I went to Champs store today looking for basketball shoes for my son.
I went inside of the store and I was greeted by this absolutely lovely, amazing woman! Her name was Lily! and she was absolutely amazing!
she asked me if she could help me. I told her I was looking for his basketball shoes for my son and how important it was for me to find them…Right away, without tell me a word, she did something on her phone, and she said , just go to the foot locker next-door. They still have one pair left. and guys… I can’t tell you, how happy I was!!! she absolutely made my night!
I was absolutely blown away with their customer service, it was such a pleasure to deal with people like Lyli!!!
There was also another lady standing next to her . Just as pleasant as Lyli!
I just wanna say thank you guys so much for making my day, making my nigh, and making my son so happy !!! blessings 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I stopped by this Vans store today to look at their skateboard collections. My wife was shopping at a bag store next door so I didn't want to wait around for her there. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told her I was just browsing around and she didn't interrupted me. They have some nice collections of skateboard here if you want to come take a look. I also looked at their shoes and shirts. I don't wear Vans stuff but some of their selections were nice.

Ordered online for pickup. Long wait for someone to come help us at the pickup counter. Thankfully, I decided to try on the shoe before leaving. The shoe was used with visible dirt in threads and faded logo marking inside. We asked the lady to replace it and she claimed it was only tried on in the store and proceeded to clean it with wipes. We asked to give us another pair and were told it was the last one but we could order another one after standing in another line. We just asked her to keep the shoes and refund. Reminds me why I don't shop at this place.

Good thing we didn’t need any help bc the two young females working in the completely empty store other than ourselves couldn’t be bothered, and finished their personal convo and cell phone engagement… didn’t even acknowledge us. We left after several minutes of this treatment, or non-treatment as it were. All while within 5-6 feet of the associates. So … we went upstairs to Doc Marten and spent our money there where we were greeted by very attentive associates . 🤷🏼♀️

Service sucks, prices are not great, and it seems they resale used/defective shoes. I ordered some crocs for pickup from here as a last minute gift because the crocs store was too far from me and the malls were packed being the holidays and all. I picked up my order, and shoes from the bottom seemed they had been walked on and i also had to trim some rubber as it had extra rubber on the inside of the croc. I took it back as soon as i picked up and noticed and the girl at the register is clueless. The person in the front greeting just said they can order some for me as that was the last pair (like why sell a pair that’s not good in the first place) and i told her i needed them for today and that’s the only option she gave. None of them apologized, they couldn’t match the price for another pair of crocs (the ones i got were 25% off). Then the girl at the register tried to charge me again for the crocs i had already bought! This place is ridiculous. They are also sooooo slow. Never coming here again.

I had an unfortunate experience today with Jen the manager.
Last week we purchased two pairs of boots and asked about their return policy (to ensure we could return the boots if we decided not to keep them.)
I went today to return the boots and Jen the manager proceeded to tell me that there was a maximum daily returns at 200$ (a policy that was not mentioned at purchase, or written on the ‘returns policy’ at the desk). I asked her why it was not mentioned at purchase or on the poster at the desk and she continued to blame ‘corporate’.
After 10 minutes of back and forth she agreed to do the return of the second pair and said she would have to do an ‘incident report to corporate’.
Jens attitude was abrasive and rude, and included eye rolls and tuts. She was extremely unprofessional. I will be lodging a complaint via Steve Madden about her attitude and behaviour.

One star for cleanliness. Customer service is a hit or miss. If you plan on browsing might as well browse online, especially if your SA isn't in. Because they will say rude things about you to the customer they are helping. Thinking you can't hear them. That's why I would rather shop online or go into the nordstrom. Just better service.

Busy at the time we were there in a weekend and the customer traffic was handled poorly by the staff. The wait for one pair of shoes was long and aggravating to wait for a few pair. We left and went to another store.

Love the broad selection of shoes. I always check Aldo’s first for any occasion. The store is always nice and clean and the staff are super nice and extremely helpful! I went in to return a pair of shoes I NEVER wore, because they didn’t fit. The girl took the shoes to the back and then came back trying to like rub/clean the bottom. Saying I wore them out and that she couldn’t take them back because they were ‘ruined and dirty’. They never fit, so I never wore them out. She was extremely rude. I think she’s actually the one who ruined the pair of shoes. She never said she was taking them to try and ‘clean them’. Now I remember why I never shop at ALDO. I’ll definitely be calling to speak with some one who could help me return the shoes that SHE ruined.

Tried on a pair of hiking shoes and found a pair that fit and looked good so I grabbed them. I then proceeded to go look at some tennis shoes and found a pair that looked nice so I went to try them on at the little seat they have on every other isle. I set my hiking shoes down next to me to try on the pair of tennis shoes I picked out when an employee came over and asked if I needed any help. I kindly let her know that I was ok and didn't need any help but thanked her for asking and checking on me. I then tried on the tennis shoes which didn't fit so I walked back over to the isle which was 2 isles over from where I sat to try them on while leaving the hiking shoes I picked out next to the seat since I didn't want to carry them over to only grab a different pair of the tennis shoes in a different size. When I returned to try on a different size I noticed the hiking shoes I had picked out were gone. I literally was only gone for less than 30 seconds. I then looked around in confusion about where my hiking shoes disappeared to, only to hear that same lady who had asked if I needed help earlier say did you want those. I said yes I did want those, why did you just take them without first asking me and she didn't have an answer. This was so unprofessional and really upset me since I had to clearly tell her to bring them back in my correct size I picked out. She was unapologetic and liked at me like I was from outer space. When I checked out, a different lady rang me up and she was not friendly at all and didn't even say hi when I walked up to the counter. Needless to say I won't be returning to this shoe store. The prices aren't the best either so think twice about going here for your next pair of shoes.

Don’t waste your money. Horrible quality and service!!! Purchased a sandal wedge for my daughters graduation. My daughter walked onto her campus and within 15 minutes of walking she called me and said the shoe broke. I had to take off my shoes so she didn’t graduate barefoot, thankfully she didn’t hurt herself. I went in within a week and a half, had receipt and they wouldn’t give me a store credit or refund. In the middle of me speaking, the manger, Angel, interrupted me and told me that no matter what I said she wasn’t returning the shoes. Horrible attitude and awful customer service and quality. They still have the shoes in their possession. Wish I could give ZERO stars. I’ll never go back and I’ll spread the word.

This is the worst store. First of all I went on 4/18 around 3:30 pm. I waited minutes before someone came out to help. She comes out and said she was by herself. I called out several times before she came out. Two other customers walked out. If you’re alone there is nothing that urgent that needs to be done in the back during open hours.
Next I had return I was told I couldn’t return because I started it online but I could not print the label. She was able to download it on my phone but I still couldn’t return the items in store. That was so weird. Not sure why the return could not have been cancelled. Anyway I saw the bad reviews and thought they were just being tough but I agree the customer service here is horrible and she was not nice. I think she could have done more. I don’t think shopping at Aldo is worth it. Again the girl was not helpful at all and didn’t want to be. You can tell when people just don’t want to be bothered!

The worst shoe store I’ve ever been . Service sucks. Stuff does everything except work with customers. I was ready to spend 100-160$ for shoes and they don't care. So if u need shoes u may order them online or choose another store to buy shoes. I recommend avoiding this store.

They don't even deserve 0.5 a star. Rude and terrible attitude towards customers. I was ignored and dismissed and the older lady here was condescending and didn't accept a return/exchange for defective item because it was worn once. You will soon lose all your customers if you keep up this approach!

Looked up their responses on the negative reviews and they are posting the same generic cynical response as they have below for mine. Sorry but there is no reason for any customer to trust this kind of Z-class service and when no remedy is suggested. The product I got injured my feet for poor design on the first and only wear. I have pain in my right heel and blisters on both feet after just one wear. Despite me explaining this to the store associate, returning my item was not accepted. For a 150$ item the least one can expect is a comfortable boot and not just style. Keep copy pasting the same responses 👏🏻👏🏻

They don’t deserve even one star , very bad experience . Bought shoes there and stitches on them are coming out . I went back to store to ask them why are they coming out. She replied very rudely with loud voice and said there is no return or exchange . When I told that I am there to check if they are used shoes that are sold or not . She just started shouting . I went to the Westfield Topanga location on a Wednesday and the sales girl informed me that she could have the shoes I wanted shipped to my house since there was only one pair in store and it had some damage. The employee told me it would be 2 day shipping repeatedly but I was never sent any sort of tracking number or email confirming my order. On Monday I called the store as the shoes should have already arrived at my home according to what I was originally told. The employee on the phone said they hadn't even been sent out yet and that they would send it that day with 2 day shipping as they now had the shoes in store. I was told they should arrive on Wednesday. I called again on Thursday only to be told they hadn't been sent out until that day and would arrive on Friday with 1 day shipping. On Friday I called again and the person I spoke with told me that "as I had been told yesterday" the employee from the day before had attempted to speak to FedEx in order for the package to arrive by Friday but it would be arriving on Monday, meaning the person I spoke to on Thursday wasn't honest about what day my shoes would arrive. My shoes did arrive on Monday but that was 12 days after I ordered them meaning it was 10 days later than I had initially been told. The shoes didn't arrive in time for what I needed and I had to spend an entire day looking for something else last minute so I returned them. The entire reason why I was looking for my shoes in advance is that I was trying to avoid this and ended up in an uncomfortable situation regardless due to the overall awful service I was provided. I don't understand how my order was messed up so badly and I'm upset that I was lied to 3 separate times. It was my first time shopping at this store. It was frustrating and stressful when it should have been very simple so I wouldn't recommend ordering anything at the store unless you have plenty of time and are willing to keep calling for updates. I'm disappointed I was strung along that whole time in order for them to keep the sale when they could have been honest about when the shoes would arrive. If they had been honest I would have gotten a heads up to look for another pair of shoes sooner and I may have even decided to keep the shoes (which arrived late) since the main reason I returned them was the terrible customer service.

I was given a pair of shoes that were already in worn condition when purchased. I was unable to wear the shoes to the event I had , so I decided on returning them. The employee refused my return claiming I had worn them, which I had not. I asked for a manager and she claimed to be one. Then she claimed her manager was not there, and to come back in an hour. Which I was ok with, but this was a lie her manager was there. The number they initially provided me to call was their direct phone number , and when I went back they refused to give me a general mangers phone number. They provided me with a customer service number that after being on hold for 2 hours never picked up.

First time to this mall. Don’t leave in the area. Walked into champs sports no greeting, an employee was yelling across the store to a customer. There were many employees on the floor to help but only on gentlemen was very helpful.

I've had better experience at Foot Locker I saw a shoe that I wanted it was on sale for 29 99 the guy goes in the back gets the shoe I try it on I decided I liked it go to the cash register and the girl tells me that she was $39.99 and I say the tag said 2999 so she asked the guy he says oh no it said 39 I asked where's the tag at I want to see the tag because I know it's at 2999 miraculously he said he threw it away but I will never shop at Footlocker again the manager is dishonest in the employees follow his lead there are many other stores that are honest that you can shop Footlocker is not one of them

Found Chucks that weren't overpriced, of course I paid them a visit and got me a pair of some Classics.
Staff was friendly and approachable. Helpful and assiduously attending to the comfort, wishes of others; very polite and very courteous.

I always get my shoes from them and we all know it’s not a cheap material comparing it to it’s price which is more on a higher range. But I can definitely say they hav good quality shoes for all types.

I went into Van's to buy a gift for someone, it was early afternoon and the store was empty. The staff didn't once ask if I needed help and like other reviews have said, I felt like they were too bothered and annoyed.
I was in the store for quite a while too and the only service (if that) was when I asked for a size. BUT, to top it off, NONE of the shoes I asked for (probably asked for 5 or 6 different ones) were in the size I wanted. You'd think that the staff would have offered a solution or alternative? You would think they would act like they wanted me to buy something? At least point me to their website right?? Nope.
So I ended up leaving, having bought nothing with such a bad taste in my mouth. Never going back. I'm not asking for star quality service, but just common basic service. You can find so much better at other stores.

The worst DSW store I've ever been to. This is the nearest DSW to my neighborhood but I won't go there ever. I've been there once to return 2 pairs of shoes I purchased online and buy another one. When stepping out of the store I realized the cashier just returned one pair's money to me and went in again and talked to the cashier. She rudely said I just gave her one pair without bothering to check despite me trying to remind her of the cabinet I saw she put the shoes in! She told me to go away since she is busy with so much attitude. I talked to the manager. He asked the cashier and she said she was sure she got one pair! I said I'm not going out of the store till get my money back. Then he came after 15 minutes saying he had checked the cameras and I was right and finally gave my money back. Worst customer service ever. I know no one is perfect and mistakes happen but the way they made me look in other customers' eyes like I'm trying to get some money that is not mine and not bothering to check or even being polite was terribly so bad.

This Vans store in the Westfield shopping center has a good selection of well, Vans shoes, clothing and accessories. Service was helpful and friendly, the associate did a great job trying to find a good fit. The store itself was pretty clean and organized.

I've been to other Journeys locations and like those, this one has excellent, friendly staff. Service is quick.. staff is right on top of things, handling multiple customers well. Selection is good - they have a depth of colors and styles most other casual footwear stores lack. Pricing is competitive and at times better than their competition. For service, come here. They are fairly small stores, but they have excellent service and surprisingly good selections for men, women and children.
