The place has good variety of shops and the staff is so friendly and helpful

A really beautiful Mall. Of the best in Berlin. Most of the malls here are kind of lame, they don't have anything special that makes you visit them. Most of the time i buy online, but this Mall, along with a couple others makes the difference.

The place is not big enough to make you feel lost, but is big enough to have nice stores, a good variety and also good places to snack. During Christmas there are some kiosks that sell candies and hot beverages. The Christmas decoration is also very nice.

Interesting architecture. The original building is from the 50s, you can see parts of it in the back of the building.

But this mall is really empty, only the large stores on the north side are occupied, the other, smaller ones are empty.

Komische Sortierung, nirgendwo mal was genaueres zum Material der Kleidung o.Ä. Man kriegt nur nen QR-Code am Preisschild. Musik im Hintergrund war weder nervig noch sonderlich toll. Preisliches Mittelfeld. Personal ist sau unfreundlich. Mehr als "Hallo, Postleitzahl? Tschüss" gab's nicht. Sind letztendlich fündig geworden, aber würde hier nicht hin, wenn ich nicht wüsste, was ich kaufen will.

Wunderschöne Accessoires, freundlicher, zugewandter, absolut unaufdringlicher Service.

I love the new polos colours! Staff seems very friendly too, they seem knowledgable about the products, and are all round professionals. Spend quite some time there, talking with the employees and the store manager (Oben) was an absolute legend!

I was looking for a new ringer tshirt and wasnt sure what color to choose. The saleswoman provided me with excellent customer service and I am very pleased with the two new shirts that i bought.

Generally the store has a very nice selection of clothes and I can only recommend the shopping experience here!

I like to go to the Boulevard when I need a break, a quiet place, and there is a section for young children to enjoy

Everything you need in one place, and there's no need to go in the city center or even Ku'damm. It's more likely to find some rare stuff here, then in the more popular places.

For me the place to go if I want to get something from South America. Especially wines, they have a good selection of wines from Chile or Argentina.

Not family friendly - the toilets on level 2 have been closed for a long time, so you must go to untergeschoss, but the elevators don't go there. You have to put the pram on an escalator.

Average shopping centre, terrible signposting with a fraction of the stores advertised online having closed down and are no longer there. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ich kann mich den vielen negativen Kommentaren leider nur anschließen. Die Schlange an den Umkleiden ist immer voll und meist liegen auch noch Sachen vom Vorgänger drin.
Das Personal ist unfreundlich und gelangweilt. Die Preise am Etikett
stimmen oft nicht mit dem in der Kasse überein. Bei einem meiner letzten Einkäufe dort wurde ein Sicherungsetikett vergessen. Es "piepte" nicht beim Verlassen des Ladens und ich musste nochmal hin, um es entfernen zu lassen. Da der Laden nicht gerade um die Ecke ist, war das ziemlich ärgerlich. Es kam auch keine Entschuldigung der Verkäuferin. Die Qualität der Ware lässt auch immer mehr zu wünschen übrig.

Der Mann vor der Umkleidekabine hat mich richtig blöd angemacht, am liebsten hätte ich ihm die Kleidung ins Gesicht geschmissen!!
Ich hatte mehr als erlaubte 6 Kleidungsstücke dabei und anstatt auf meinen Vorschlag einzugehen, dass ich immer nur 6 Stück mit in die Umkleidekabine mitnehme und die danach wieder austausche, meinte er sehr unfreundlich, ich solle die restlichen Sachen wieder wegschaffen und es wäre mein Problem, wie ich es arrangieren werde!!!
Habe mir dann 4 Sachen gekauft, aber werde nie wieder in diesem Laden einkaufen gehen, da mir mein ganzer Tag da versaut wurde!

Personal ist echt gar nicht hilfsbereit, wenn es um Fragen geht. Meistens spricht auch nur ein*e Mitarbeiter*in Deutsch, was ja prinzipiell voll legitim ist, solang englisch klappt, aber selbst das scheint manchmal schwierig. Die Leute im Store haben echt keine Ahnung von dem was sie tun, verbuchen Artikel und Bestellungen falsch, absolut unaushaltbar und jedes Mal das Gleiche…

Felt like communist shops back in my country: attitude, way of talking to customers, everything.
Worst shopping experience ever.
I’ve noticed I’m not the only one who complains about the same seller, and the manager doesn’t seem to care.
Totally rude seller and not helpful at all.
First I’ve got “scanned” as I entered the store, she thought I don’t have any money to buy there, then she was irritated with my questions, especially the one about closing time. I wanted to be polite. I entered the shop at 6.30 p.m. half an our before closing and I was the only client! Wanted to go earlier but she was absent from 6.15 to 6.30.!
When I wanted to pay for the item I chose she had to call her colleague from the shop nearby. As he came in she was pretending being nice to me!
The young man who came to help was nice and professional.
To be precise: the rude seller is in the outlet store just near the Max Mara shop.
Never ever again! Next time online shopping with better prices and the opportunity to return the items, more payment methods and no bad treatment.

Well selected Boutique, not stocked to the brim with stuff. Great selection of brands, I like all the japanese / Ura Harajuku brands the most. I’ve been to Japan several times including appointments at W-Lab and such and I think that’s the main inspiration for the Firmament. And Firmament does a great job! Everytime I am in Berlin I go to Firmament to stroll through the selection, every now and then I order a couple bits online. Never had problems. Staff was nice though, the hairy dude with the tongue out is the best ever!!! But I think he don’t work there, because he is a dog.

Only cons are: Stone Island. I don’t get the brand.
And Kuumba Sticks are in-store only at the moment.

I’ve been waiting in the queue to fitting over 20mins. I had 10 things, sign said 6 maximum so I prepared the 6 things. I’ve asked politely the person working in there if I can hang the other 4 on the hanger for a while… the answer was cold “No” then he told me to leave the queue and hang these on the sale floor.
Stuff was totally unfriendly. Just waste of my time going there.

Es hängen überall falsche Preise! Die Dame an der umkleide ist sehr unfreundlich. Versteht leider wenig bis gar kein Deutsch! Klamotten liegen auf dem Boden! Klimaanlage auf 18 grad eingestellt extrem kalt!

The store does not accept Amex cards. So I had to use my visa card. Their card reader did not recognize the card in wireless mode, so I had to insert the card and sign the receipt. So far, so good. Next, I was asked to provide my email address to have the receipt sent to. OK. Next, I was asked to show my ID. So I did. Then they started to write down the ID number (and, if I had not stopped them) possibly other details of the ID. At this point, we cancelled the transaction.
I am shocked and appalled by this illegal practice of recording personal information. I have never experienced such a level of distrust against a customer. I certainly did not feel being treated like a customer whose business is appreciated, but rather like a criminal under investigation. (And there is really no reason to believe so, if you see me in person.) As much as I like the Fred Perry clothing, this store should be investigated by officials for illegal personal data collection practices.

Complete disappointment and spoiled mood from visiting the store!
A huge queue in the fitting room, I stood for about an hour in line in the fitting room and even before entering I was told that only 4 things can be taken to the fitting room! I had 6, so to measure all I need another hour to stand in line! The staff in the fitting room works very slowly! Of the five cash registers only three work, although there is a line at the cashier too!
No one informs the people in line that you can take only four things to the fitting room, customers have to leave things in front of the fitting room and measure only four. How do they calculate that you can only take 4 things to the fitting room, it's very little.
Terrible service and rules!

Love this place . Almost all the brand outlets are available here. Though in my opinion the variety of stock available maybe limited but still one can enjoy shopping experience in close proximity at this mall. I would recommend this place for a convenient shopping.

I absolutely love the selection of items at Folkdays, all of them have a very special twist. Every item I bought has an exceptional quality and was definitely worth the purchase. Also an ideal place to browse if you need a nice present for your friends or family. On top of that the team is very committed which adds to the very warm store atmosphere.

I was astonished by this little shop, it was located somewhat hidden away from the business and it sits cozily between cafes and across a park. Somewhat simple and I you could miss it if you’re not intentionally looking. It is located in a very cute area.

THE STORE.
It’s simple, clean and doesn’t boast too much about the brands they carry. Subtle branding but it simply speaks for its brand identity. Very modern and cozy. Uses earth tones and simple white to break up the space and also again to communicate that it’s all about the brands they carry. This shop doesn’t look cheap, it’s gorgeous inside!

Once you’re inside it forces you to explore and the back of the store is where the good stuff is. Little bench area to sit down and try on shoes, change room in the back. The all white aesthetics and great lighting helps bring out the true potential of those garments.

The cash register is located off to the middle of the store but it’s offset to the east of the store making it feel like a gallery space more than an actual store, quiet a cool concept layout.

THE STAFF.
Andre like I previously mentioned was great! He immediately took the time to get to know us and took interest. He didn’t make us feel like we’re just customers, he made us feel like guest. We felt a little more at ease looking around cause he gave us space.

He helped us with no hesitation, we didn’t feel like we were troubling him especially since we were the only once’s there. We had a great conversation, super friendly. I felt so welcomed! This is something that you don’t experience in Berlin too often. It was refreshing feeling like we walked into a grid s apartment/gallery.

He gave us options to try and encouraged us to ask more questions and try out all sizes, again, we felt like we weren’t trouble at all.

THE CLOTHES.
They carry a whole variety of brands like Vans, Cavt Emp (receive shipment monthly) Stone Island, Birkenstock, Neighborhood, WTaps, Stussy, and much more.

THE VERDICT.
We did end up grabbing these amazing magazine: Eye_C and Popeyes from Japan. Great service, pleasant atmosphere, unobtrusive team, cool and rare stuff.

Thank you for having us and glad we found another amazing store here in Berlin. Highly recommend coming here and exploring what they have to offer. Cannot wait to be back again soon, they have monthly Cavt Empt shipments.

Bester Laden. Super Beratung. Nachhaltige, zeitlose Mode. Bin seit Jahren zufriedener Stammkunde. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Schrecklicher Laden. Unglaublich unfreundliches Personal, welches sich geschäftsschädigend verhält. 20 Minuten vor Ladenschluss darf man nicht mehr in die Anprobe, vermutlich, weil die "netten" Damen pünktlich Feierabend machen wollen. Gelogen wird auch noch - man bekomme angeblich das Geld zurück erstattet, wenn man ohne Anprobe Kleidung (auch im Sale) zurückgibt. Es gibt jedoch nur Wetgutscheine. Nie wieder!!! Da lässt man sein Geld gerne bei der Konkurrenz.

Great place to buy Latino stuff. They have a good selection of wines and yerba. Also a lot of snacks and other stuff. I go there every other month for Alfajores. Much better price than in other places around Berlin.

extremely uncomfortable shopping experience seeing overworked staff, very clearly managed by incompetent people. definitely recommend other less busy Bershka stores in the city. Also, maybe do something about your whole fitting room situation? Could barely walk in from all the rails full of clothes at the entrance, could barely see the girl working there behind a mountain of used clothes on the table.

The cashier does not know how to check vaccination proofs, so my girlfriend wasn't let inside. She has an american vaccination card, and the cashier doesn't understand anything that isn't the European QR-code. Way to go with tourists and expats.

The clothes are cool but They only allow 4 garments per fitting room and do not give you a solution if you want to try on more garments and you have nowhere to leave the others.

This shop was recommended to me by a friend from Mexico, and I am so glad that I checked it out today. Super friendly service and great product offers. I bought tortillas, salsa, beans, and meat to make yummy, authentic tortillas! Will go back for sure!

Lovely shop with a good range of Latin-American art, craft, food and beverages. The staff is friendly and helpful. They host wine tasting, art exhibitions and other events. It does honor its name as a cultural place. The staff speak English and Spanish, and of course German.

Really great service and friendly staff, some people seem to be a bit annoyed that there are corona restrictions for the time being and they had to wait for a few minutes before entering the store. For me it was no problem since the staff explained the situation and helped me find some nice items to bring home! Would happily recommend to come here.

Auch wenn es nur zwei Mundmasken waren, wir sind begeistert. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Masken merkt man sofort das hier Fachleute produzieren, die wissen wie man enge, stilvolle Körperverpackungen komfortabel gestaltet und diese trotzdem gut sitzen. Sogar für Brillenträger perfekt, kein Beschlagen der Gläser mehr. Toll.

We came to buy Timberland premium yellow boots(the most known ones). I ended up selecting those and 1 more pair of shoes and 2 sweaters. My wife also opted in for a pair of Timberland boots. However the yellow boots I originally came to buy had a shoe laces that are to short and you can't properly tie the shoes due to that. So I asked them to change the laces for longer one, which they did not have. Then I suggested to switch them with other shoes they were selling as those were longer, which they also rejected. As solution, they purposed to not tie the shoes all the way.
I am not paying 220 euros for a pair of shoes that I can't even tie! So at the end, due to the staff being non-flexible at addressing the problem, we did not buy anything.
Whoever runs the shop can judge if it's better to replace the laces and sell 3 pair of shoes and 2 sweaters or it's better to sell nothing and leave customers underwhelmed. Still I give it 2 stars as the items are in general nice, however Timberland has lost a strong promotor of the brand.

TIMBERLAND (Friedrichstrasse) is a rather small but well stocked brand showroom of the famous American lifestyle shoe brand. Staff doesn't speak German necessarily

Terrible customer service. Sent me the wrong item but was unresponsive to multiple emails and enquiries for a month. Avoid!

Hab mich heute mal getraut, hier was anzuprobieren und wurde direkt wahnsinnig nett & geduldig beraten. Hier wird alles persönlich angepasst/auf Maß geschneidert und das zu wahnsinnig fairen Preisen. Dabei ist Raum, die eigenen Ideen einzubringen, gleichzeitig wird man aber auch kompetent beraten. Ich bin echt froh, dass ich diesen Laden entdeckt habe und werde hier definitiv öfter einkaufen :) :)

I went shopping today for the second time in 6 months, and I had to be honest both times were quite unpleasant.
There is a sales women (Russian lady over 40) who is extremely rude, and apparently if you you don't spend 3000€ at once she find you a waste of her time.
The first time i visit the store, I bought a winter coat for 700€, I ask her if they can fit it to my body, and she answered "yes, buy it will cost you extra, this is a cheap coat". cheap coat really? I couldn't believe her answer.
Today I thought my luck will be different, I came in to check some sommer accessories, found a beitifum necklace, go to pay, and there she is again, same lady, and tell me "this is a very small amount of money". Honestly what is wrong with this lady?

Dort gibt es Sachen, die man in solcher Qualität nirgends anders findet. Ein Großteil des Sortiments in dem Laden ist handgearbeitet und diese Sachen sind immer ein Unikat!
Neben anderen interessanten Sachen finden sich dort für Frauen wunderschöne Korsetts, sowie passende Unterteile und auch Kleider, sowie passende Accessoires und Schuhe zu allem, für Herren gibt es extravagante Abendbekleidung. Unter anderem findet sich einiges im Steampunkstil.
Die Beratung ist sehr fundiert und freundlich, sollte sich doch nichts in passender Größe finden, kann man sich nach individuellen Wünschen etwas anfertigen lassen.
Hier sollte allerdings niemand einkaufen gehen, der hofft ein RICHTIGES Korsett für irgendeinen Billig-Onlinepreis zu bekommen, denn gute Arbeit soll auch bezahlt werden.

Auf jeder Reise nach Berlin ist ein Besuch bei Folkdays ein Muss für uns. Ausgewählte Accessoires und Kleidungsstücke werben darum, nach Hause genommen werden. Das Konzept, faire Kleidung zu produzieren, überzeugt und begeistert. Ethik trifft Ästhetik!

Bought shoes here twice. The second time I returned them, because I couldn't figure out if they fit. I wasn't going to buy them initially because I thought they were too snug, but the staff told me to take them home and wear them for a bit. Took them home and put them on twice in my living room. Not for very long, but walked around a little in my flat. Obviously didn't go outside, since I wasn't sure, I was going to keep them. I decided to take them back, and had the worst experience. The man behind the counter first told me off for not wearing them for several hours, and then proceeded to pick pebbles out of the shoes and clean them in front of me for several minutes without saying anything. I told him, that I didn't wear them much and certainly not outside, to which he responded, I have to believe you but there are stones in them and they are really dirty, so.. obviously accusing me of doing so. Which makes me think that he was either exaggerating or they sold me used shoes. Then he asked for my card, which I thought was to transfer the money back, but he went out back to talk to his colleague (with my card) and then gave it back after he wrote details down from it. Then asked me to write my name on a post-it. Meanwhile taking several other customers and making me wait. I had to write my name again on the receipt and my address. Then he gave me the money in cash, so I have no idea what he wanted my card for. Am considering if I should block it.
Giving two stars instead of one, because I had a good experience the first time I bought shoes there (and well, the shoes are great), but I have honestly never been made to feel worse or more uncomfortable about returning something. Especially considering they encouraged me to take them home.
