My favorite store in lake George. Absolutely love their nag champa oil. The whole store is so calm and peaceful. Staff is always sweet and helpful. Excellent prices!

Went to look for a winter hat for our 4-month old while camping for the first time (in August) because of cooler temperatures at night. Not a common item in August, but the store owner went to the back and took a look for us, even though he didn’t have to. He returned with several options and gifted the one that fit her. He was a stand-up gentleman and we intended to pay his kindness forward. Thank you again.

Terrible customer service. I bought three pairs of pants but the cashier accidentally rung up one of the pairs twice. I tried to return one of the pairs that didn't and was told that I couldn't because the cashier rung them up as the wrong pants in the first place. A more expensive pair I should add. So I paid more for these pants, and was not able to return them all because of the cashier's mistake. And to add insult to injury, the cashier who told me I could not return them because of the first cashier's mistake, Julie, was incredibly rude and obnoxious to me. Asked me if an apology would make me happy, and then scrunched up her face and said "I'm sooooo sorry, there are you happy!?" She continued to be rude and told me to report her, so here I am. I will never shop here again and Julie needs to learn about professionalism.

Recently stopped by here and there wasn't a lot on the shelves. Barely any sales or clearance worth shopping in store vs online. There was one promotion running, 10% additional discount for rewards members. It took twenty minutes to find my account, then the discount never went through and the employee said they couldn't do anything to help and I needed to chat the help center on the website for my discount. It was kind of a disappointment and a waste of time.

Great furniture at a reasonable price. We purchased a Bedroom, Kitchen, and Living room set this past year for our new camp. The owners were terrific to work with and we will be returning.!

Here on vacation with my family, checking out the stores, i tried on a cowgirl hat with my aunt and then i put it back on the hat display as i left. Im already by the corner of the street away from the store, and then some older lady comes out after me and asks me to show her where i put it as if i stole it. Remind you, i already have my own hat on, i have a tiny purse, and im dressed appropriately where she would have been able to visibly see the hat she chased after me for. Gotta say this left a nasty taste in my mouth. The fact that this older lady chased after me to show her where i put the hat was absolutely ridiculous. I showed her and didnt even say a word cause honestly i was embarrassed and kinda disgusted highkey. Wish i could give it zero stars but if the place keeps doing stuff like this they will glady turn tourists away and close down itself lmao unnnbelievable

I have never been in here but my tiger eye bracelet broke so I needed a new one . I am so glad I decided to come in there the merchandise in there was great and the 2 women that were working were so nice . I believe the one was getting trained cashing me out . What I heard and seen while I was there job well done . Great experience

This store has a light and positive atmosphere. Bought some nice things from here! The employee that helped my fiancé and I was super kind and helpful. Definitely a place I’d re-visit when I come back to Lake George.

I love this place they really have anything you could think of. Their tapestries are great quality, they source their glass locally which is so cool! All their pieces are great quality and harder to break which is perfect for any butterfinger out there. Maya is always ready to answer any questions or help in anyway! I also come back to this place no matter what. Also butt naked incense is life changing!

Very nice store. Everything in the store is good quality & by talking to the owner you can tell that she takes her time picking out items to be sold. Lots of beautiful furniture pieces but also smaller items to pick up for around the house/souvenirs.

We ordered a custom made dining room table with 6 chairs made from elm wood. It is exquisite! The wood grain finish is absolutely gorgeous. The chairs are very sturdy and comfortable, contoured to fit the curve of your back. The price was reasonable and the custom service we received was top notch. We are going back to order a matching buffet. We highly recommend this furniture gallery if you are looking for great quality furniture, with great service at an affordable price.
