Staff was rude and didn’t want to refill by glass cleaning liquid even though it is supposed to be lifetime refills. They gave me a silly excuse that the liquid was not anymore approved in the UAE.

Terrible service. I waited for 30 minutes to try something because there was queue in the fitting rooms, only to find out that they don’t respect the order. Simply terrible
