I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this car service and highly recommend them! From setting up the pick up and drop off, professionalism of the driver, quality of driving and a beautiful car, I will be using this car service again. The price is probably the same as Lyft or Uber on a per hour basis and you’re getting a significantly better experience. Also, they’re pet friendly which means a lot.
Our driver was early for departure and his car was immaculate. We have used Ultimate Black Car for ten+ years and have never been disappointed! It is a first class operation!
We booked weeks in advance for airport, pick up upon arrival and were extremely disappointed when the driver arrived with an empty fuel tank. The next 45 minutes were spent making our way into Manhattan only to turn around and come back to Queens to find a fill up. Communication during the process sparse at best and the entire time we were concerned that we would be walking. It was exceptionally hot in the car, because to save what was left in the fuel tank. There was no AC turned on even upon request. We had to alter and cancel our plans because the ride took so long due to the poor free trip planning.

Our Ultimate Black Car drivers were highly professional and courteous. They arrived on time. The ride was smooth. They treated us like celebrities. I would definitely use Ultimate Black Car again. I highly recommend them.
Ultimate Black Car was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Easy to book. Was picked up at the baggage area and had a short walk to a new Escalade. Great drivers both ways. Very much a family business, and the family clearly cares about the client’s experience. Would highly recommend them for all car service needs in NYC.

We used Ultimate Black Car to and from our wedding venue, and the service was outstanding. The car was immaculate. Do NOT use this!! For sure you will just waste your time and money! I waited for the bus at Grand Central station for 30 min and I ended up taking an uber because I had to catch my flight. I bet the positive reviews are fake, it's not possible, this airport shuttle can not be trusted.
It is hard to believe this kind of service is worth $21.50. Two people didn’t pay through website so the driver spent 10mins to check hardcounts/qrcodes
Plus the driver was also late for 2-3minutes.

Only take this if you’re not in a hurry. I thought there would be a 12pm bus, there wasn’t. Waited until 12:40, finally a bus came. Of course my terminal, terminal A, was last so that took an extra 20 minutes. Don’t think TSA pre check will help because EWR is one of the most unorganized airports I’ve ever been to. (I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes in TSA pre check so of course this time it took 25 minutes). Because of all of these inconveniences I got to watch my plane leave the gate and now I get to wait an extra 3 hours to go home. All because they couldn’t pick us up promptly.

Coach on line accepted the purchase of my ticket to go to grand central station on 6 pm bus and then bus driver decides to only go to port authority as traffic too crowded on a Sunday evening.
Bus driver was selling tickets for cash as several people waiting paid using cash. Not sure what to think about the cash transactions or the driver deciding not to go to all stops- grand central and Bryant park stops that were scheduled stops. Maybe the driver just wanted to go home and this was his last trip for him.
Note Grand Central and Bryant Park are walkable from port authority bus station. Grand Central was a mile walk but if you have large bags it is walking through crowded streets.

As others have pointed out, the staff could definitely be more friendly. I’m in the bus right now towards Newark. The bus started on time but let’s see how it goes. I planned ample buffer time for NY traffic and the tunnel.
Edit: Ok, the ride was actually fairly good. It took about an hour including time spent picking up people at the Port Authority. Want to change my rating from 2 to 4 stars but the unfriendly staff makes it difficult. Settling at 3.

I had a really good experience with the service but just wanted to write a little note of advice. After reading other reviews I decided it would be best to get on at the first stop (Grand Central Station) just to reduce the risk of not getting on the bus and I’m so glad I did! Getting on was fine I was one of 3 people, we left on time etc but got stuck in some crazy traffic around Times Square where we were at a stand still for like 20mins. Granted this is like 11am on a Wednesday so not even peak time. I was panicking I would be very late for my flight. Because we were running so behind, the bus driver didn’t even stop at the other two stops he just carried on to the airport. Grateful for my own flight but also feel for the people who missed it. I can only suggest get on at grand central and also give yourself extra time incase or traffic!
I was nervous about this but our experience was flawless. The driver scanned the QR codes off my phone (I bought the tickets online the night before), loaded our bags under the bus, and then we left from the Grand Central spot- which is actually on 41st street, NOT inside the station- on time. The bus was quiet and clean. We arrived at the Newark airport 45 minutes later (this was late morning on a Monday, so not rush hour.)
important note: I boarded during the least busy time of the year, so I didn’t have to worry about long lines.

Definitely recommend this company. The booking and reservation process was very simple. And then when an issue arose, where my mother couldn't be present with her CC and ID, we were able to work it out so everyone got what they needed. The driver was EARLY, which is great for special occasions--something as important as my sister's wedding. He was also a good driver, and helpful with loading all the bridesmaids' bags into the trunk (and of course the most important thing, the wedding dress lol). I would definitely book with them again!

When my wife and I were booked on a flight to Cozumel one morning I had called for Manhattan VIP Limo to pick us up and take us to Newark. We had a 5:30 AM flight so the airport limo had to pick us up at 3:30. The driver was on schedule and very upbeat for that early hour. We arrived in perfect time for the flight. The same for the trip back. Manhattan VIP Limo driver was waiting to transport us home when we arrived.

WE had the pleasure of using Luxor Limo while in New York. The driver, Charles was 20 minutes early, so he would make sure he was on time. Charles was very professional, and a very good driver. He did not cut in and out of traffic, like the taxi drivers did! Charles mentioned that it was his first day on the job with Luxor, and I am sure he will be very successful. 2nd trip using Luxor and it's been great. Ralph, our driver was on time, very courteous, friendly, helpful. Got a text saying our driver was on location with his phone number. JFK was very busy and I didn't see Ralph, but I called him and he quickly found us and took our bags to our car. As we arrived at our hotel he told me leave the bags for him to unload. The car look new and very clean. I already booked my return trip to the airport with Luxor
I would recommend Luxor Limo to anyone needing a car out of JFK. Our driver met us at the baggage claim area. He was gracious and friendly. He immediately took our bags and escorted us to the car. It was a sparkling clean and actually smelled brand new. We arrived safe and sound at our destination. For the price, you cannot beat the service.
We have been trying different Limo Services on our trips to New York. We finally found one we will continue to use. Luxor Limo was comfortable, clean and on time. Our driver, Reginald, was courteous and very professional. The most important factor to us is safety. Reginald maneuvered around Manhattan without speeding and cutting off every car. We rode with another service and literally feared for our lives! I'm not one who exaggerates but the last service we used, the driver was almost hostile and drove like a maniac. I felt very relaxed with Reginald at the wheel. I will definitely be calling Luxor on our next trip to New York.
I reserved the Mercedes van with Luxor Limo to take my friends and myself to JFK from our hotel stay in Manhattan. I was notified that our driver was in the area and would arrive shortly. Our driver contacted me and was very courteous and arrived as he stated. Our luggage was loaded and we were off to the airport. He was a skilled driver as he worked his way through the traffic and got us to the airport on a very smooth ride. I found the whole process of booking the limo through to the ride, was very easy and they made me feel comfortable with the process when I chatted with one of the customer service people about changing the pickup time to allow extra for the TSA lines. I highly recommend Luxor Limo. We will be using them again upon our return trip.
We used Manhattan VIP Limo during a recent trip to New York. We had 2 airport transfers and 2 limo hires. I cannot fault this company. The vehicles were pristine, the drivers were fantastic. This was my 2nd time with Manhattan VIP Limo and I had talked to their rep and he made sure I had everything I needed for my sisters 30th Birthday. I decided to go ahead and surprise her with a party bus. The driver arrived 10min early, waited for all my guests to arrive, that took an extra 20 min than the actual pick up time, and he still greeted us with smiles jokes and not once complained about inconvenience he had! We went to NYC restaurant. However the bus was extra fun. Manhattan VIP Limo had provided for us everything we requested: from drinks to chasers to music to chargers! The bus was clean the sound system was great. I will always use this limo service in New York.
Just used Manhattan VIP Limo again for an airport run to JFK. We got a new stretch limousine and a new chauffeur this time around and I've got to say, they keep moving the bar upward in their service quality. The chauffeur was super professional and made us feel comfortable and safe (had the whole family on-board, so this was important). The limo was state-of-the-art with all of the gadgets and Bluetooth connectivity that we've come to expect of a modern limo.
