Hundreds of nice shoes. Got a pair.
Serene and the two males attending the store were super friendly and helpful, sadly they didn’t have my size on the first option for the day of the death collection with the full body of the dog on the side so I opted for plan B. Serene explained that next season I must come in September to get them as they sale super fast. The store is clean and organized, thank you for your great service 🙏🏽🌷✨
Went here for my 12 almost 13 yr old daughter, and it was like stepping back in time, lol. I remembered coming to this store when going to the mall was cool. It was everything I remembered. The fact that my daughter now likes this store was just everything. This shopping center has all the stores I grew up with, and my daughter and I have now made this our favorite weekend excursion destination. Can't wait to go back.

Zac the manager is the nicest most professional manager I have seen at any Vans store I’ve been too (I’ve been to a lot, I mean a lot), actually any store I’ve been too in the last I don’t know how long!! I live in Pleasanton and now drive the distant just to this store!! Very knowledgeable on all Vans merchandise also!! It’s really hard to have good customer service these days!!! Really hard!!

Newpark sucks in general but i love going to hot topic! It carrie's the mall. The staff is always really friendly and the products here are so cute. I think the workers deserve a raise because its a little pricey. But you earn hot cash and the staff tells you what deals are going on. They also will order products for store pick up if you ask them

So this store has Jordan 13’s and I go to buy them ( I even tried on 2 different pairs) and was told by a rep Bobby that his manager and district manager said they have to hold them for a re-raffle. So I asked how to I get into the re-raffle he said he does not know. So it just seems like to me they are being held until pay day for someone. Just for future reference other stores show these shoes in stock like the champs down stairs who told me to go up stairs because they had pairs and when I go out my way to buy them and then get told I can not because of “reasons”.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Met all our needs easily and quickly with no hassle.
Went to purchase vans shoe for my son and ended up buying for myself too. Sales rep was extremely helpful in getting the right size for us and excellent service overall.
In the middle of this dead and dying mall was Torrid. Otherwise known as the only place in this mall to get nicer looking things for the non weight challenged. Unlike most every remaining store in the mall, the staff was helpful and they had product to sell. The store was neat and well presented. If you're above a size ten, go check them out. Only four stars though. Through no fault of the store, prices are a bit steep for providing an extra two or three inches of cloth.
Sales people were helpful. Lots of interesting items. I thought it was cool however it was definitely aimed at a younger demographic. My kids LOVED the place. Im hoping they'll get me one of the t-shirts for fathers day 😉
The staff are always super friendly. I love the Newark locations selections and they always have a variety of sizes available on the floor. Their clearance section is sizable with great deals. The fitting rooms are currently open with a 10 item limit to try on. You must wear a mask and are not allowed to consume outside food or drink while shopping (you're okay to hold it with you). You'll want to park on the back side of Macy's (2nd floor entrance) and enter where forever 21 is.
This torrid store is really friendly and welcoming - I've only come in a couple of times for returning online purchases, but never felt like I needed to just get in and out. The store is really well laid out and clean, and the staff are all really nice and helpful too. I can't wait to come do more shopping here when it's safe to do so!
The store is nice and clean, and the staff are awesome. This HT has a great selection of clothes and for the most part things are easy to locate.
My only complaint would be demand. Whenever I come here, there seems to be a lot of items out of stock or not in my size, though I'm an XS so it's possible they just didn't make the product in that size. However, the stock is a problem as well. It might just be tough luck on my end and when I visit, but whenever I do there isn't much in the band section where I shop. I'm not taking a star off for it though, because I get that HT is popular af and they're trying their best to keep up with demand. I mostly shop online anyway. :)
Plus, their jewelry is incredible! Excellent selection for chokers, bracelets, necklaces and other stuff. I can't find good-quality emo jewelry on Amazon and any other places so this is a huge plus for me.

Love Torrid. It's the one place I can always find clothes, under garments and occasionally shoes/boots in my size as well as my style. When I started gaining weight my older sister took me here and helped me find a few outfits and I have loved this store ever since.( going on 9 years now)Super cute styles, amazing staff to answer questions and will personally help figure out your size on any item they sell. I recently went to the Fremont location because I needed to figure out my size in skinny jeans and bralettes, and felt so at ease requesting assisstance from the staff about the bralette because the staff at this store don't judge your appearance or personal style. If you're a plus size girl sizes 10 to 30 and need super cute clothes that you can feel comfortable and confident in then Torrid is the place for you!

I have worn nothing but Vans shoes since i was 16 and in my 40's they are still the worlds most comfortable shoes in the world! Excellent experience friendly staff nothing less than perfect!
I like the Newpark mall for Hot Topic , Spencer's, and the Disney Store. The food court don't have much selection. Half the businesses are closed.
I love Hot Topic and shop mostly online. The stores are too small and dark. The employees always greet me which is nice. I wish they carried more plus sizes in the store. I do love what products they carry and plan to do my Christmas shopping online. They have awesome sales.

Great clothes, the fit is almost perfect and really makes is curvy girls feel great. But the price is not reasonable at all they have deals and stuff but u will still pay 60 or 80$ on a bathing suit or over 100$ on a full outfit

Customer service was great. As soon as we walk in they told us $10 for t-shirt. I waited for my gf for over 20 minutes because she was looking around. After a good wait time, we went to check check out and they told us is not $10.
Received 3 warrior jerseys as a gift for my 3 kids. Went to store to exchange them as the size wasn’t right. It was 8 days outside the 30 day exchange window, but all I needed was a different size they basically told me not only that I can’t. But since it’s on sale they will only look at current price, even though I had the receipt clearly showing the price paid. All I was looking for was an exchange in size. There is a reason stores are slowly going out of business and people are moving to online shopping, is what I said to the person helping me. And she said yup, we don’t need you in the store either.

Associates are friendly and always let you know of discounts/sales. Sign up for their rewards account and get coupons. Wide variety of sizes and fits. The employees always check up on you to see if you need any changes in sizes when trying on items

This is one of our favorite places in the Mall! We can't go to the mall without visiting Hot Topic! Love the staff and the variety of items they carry! The pathways throughout the store are sometimes tight but you deal with it because they have such great things!
I’ve been there to purchase the shoes that in stock but they told me the shoes is reserved for the employee that been sick then I came back again and kindly ask if I can purchase the shoes then this lady that supposed to be sick is working so I woould say they hold it for there siblings, friend etc. the manager supposed to be fired because it’s against the policy to hold the shoes I already called the customer service to file a complaint

Torrid jeans are the only jeans I wear, they're the best. I'm very pleased with the location here. I only don't give it 5 stars because it's difficult to get a salesperson to help you in the store, but once you get one they're very helpful. The jeans are of great quality and fit just right.
I bought a Pokémon bracelet and later when I backed my home I found there was little problem on that. I went back the store and asked an exchange, their person agreed without any hesitation. This is why I think highly of this hot topic store. For general hot topic stores( I've been three different hot topic stores), they always have cool items of animations, if you love animations and wanna show others that you love the animation, just go the stores because you always find right items there.
