There are only a handful of good stores, the rest are junk stores. They try to make it look nice, but instead the mall decor look cheap and cheesy. The mall furniture is awful and cheap looking. White furniture looks like straight from Marlo’s. And fake orchids in the rest rooms? Come on! If you can’t afford fresh flowers, then better not have any at all or maybe don’t use purple orchids, use some other tasteful looking flowers. The fake purple orchids look like a cheesy nail salon. Mall owners need to go check out Tysons Galleria and take notes on how it should be done or hire a decorator. And somehow this mall frequently attracts homeless people. this morning, there was one homeless guy walking around and sitting in front of 7/11, and he had a real bad smell around him that you can smell from a distance. Almost made me puke. I was going to report it to the guards, but couldn’t find a single one, felt very unsafe.
Beautiful store, felt just like the website! Friendly service, nice layout, good selection and rly good inventory of items I havent seen in other stores
I was so surprised by the size of this store- it was fantastic. That said, prefer the on-line selection. There was a huge sale area with an additional 40% off that included accessories. (Though not my style.) If in Bethesda, you have to check it out!
So, aside from a corporate interest taking over a bookstore, the place which is 3 stories! Has NO restrooms for the patrons. Beyond appalling considering the prices and that they used to have restrooms. Even CVS does better
This is a mall that needs a full day to take in. LOTS of great stores, and the food court is outstanding! So much and easy to get lost in. Thanks for having a directory located in perfect places, lol

One of the great malls in the area. I come here for the movies occasionally. You might wanna park on the left side of the parking lot close to Lucky Strike Bowling if you’re gonna be out late in the evening because the mall doesn’t let you in after business hours to get to to the parking
Went to see the Cybertruck. Wish I could test drive before making a selection. Very nice. Lots of people. Very busy and not easy to speak to a rep. Didn't like one rep said... if I open the door I'll get fired to customers. A simple no not at this time would have sufficed.
Came to see the Cybertruck at Tesla. My first time at this mall and was thoroughly impressed.
Very good food courts, parking space and good brand stores are available.

The cashier was very nice and pleasant. Had a question about a return that I must of missed as final sale. Manager came and was condescending as I if was an idiot for not knowing it as final sale. I buy a lot of clothes here and have bough final sale items. It allowed me to return it online to bring to store. I’m writing though about the tone of the manager, very rude
This mall used to be "THE MALL" in MONT County. Now its got tons of empty spots. Hardly any private brands/boutique. No real reason to go there.

Nice place to visit. If you have an electric car, next to the entrance they have the fastest Electrify America charging station ( over 100 kWh speed)

Lovely mall! Love the seasonal feels when we visiting as well. Excellent shopping experience given the multitude of shops. Really love their food court and movie theater being there is well. It's just an all-around great place to be.
It is a nice mall has many stores including Tesla. Nice dinning terrace where you can find various fast food and drinks. It is not as big as Colombia mall or Tyson corner but it is beautiful. Had nice time with family and shopping.
Love this mall!! Lots of good shops!! Also activities for kids! Clean environments!! Plenty of restaurants! We went to Macys home and Lego!! I wanna keep coming back here for my daughter!!! She loves those kids store!

Westfield is one of the greatest malls in DMV. It has almost just the right amount of everything you might look for from giant brands like Apple to tiny stores where you get your needs. The food court is one of the strongest features with nearly the most famous ones. Overall, it is the most pleasant experience one could ever have! We loved it and will have it on the top of our shopping centers!
Westfield Montgomery Mall is an outstanding place for shopping enthusiasts. Huge mall with some exceptional stores. You will get every big brand under one roof. Specially the Macy’s store is huge with very nice collection. Same with other big brands. The food court is awesome, you will get some delicious option to choose from. Though the parking lot is large but it gets difficult to get one on weekends and holidays. Another nice part is the AMC theater is now open and we can enjoy our favorite movies there. Overall it is a great place to shop, eat and chill.
Came all the way here for the store to be closed. Online says 7 but the store had been closed since 6. I can’t help to think that the workers closed early just because they wanted to!
I have always loved this store! I visited this particular location and the supposed manager "Scout" was rude and unprofessional. She had 2 masks on and humiliated my mother in front of the entire store by asking her to wait outside because she had a face shield on. My mother has a doctors note and offered but the manager continued to yell in front of everyone. It was my mothers birthday and it was very upsetting. We had been in the store over 25 minutes before the manager appeared very nervous and fired up and started to make a scene. Ms. Wright was helping my mother and I and she was very nice. She checked me out and was very apologetic for the way in which it was handled. Ms. Wright should be the manager! I could tell select employees had little to no respect for the manager. Very awkward situation. A manager comes with great responsibility and professionalism no matter what industry or situation. No doubt COVID has divided and brought out the true colors of some. Don't forget, there are people in the world with existing medical issues that make it unsafe to breathe in a mask. Do not judge!
I’ve always loved shopping at this store. It’s one of the only small boutique stores in MD with trendy brands. It seems like a safe place to shop too during covid. Parking is easy too. Cute styles. Recommended:)
The first time I walked into South Moon Under, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I walked in and wasn’t greeted by anyone, or asked if I need help or anything. As i’m looking at some shirts a white lady walks in and two workers greet her and ask if there anything they can help her find. This was very upsetting to me, everyone deserves the same amount of respect regardless of color. I decided to give them another try and went in again and they were unresponsive once again. I really hate talking about race but all of the females working were white and they did the same thing they did last time. I had to get my mom a birthday gift a few weeks ago and was in the area so I decided to go in, I was greeted and helped by this very sweet worker. I don’t know her name but she was very helpful, I felt welcomed for once. It was just odd to me that the first time I was greeted by a worker at the store it was by someone of color. Please fix this problem and check your workers. It makes people not want to return.
I love this store! The staff are so helpful and friendly, and they have the cutest clothes. I tried on a white sweater that was so pretty, and wanted to try on everything in the store! The quality of their clothes are so good and will last for a long time. It is 100% worth the price! They also have the cutest little slip on shoes, which look good with very outfit. Their gold jewelry is also so pretty and is the perfect accessory. I can't get enough of this store!! Stop by next time you are in the area. #southmoonunder

South Moon Under is a neat Woman's Clothing Boutique with several locations in Maryland. They carry dresses, slacks, tops and even bathing suits. The styles are up to date with lots to choose. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking.
While Montgomery Mall is less than 2 miles away, but South Moon Under is a step ahead of most clothing stores in this area. It's chic, yet it still has a sense of intelligence. Most of the merchandise is sportswear. There's also handbags (including marc by marc jacobs, the brand that fuels my nouveau rich fantasies), shoes, jewelry, books and knickknacks. I tend to head directly to the sale section, and today, I purchased a mixology swatchbook (since I can't cook, I figured I should be able to make drinks) and blotting powders. I find the jewelry reasonably priced, and I contemplated some $15 gold hoops. There were also some fab platform high-heeled sandals on sale for $29.99 plus an extra 25 percent off. I'd try to catch a sidewalk sale for Wildwood. One drawback to the shopping area is that all stores close early during the week.
