If there was an award for the worst prada in the whole world it will easily be won by this branch. I have been a prada customer for over 20 years and never been treated in such a bad way. I was denied entry by a racist door man/ “sales associate” for no reason. He insulted me and my children and slammed the door in our face for not having an “appointment”. I hope this branch gets closed and opened somewhere else. I feel betrayed and will have to rethink my relationship with prada.
Compared to anywhere else, the prices are very attractive. I compared the prices at Abu Dhabi and Doha duty free shops but they were more expensive than Brussels Burberry outlet shop. Missed buying it there. Next time for sure.

Every second purchase is defective. It’s better to buy Prada in other stores and check the goods on the spot, there are a lot of defects. Need to better control quality and improve product service.

My wife and I had great experience at this store, thanks to only "Vojtěch Breburda". He was very friendly and attentive. He knows and understands every detail of Burberry styles, fits, and characteristics. In my personal perspective, every staff member of luxurious and classical brands like Burberry has to understand the identity of their brands. Just like Vojtěch Breburda.

I ordered a scarf and went to pick it up to the shop. On my arrival 2 ladies (shop assistants) sent me at the end of the shop saying someone would attend me. At the end of the shop there were 2 more male assistants were there and they completely ignored me for 10min. They were 2m away from the sofa I was sitting. There were 3 clients in the whole shop and 4 workers and I had to ask to be attended few times.

It was a pleasure to been in this boutique. The sales man Wojtek was so helpful and involved. The bodyguard at the entrance was so judging… it was the only bad thing in the store

Today I came to Prada shop around 17:30 to buy a bag until the shop closes. The door was closed, I waited next to it. In a few minutes a group of other people came. Soon the door was open and they came in. The lady working in the shop said that I can’t come in because too many people are in the shop. When I told here that I came to the shop first, she just said that she is sorry. May be it’s a good idea to ask who is first if the door is opened only to a limited amount of people and there is no straight line in front of the door?

Hogan's shoes have a perfect balance between style and comfort. In this boutique I found interesting offers that didn't exist online.

Worst customer service ever! The employees don’t bother with the basics such as greeting or asking if you need help. Don`t bother going there, definitely not worth the money you are willing to spend…

Although I did not find what i was looking for but the staff here are super friendly and helpful. There's free wifi in case you need to connect to find that model for the bag.
