I love Max Mara , but I was really surprised with their return policy in Dubai . Most stores and Online’s stores allow refund apparently in Dubai do a no refund policy which would make me think twice next time to do a purchase . Even online stores allow returns up to 30 days . I wouldn’t buy from Max Mara Dubai store next time .

Very bad service at the cashier at 10:26PM on Sunday 07-Ap-2024 wearing black cap.
He was being rude in telling me without a smiling face that don’t do fast as it’s declining card. Felt bad as no smiles as we don’t come just because prices are low. Have to have high customer service not like the low price.

Honestly the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE,
Of course not all the people that works there but most of them, they don’t listen, don’t care about the buyer at all,
they give you any bag quick and make you feel like you have to rush and just move on, don’t check the piece, or treat you with any respect. They just need to sell as much as possible and don’t even talk to the client,
I literally live 4 minutes walk from the mall
And visit the store a few times,
Always the same service disgusting how they treat people, the energy of the place represent unhappy and no professional customer service, I think the managers are so bad the whole store and employees always have a bad attitude, I wait days for my keepall to arrive, and they didn’t even check my item, looks like fake,
When you buy this kind of products you expect quality attention to details, and go home happy with your bag, instead you go super stressful purchase
No care about anything treat you so bad don’t even welcome you, the worst I have experienced on a luxury store, looks like the bakery in the corner selling hot bread in a rush
Next time I buy in any other boutique but never here

The quality of the leather is so fragile that it falls apart with a couple of uses and they don’t have a service Center in Dubai. I purchased a bag 5 months and due to their leather quality it looks like 10 years old. The don’t have good feedback in Europe as well. I don’t recommend and won’t purchase again.

Had a horrible experience with the manager there who threatened to call police on my 8 year old daughter because she was looking at a toy that was already open. My child was so traumatised after the incident, she was in tears. Will never go back.

Not even clear if purchasing from duty free is worth it. Prices seem to be similar or more than regular stores.
They didn't ask me to update the purchase to my email. When I returned and requested, their response was not clear and the purchase is not updated to my account.

Today 3 January 2024, 7 pm when we entered at the boutique, the ladies consultant haven’t even welcomed us. They looked at us arrogantly. It was really unpleasant. I wanted to buy a MaxMara Weekend jacket, but two sales consultants discouraged all desire to buy anything. I will never come to this boutique👎👎👎

I love the shop itself , sometimes you can find really good things in good price, BUT! As long as I am going there for my kids shopping, to be honest , I hate it. First of all, prices not updated, same clothes you will find with different price tags and if you ask staff they will tell that “ we just didn’t label all the things and didn’t update the price”, so basically to know right price you have to always refer to a sales person to check it. And here you will face another issue, staff for kids section is extremely rude. They will alway let you feel like you are an “uninvited guest”. Mostly it would be a blonde Russian speaking sales lady, but she would always act busy not willing to help, answering question in a way that you don’t want to come and ask again. I witnessed many times when people ask her and get disappointed and leave. To be honest I wish prices are marked right so you can basically avoid to refer to staff. And another thing to assist you during you choosing they are not there but once you go to pay they would run out of nowhere just to put sale under there name, which is definitely not there input for me to buy. In new year night I faced attitude of another sales lady from kids section- a Philippine one, I was really hardly managing myself not to ask see manager. There were mess on the table as one Arabic family was selecting items and you can’t see things if you didn’t open them- it’s natural, but sales lady was so angry , nervously wrapping all after them, BUT good things they were not just open things they were really buying a lot, but even this fact didn’t make her happier. Than she showed me the same attitude and after I went to pay, she was there of course and the same family was behind me and they came to counter by pointing that they found themselves overall which sales lady told them earlier was not available. And the local man ask if there other cashier to finish them fast as they were in a rush, she told them that everyone is busy, but again she told them not in a nice way, keep being angry… honestly I hate to go there only not to see sales people there, I wish at least once come and find friendly person there, but for the last 3 years it was the same . Or else just mark all tags right so we don’t need to beg your staff to assist us. Just something for the managment to consider.

I visited the BBZ DCC branch today around 3:40 PM, and the arabic staff member (thin, fair-skinned) left me feeling rather disappointed.My child grabbed a clay toy that was kept close to the cashier and just opened the cap while I was browsing.
However, unlike other clay boxes nearby, it was not sealed, and the clay inside had already been obviously damaged by someone. My child just opened the cap, and I hurried up to him before handling the clay. The staff came right up to me and told me to pay for it without even checking to see whether my son had damaged it.If my kid broke it, he would be able to see the stain on his palm, but he just insisted me to pay for it, I instructed him to look at the camera.The manager handled things sensibly enough to tell me not to pay for it, but even so, I became a victim there.
I understand that even though the item is only worth one dirham, if one of us mistreats it or makes it unsellable, I still have to take responsibility.
I'm challenging the management to look through the CCTV to see if my child did it or not because I felt embarrassed.

I visited the Louis Vuitton Showroom last week and I was blown away by the variety and quality of their products. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they gave me a lot of information about the history and craftsmanship of the brand. I especially liked the leather bags and wallets, which were very elegant and durable. The showroom was spacious and well-lit, and it had a nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves luxury fashion and wants to treat themselves to something special.

Questionable quality, i am not sure if the sketchers they are selling are genuine or fake, i bought 5 sketchers from them and one of them had a defect after nearly 2months of using they refused to replace it. They told me because i used for 2 months and then i contacted sketchers about their warranty they said it should Be not less than 3 months. Then BBZ accept to replace it but they asked me for more money to pay saying that there is a difference in price although its the same exact shoes same color same design.i had to pay them i felt that they ripped me off.

I was there checking shoes then suddenly I felt like its a ghost shop nobody is talking to me, no hi no good afternoon, when I asked where can I find loafers the Filipina Staff just pointed her finger saying over there. I was shocked, I went to Miniso before that and everyone was so nice, they greet and asked if I need a basket, those simple ways made us customers feel like we’re welcome. The 5 stars for security staff. Unexpectedly noticed the excellent greeting and parting of the security officer which was amazing as he was the only person that greeted each customer with a wonderful smile and welcome.

Bad experience! Asking gift wrapping for a scarf, didn’t even provide it! Only done by a thin paper, staff is not helpful either, some high street brands have done better service than they do…..

Worst customer service ever!
I bought a trench coat while travelling overseas. Within the return window I checked with the customer service team if I could return - even offered to send it back to the store where I bought it. The team said no problem - they would help and I could exchange or return for full refund.
After that, I had to relentlessly chase the team to provide me with return instructions - but I kept being strung along with vague instructions until I was told I can no longer return it as the item was no out of season!!
So I complained, as I wasn’t able to use the coat the entire time pending the return and was told 4(!) months later it was now no longer possible. As I kept persisting, I was offered a voucher for half the value of the item as a consolation - even though I wasn’t happy, I accepted.
Again, I had to chase the team for the voucher just to be told over a month later that they won’t honour this offer either, as apparently they cannot issue this type of voucher - why offer it then?!
Extremely disappointing and disgraceful from a brand like this and has definitely soured my view of the brand.

The boutique is beautiful because r they need more evening varieties. The staff are amazing all three of them. I bought the black dress because it was beautiful and the Chinese lady was very helpful.

i am client of Max Mara since many years in Italy, few days ago i visited the Dubai Mall boutique and i got so disappointed by the bad service and bad staff attitude, very rude and impolite. i went in to buy something but i was just not sure between 2 sizes, the shop assistant was almost like not answering my questions, i had to ask several times if smaller size was available and she did not take even 2 minutes to check what i needed.
