The staff were very distracted, customer service were alright. They spoke tagalog which i obviously understood, talking about how they have no idea ehat they were doing reguarding opal cards.

Very rude staff. Bought Items, when we returned to the shop to complain as items were expired, they pretended not to understand English. 😑 Did not get a refund, avoid this shop, rip off.

All items are quite cheap staff are nice good spot next to station and Westfield but few losers hang around near their unfortunately

Horrible store, the drink I bought was expired since 2021 and when I complained about it they simply just ignored me and did little to nothing to resolve it and once I made it a big deal they refunded my money by dropping the money on the counter and rolling their eyes at me instead of handing it to me and issuing an apology. The workers are also very rude and when I asked if I can buy an opal card here they looked me up and down and told me to go to the news agency even and as soon as I left I heard them sell the person behind me an opal card? Do not bother going here. I am heavily disappointed

Horrible!! I went to this store in the morning of 2nd December. As I enter the store, I was stopped by an cashier who at that time was serving a different customer. I was told by the lady that I can't shop in this store as I was banned from it. When I asked her for the reason of the ban, I was refused to get an answer from her. Her way of talking was extremely rude. The worst customer service.

This is a quirky little store almost like an old fashion suburban corner store. It reminded me of a lost era before supermarkets. Most will find it confusing and congested but ideal to pick up one or two miscellaneous items on the way home from work.

Is a nice little IGA located right next to the station, cheap soft drinks. Didn't have rapid antigen tests and I was told to come back at 4PM, came back and was told to go tomorrow. I did not go the next day because there's no knowing how much more it'll be pushed back. Very narrow aisles so social distancing is virtually impossible

The staff here at this store are always super friendly and provide helpful and fast service.
I used to buy water here for 60c and the price has increased quite a lot but it's still cheaper than anywhere else. They have other canned drinks for sale cheap also.
They offer a small selection of fresh meat, fruit and vegetables as well as basic household food items.
They used to have hot pies for sale but they've stopped doing that.
They are well priced for cigarettes.
