My two children had a great time at the EKSC summer camps and learned so much to improve their strokes. The camps were very well organized.

I have absolutely no trust in this franchise anymore. I had to eventually get out here to share my experience with them. I was registered for their VALHALLA location and was registered for pre payment for the upcoming month classes. However, the business closed with little notice and nobody responded for refund even after multiples follow up. Then we get an email notifying that the same location business was taken over by new owners. I thought finally somebody can make things right for me so that I can continue my classes with them again. However, the response I get them from is so unprofessional on their part. They do not want to take the responsibility of the previous owners class refunds but are more than happy to contact their clients for re-enrollment. They did offer me 2 makeup classes for the entire month payment that I made. And they expect us to go back to them happily after all this mess. I do not recommend them as there is no transparency and provide no notifications whatsoever with any big changes. And they hardly try anything to make up for their mistakes, ultimately customers are the one who have to face the brunt of it. Luckily, I did not register my kids as I wanted to see their service firsthand. I as a customer see BRITISH SWIM as one entity!!! Period!!

I highly recommend this program. Especially people who are just beginning to swim. Well trained instructors and the admin Judith is very cooperative and helpful.
My kids have learned and enjoyed every minute of their lessons.

My son was terrified of the water before starting his private lessons with British Swim School. After just three lessons with his incredible instructors and Judith, he is actually having fun in the water and is so much more comfortable. During his last lesson he actually exclaimed that he loves swimming now! I would highly recommend this school!!!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Amazing experience @ the BSS Valhalla. Individualized coaching. When my kids and I started(yes they offer adult lessons too) we were so scared and by the second lesson, we were back floating and staying under water. I will recommend them any time. Try and thank me later

OMG, What a highly qualified and passionate staff for the job that they do with love!!!! for the first time I came there for curiosity but with the work you did, I took pleasure and stayed... Just go there for curiosity and you will stay by satisfaction.This is a better place to bring your dream swimming come true!only one word continue🙌

Have to say our daughter has been in the water since 6 months able to float at a year and competitive swimming at at 5. 1st couple of years it was a small town summer swim club. Then big city winter swim club and thos year we tried this one. Wow the level of coaching is outstanding! our daughter is a good swimmer but only after 2 days I can tell she will have a huge level of improvement. And the facilities and organization is the best one I have experienced

We have two boys (8 and 7) with Keyano at Confederation in the bronze program and are very happy! Head coach Mark is fantastic and their coaches Lauren and Nicole are superb making it a great experience for the kids. The right combination of disciplined training and true fun.
