I am disappointed with one of your staff who was serving me at the cashier counter few minutes ago. A malay girl wearing spectacles. I was asking nicely whether i can pay with tng, she didn’t answer and quickly moved to the next counter. Left me speechless, as I dont know whether she heard me or not. I asked her few times nicely and finally she responded with ‘boleh! Kat sini’ with an unhappy face. I dont think I deserve that or anybody deserves that. My experience here has always been wonderful. Just this time🥺

Very good store with varieties of collections for dresses

We really appreciated to Mr. Wan who gave us a best customer service, even not a single time number of time, he helped to findout a size and check in the stock as well. Thanks to him.

There’s a review with a picture under name June Lim. Well, I know one of the staff pictured in her review, don’t believe everything you saw online. They didn’t do housekeeping during operation hours (except assigned by superior). She told me that paradigm mall Bomba water pipe hose was leaked and the water has entered the fitting room area and flooded the whole pathway. The outlet and mall manager well aware of the situation that took place on Friday 13th Jan 2023. So staffs need to clean and clear all the mess. Dear June Lim, you shouldn’t took someone’s picture without consent. Poor the staffs got bad reputation by you 👎🏼 at least you should confront and ask them about the matter.

I don't like padini's design nowadays. It seem like they fond to make crop top or short shirt. Why? Not everyone like that kind of design. So disappointed. Hard to find shirt that can cover my derrière at padini. Hmmmmmmmmmmm

Do cleaning when a lot of customers are waiting to try the shirts on. Please arrange the time for cleaning properly!

Great place to get clothes for kids....

This store have a great selection of clothes, accessories, bags, shoes for man and woman. Also they have huge selection for discounted product with good quality. The staff also very helpful and polite. But they need to get more staff to tidy up the discounted items so other customer can shop comfortably.
