Josée couloumbe who works for holand automotive group is unprofessional 0 patience and think's she is big shot there and she's just a worker who has no knowledge in customer service treats people badly insults her colleague to me on phone and does not take time to listen to the client who me was explaining to her that payment didnt go wanting to resolve the issue when I took initiative to call myself as I saw payment did no go she right away insulted me said I have no funds and I told her who are you to say I have no funds she said u have 0 dollars that's why your payment didn't go sweety I called my bank turns out It was blocked by the bank the payment I unblocked it simply and etransferd the payment now next time u wanna hire a person who has specialty in this department hire better staff because I won't be leasing anymore cars from here never ever again I have to give it to you guys... keep Fanya she's amazing there thx god for her I have someone I can speak to who has patience and knowledge in customer service not all your staff is bad just that lady oufffff she should not be here maybe she did not have enough sweets or coffee that day she needed some sugar or so but I won't forget how I was treated

SCAMMER ALERT!!! Very bad business practices. Everything was all great then all of a sudden they turn on you and change things. Broken promises. NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I've had a great experience each time I got a car from Paramount Leasing. They offer great leasing options and an awesome selection of luxury cars. Bronco, G Wagon, 911, Ferraris, Teslas.. these are all cars you can drive of the lot and skip the wait, while paying a super competitive lease rate. Just received a call at the business i work at regarding a wholesale buy from us. I was very courteous with the person who called me from this company.

We were not able to sell these people a car because we do not do business with wholesale on our vehicles...

This person hung up the phone. I guess they're not humane enough to end a conversation by acknowledging theres another human being on the phone with them.

If you desire to do business in this world, the main thing is how you treat people.

Basically what you've said is you're successful enough (not with 3 stars on Google Reviews but lets assume otherwise for now) that you do not need to be courteous with people you might wish to do business with.

I guess if u want something from them contact them but if they cant respond to your needs be rude. Thats their policy anyways! Amazing!!

I purchased an 2017 Executive Limo Van from Parade Leasing in 2021 and the experience was awesome. When I visited their facility in Montreal, it was evident that they deal in top quality products and know their business very well. The vehicle price was fair and the deal was very straightforward.

Never again will I do business with such a dishonest company. Worse customer service ever. If they can find a way not give you your money and keep it trust me they will. When you treat your customer like an 18 year old bum who can't count or read a countract because they didn't buy a rolls royce, I wish you all the luck with your shady business. Stealing from your clients is a terrible way of conducting business and looks like you've been very successful at it.

The Service team has been outstanding on all fronts, each time their input is required. Whether I deal with Jennifer, Pierre or Chris, everyone is most helpful, courteous and efficient. When the car is being serviced, the work is professionally and timely done, detailed explanations are provided when asked. Had a car that was impossible to find at dealerships - price was literally sticker + delivery with the only extra fees being for plating and transfer. The lease rate was 0.2% BELOW what the dealership was charging and they helped with a accommodation sale on a trade... really can't say much more praise than this.

Rhodie and David made every accommodation possible and the process was smooth - we're talking same-day Saturday delivery. Highly recommended if you're looking for 0-hassle experience. Alissa was also very responsive and went out of her way to help on a trade-related issue.

They also maintain an impressive antique car memorabilia collection right in the showroom that is really a treat to witness.

If you are looking for something hard to find - you'll be hard pressed to find better service.

Just completed a transaction with the team at Location Paramount and it was exceptional in every respect. We completed the process in 3 days and had the car delivered in an enclosed carrier to my door. The car was 100% as advertised, spotless and full of gas. Can’t say enough about the Youval and his team. Will absolutely do deals with them in the future.

Had an amazing experienced with their staff especially their Finance Manager Didier Ziri. I am looking for a specific car and they don't have it in stock but Didier was so experienced and helpful, after few days I received a call and to my surprised they have the car that i wanted. Transaction went well and no hassle, definitely will do business again with them.

I was lied to by Paramount Leasing. I purchased a car from British Columbia.

1. Their representative, Rosa Tarantine aka Rosie, specifically wrote in an email before I purchase the vehicle that “The front brakes were done, we will do the rear”.

2. The Sale Contract also specifically stated, “Price includes … change rear brakes”.

They DID NOT CHANGE THE REAR BRAKES. They have refused to honour their word or the Sale Contract. Do NOT do business with this company.
