Costumer service is good, good discounts
I love shopping here...the best deals, but this last time I was here the sales associate was a bit much, anytime I picked something up she would run over to talk to me about it, then she was making recommendations on things that aren't even me. TBH it was worse than being at a car dealership, they at least walk away to let you look for 10 - 15 min. I couldn't shop comfortably so I left.

When you enter the MK Store or not, the employees look at you from Head to toe. They see you too much. lt makes you uncomfortable. lt bothered me so much that l better left immediately Honestly, l didn't buy.

We had sooo much fun shopping there. We were looking for a crossbody purse that would work for traveling. Alexus showed us everything that fit our specifications. She pointed out additional features that each bag had. We were easily able to find multiple options that fit our needs. We had such a good time looking at all the other cute stuff they had. From crab-shaped coin purses to watermelon wristlets we ended up with much more than a crossbody bag. Alexus was amazing but the entire staff was super helpful as well. We travel a bit to get to this location but this staff and this experience make us want to return-soon. Thank you Kate Spade ♠️ outlet! We had a great day because of you.

They are funny acting. No one spoke to me. We walked past several salespeople. Finally, an older woman came up and was super nice and helpful. Sometimes, it's the small things. Im coming to spend my hard earned money. Just speak. It's the difference between a no sale or a 100 dollar sale.
Asked an employee if I could try on a shirt in a fitting room today at 11am, and he said they were closed, and to instead try the close over the clothing I was wearing. Common, what kind of leadership and professionalism is this, I would expect more from a Lacoste store, so I ended up going to Náutica a couple stores down and their customer service skills is always above and beyond. They need to take a grasp on this employee because I shop here pretty frequently and their customer service is pretty poor, and it shows by the emptiness of the store.
If there is a zero star, I'd rate it zero. Customer service is very bad, the fitting rooms were closed when the store wasn't closed (told us that they would close the fitting rooms right after these people are done), didn’t get welcomed to the store, nor did anyone ask us if we were looking for anything.

We always stop here on our way to Vegas. I swear this Tommy store can take all of my money when I come through! You'll always find a great deal and great clothing and accessories.
Store associates were really nice until I went up to register to return an item. It was one day over 30 days on receipt. They stated kinda of rudely, I could not return item nor exchange it for anything in the store. There was absolutely nothing they could do for me according to the “manager” who called over another associate to ask for assistance. I would think the “manager” would know the answers to my questions instead of asking another associate. No matter what kind of business, small or big, I believe polite customer service should always be the policy.

We came here on 08/27/22 myself and whole family felt so uncomfortable the manger on this store and two other lady’s were so rude to us. The manger seem like she didn’t want to sell!! she was giving all my family attitude I’m from a Hispanic family they made us feel like we couldn’t afford this place. It’s really ridiculous I’m so upset the fact that we couldn’t shop in peace. I hope the manger gets the proper training and education on how to be friendly with customer especially as a manger

I live in Los Angeles and was on the hunt for a specific purse. I called an outlet closer to me and they told me this Barstow outlet had it in stock. I called the very next day and Isabella O took my call. She was beyond sweet, helpful, and very communicative throughout the entire process!
I asked an employee folding clothes if they had a size 38 in a shirt my wife wanted. They suggested i stand in line at the cash register. Maybe the checkout lady could help. Considering im paying $300 for three shirts, i kind of expect a level of service thats better then Walmart. We just paid for what we already had and walked out. Probably wont be back. If you want to charge premium prices, the level of service needs to match the prices.
The MK store at Barstow is the worst outlet store. Nobody greets you as you enter, nobody helps out. However,,they do look at you as though you are going to steal something. Even though I am probably richer than the short Asian Manager with silky dark shoulder length hair. She was having a personal conversation with another employee on the store, had no time for Customers. Please read all the other similar reviews, need to fire the Managers first.

Great customer service! Great prices actually surprised at the great deals they have and they offer on top of the sale they have if you sign up for the rewards program which is free and only gives you more coupons they take an extra 10% off at the register for the whole purchase. I especially love that I could find matching outfits for husband daughters and myself this is exactly what I was looking for.. so if you need to coordinate matching outfits or look for exact matching outfits for the family come here. You won’t be disappointed and their prices are great!.
The past couple of times I've been to this store, I've been able to find something. I don't know who helped me, but she was very nice. I was able to find something that I really liked in a short amount of time and get out of the store. All of the people were really nice to me during my short visit. I would definitely go back to this store when in the area.
I had bought a bracelet there that discolored. I made a mistake and tried to go through the company.
I went back to store and the bracelet was replaced with a smile. So happy I bought a purse and wallet. They are ALWAYS so nice and friendly and accommodating there.

Sale person that helped me on the floor was very nice and patient too. I appreciate that because I was shopping for someone else that could not be at the store and had to communicate with them via text message to make decision. Even the young lady at cashier was very pleasant.

I was very lucky to enter this Barstow Outlet. I found Guess Factory and was very well attended by the salesperson who accompanied me helping me with sizes and styles. The store was super organized and clean, I had nothing against it. I think it is worth stopping at this Outlet when you are on the way. Near it there are a variety of places to eat.

I've gone here for over 8 years. Each time they've been very helpful and always eager to assist. I've always had the best experience and would definitely reccomend any and everyone to visit this place. If your looking for any type of gift regardless of the occasion this is the best place for a gift for your loved one. They have a women and men's store. I have been to the outlet twice, and both times an associate, her name is Brianna (sorry about the spelling), has helped me find exactly what I’m looking for. She’s kind compassionate, goes out of her way to make me feel extremely welcome, she’s knowledgeable professional and has even taken the time to learn my name. I’ll go back to Kate spade’s end I will ask specifically for her to help me. She ihas even talked to my wife on the phone, Or through the video because my wife is going through cancer treatments and unable to come. I’ve been doing all my shopping there for my wife and Brianna has just really made me feel totally welcome there. I come back just because she’s there and like I said she’s willing to help and take time out from other customers just to ensure I don’t over stress with the shopping. The prices are fantastic and it’s just exactly what all the women in my family want. So thank you Breanna and I wish you all the best in your sales career and I hope you become the manager.

I wanted to change my closet to something new. After going through a lot of thinking I chose Tommy. But the outlet made it even better. The price is cheap for the same thing you get at Mercy's or any other shop. With about $2000 wealth of clothes, I only paid about a quarter. The best part is, the sales AAssociates are friendly and will let you know if there is extra amount of dollars you could save. I rate it 6 stars if I could.

Staff was rude and unhelpful as if I couldn't afford to shop in their outlet store. I left before it turned into a racial issue.
Tony was good. Considering that this outlet is simply boring. Yes, boring. You will se many signs announcing the serious discounts. But you will not follow me that many times worth the buy. I got many underwear that were on sale. The rest wasn't worth purchasing.

Went in to look for a pair of jeans, and got exactly what I wanted. Tammy provided excellent customer service throughout the store. The business is friendly, professional, and priced exactly right. I'm definitely going to be purchasing from this location again!
