Jag var på Therlunds i Mall of Scandinavia och stötte på den mest respektlösa personalen, eller bättre sagt människan, i mitt liv. Jag skriver datum och tid så att personalansvariga kan identifiera vilken medarbetare det var (20 mars 2024 kl 13:30). Jag och min vän stod och tittade på några T-shirts från Philipp Plein, och jag sa att den var fin. Säljaren, med mobbande, skrattande och nedlåtande ton, svarade: "Jaha, fin? 12000 kr." Jag anser verkligen att ni måste utbilda er personal i hur man pratar med människor, särskilt kunder. Jag har handlat hos er tidigare, men aldrig igen.
Tror inte Thernlunds läser inte igenom sina recensioner överhuvudtaget. De bryr sig om bara att sälja har lägger inte mycket tid eller kvalité för att förbättra sina nuvarande eller nya arbetare. Det är löjligt som in i. Stolta människor med ett ego som inte stämmer överens med deras karaktär egentligen...
Sämsta personalen i butiken, dyra saker men dålig kvalitet. De lurar verkligen folk och det finns ingen möjlighet till reklamation.👎👎👎
Detta är min första recension någonsin, som blev ett måste efter besöket hos Thernlunds i MOS.
Kundupplevelsen kan vara ett av det sämsta jag stött på. Jobbig butikspersonal som ej har någon social känsla samt som blev irriterad och spydig då jag inte köpte en tröja som han tyckte passa bra men inte jag.

2023,köppt väska,det var sista gången jag handlade där. Det fanns inget intresse från dom att behålla en nöjd kund istället får dom en kund som kommer att tala illa om deras usla service.katastrof butiks anställda o allt dom gör.

Var in och handlade kläder för 7500kr, bland annat en tröja för 1599kr. Använde tröjan en gång och upptäckte efter 45 min att det hade blivit en liten reva och en tråd som stack ut, vet inte hur det hade hänt, om det var där när jag hade köpt den eller inte. Var in och försökte byta men fick nej för dom ansåg att jag gjort skadan själv, de skulle ta upp saken med reklamationsansvarig, jag lämnade tröjan där och sa att det var sista gången jag handlade där. Det fanns inget intresse från dom att behålla en nöjd kund istället får dom en kund som kommer att tala illa om deras usla service.
I like the clothes the sell and the quality has been great. However the workers there were rude, short in temper and you had to take back your own clothes cause they didn't feel like doings it after you were done trying. I also had to explain to the worker that they are allowed and should take of the mannequin if thats the last size left and that they can just replace it with a doffrent t-shirts.

Terrible service so rude staff for no reason we purchased a shirt and she threw the bag ? For no reason at all. You need training on how to treat your customers.
Double check your bill receipts before leaving store. Be careful with their billing counter members though they scanned your items you may not get correct price as per price tag. They will charge more than the amount on price tag if I haven’t had observed my receipt. I would have lost 70kr on my 279 price tag item. They charged 349 for 279 price tag item. My view is not loose hard earned money because of someone else’s mistake.
The girls working needs to do a course how to address customers! No service or even greets when come in the store, not going here again.
Hade ingen aning om vad Calzedonia var för butik innan jag var där förra helgen. Även om det är en väldigt liten butik fann jag ändå saker som jag gillade. Butikspersonalen var sjukt tillmötesgående och hjälpsam. Bemötandes kändes genuint. Vi lämnade nöjda med våra inköp och de fina erbjudanden som vi fick ta del av.

What an experience to be here
Staff were very helpful with my disabled mother who needs a wheelchair. They helped her find what she wanted and was willing to help her try them on.
Football boot guy doesn’t seem to enjoy working here. Either that or he just doesn’t like people
Why no one answer to the phones! That's better you erase them from the google and websites! I am super happy with your products but not with your staff at mall of Scandinavia! To be honest most of them are good but I received also not respectful manner as always I receive in your shop when I wanted to take my online order!
Very great service when I was there. The person that helped me at the store was very helpful and service minded. It was a guy with dark hair and glasses.

I am not much of shopper, I don’t like looking for clothes at all. But this was a totally different experience. The staff here assisted me from the second I walked in to their store. I felt like I was receiving quality service and good advice by experts. More importantly they didn’t try to force anything on me, quite the opposite they tried their best to accommodate my needs. When a piece didn’t fit they could bring me another size within a minute. They did this multiple times, and as a customer this sort of service is extremely appreciated. Tremendous thanks to the staff for all your help. Special shoutout to the girl (don’t know her name) in the chaser for her patience.

I was here shopping the other day and I can confidently say that I haven’t experienced better service than I have here-Thanks to the nice girl with blonde long hair that speaked Russian. She helped me pick out a gift and gave me the best advice. It felt like I talked to a friend and I felt so welcome. One of the best Massimo Dutti stores I’ve been to.

Nice place to shop. Not too crowded. Big store with an excellent range of clothes and accessories. Reasonable prices, good designs and quality materials. Staff is attentive, fast on their feet and do their best to assist customers. Ample fitting rooms.

Cashier was so rude to us. Also, there was a mistake for a product where she charged me more than she should and when I returned the product to ask about it, she just returned the money without apologies but still with a grumpy face.

Like most Stadium Sportswear Shops throughout Sweden. Wanted to purchase an AIK Stockholm training shirt Size M but didn't have my size. Staff always very polite and helpful. English spoken.
No one on the cash, need to wait too long... The shop is kinda messy And there no place to set and try anything not a single chair.

Their selections of bikini are to die for. They have different bottoms for each design which is perfect. High quality material as well. Staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful. Excellent service and the cutest/trendiest bikini.

I think the price are avoidable as compare to another mall closer. They have almost all the sporting material you might need. They sell other things too, but I went there because of sports material.
This specific Massimo in the Mall of Scandinavia has too few products like its shutting down..? Other than that I always like their clothes. Polite staff,clean space.
I went here to buy some basic HUGO BOSS top. The staff was friendly and kind. And many items were on sale. But to me, it was too casual. A lot of printed hoodies, T-srhits, and sweatshirts. Very young and energetic look.

A metal corner popping out at knee high everywhere. It is sharp and hard enough to hurt people. And there were children running around. Not safe.

Calzedonia. They sell stockings and other girly wear. I don’t personally have any experience with their lingerie, but they look good and I would like to see them on someone. ..ok..That didn’t come out right. OK. But they must have a really good quality since they can afford a store here. If I consider buying a pare off “stay up’s” in the far future.. THIS IS THE PLACE I would go to.
Massimo Dutti. Another really nice Spanish fashion/menswear shop with that luxury touch. I really like stores that gives the little extra when designing the interior :D. They have clothes for women and kids to, but it feels like the heart is in the menswear.

As long as you buy things it is OK. But uf something is broken and you complain then the process of getting hold of the store manager and then getting the blame as a customer is totally unprofessional. The regular staff was great though!

The designs are not innovative and variety is limited. But you can sometimes get that nice pretty dress or bag that you were looking for. Should go for a glance.
