high.
I went here on a whim looking for clothes for an interview. The employees were extremely friends and helpful. They worked together well also, you could tell. I told them I needed help and they set me up with a dressing room full of clothes that fit perfectly and we're totally cute and multipurpose. The store was also organized and clean and trendy. It was a little more pricer than I am used to, but it is well worth the money to establish the necessities in your closet. I will definitely be returning in a few weeks!!
Love the place, but the manager is down right rude. The manager scared off so many employees due to her displeasent attitide.
