This 5 stars is rewarded to the excellent service provided at Rhodes Liquorland today Sunday 18 Feb at 2pm. He welcomed with a hello and smile as soon as I arrived in store. I was looking at the back and he actively came over to check if I needed help and provided recommendations when what I wanted was sold out. Not often you go to a bottlo and get great service like this!

Great service and friendly staff. Located next to Coles so you can get your groceries as well in one visit.

Didn't have a big of a range as desire but it's a small shop and not a warehouse so that's to be expected.

The staff were very rude to me, especially that Asian guy. Aussie guy next to him was good he can understand better than him. I’m wondering why the staffs are very aggressive. Not welcoming, nothing. He said that his manager is very strict etc. perhaps, they should really solve their customer problems.

Rude self claimed manager who refused to serve even when ID is provided. No reason was provided and we were told not visit a store opened to public.
Terrible staff.
Been refused to buy ICE BAGS as I haven’t had an ID, the worst part behind this was the attitude of Steve who introduced himself as the manager and licensee.
I’m a licensee myself and I think the refusal was totally inappropriate.
But the fact of him telling me I have no idea and being completely rude about it was the upsetting part behind that.
A simple, ‘sorry house policy’ would have been acceptable, but he was calling me names I rather not repeat.
Worst customer service ever!
