Store is great and they have wonderful customer service that will tell you about new upcoming products and how much is in stock. Please don't use the Google maps recommended entrances! Park right in front of Puttshack in that outdoor area and you want to use that entrance -> walk past Abercrombie and Fitch to get there as the shortest way. Not sure why Google Maps recommends the parking garage or near the new Barnes & Noble but both ways are much longer routes.

I really love coach brand, and both coach stores that I have gone to for the past two decades. First downtown Chicago and now oak brook. I have shopped there every 2 yrs or so. This past month the service was excellent - the salesperson was kind to me and my daughters. We bought a purse for my wife. Unfortunately it wasn’t to my wife’s taste. We went to exchange it things did not go so well. We didn’t have the email receipt (8 days later) , my credit card shows the purchase and my purchase history are easily viewable on the stores own records. The purse was still in its gift box and still had the safety wraps on it….. it was the same salesperson. The salesperson was told that we couldnt exchange it for a different style as per thr managers instructions without the original receipt (records and purchase records were easily seen on their records and my card purchase history )
I respect coaches policy - the manager should have participated initially. I went back to the store shortly thereafter and received a different story from her. The exchange parameters changed. She was unapologetic bordering on insulting. Her affect is not good for a service industry job, maybe it’s just a bad day for her. The salesperson was very nice. I will still patronize coach, just drive downtown instead.

Had the best experience at this store today. The staff was extremely helpful. Shout out to Amanda (I might be misremembering) it was her second day and Emanuel who did an amazing job on the monogram tag.

I bought earrings as a valentines gift for my wife. They sold me the display. When i purchased they never told me anything about “final sale” on jewelry nor have a sign anywhere that states that. One of the earrings had a defect that doesn’t close all the way. I went with wife to exchange and they told us they couldn’t exchange due to sanitary reasons which it doesn’t make sense because when you ask to see an item everyone touches them and they don’t clean them back they just put it back on the drawer. So that doesn’t make sense. Also on receipt it doesn’t say nothing about jewelry being final sale. Very disappointed. I had to buy wife another pair.

I came into the Coach Oakbrook location regarding a concern about a wallet purchased from a different coach store and Marc quickly helped me and resolved my issue. He made sure I walked of out the store happy.

Lola was so helpful today. She helped me get my bag hardware fixed. She went above and beyond to make sure we left the store happy.

Walked in and was ignored. I had to grab a purse and ask if they had it in stock. Was informed that they didn’t have the color I wanted. So I left and then noticed that online they had it in stock. I walked back to the store and asked the same associate if they had the purse in stock, since it showed it online. She was short and said “it’s wrong online. It’s a discrepancy.” So then I showed her another purse online, that showed they had in stock. She once again was short and said “we don’t have it” Not once did she offer to order it for me or help me find it somewhere else. She didn’t even try to suggest a different purse. I got the vibe that she didn’t want to help us and wanted us to leave since it was close to closing. Really rude customer service.
