Great natural juices, smoothies, teas, powders, seeds whatever you’re looking for. A bit pricey, but that’s usually what it takes to keep up a healthy and organic lifestyle. Friendly staff that try to help you decide between products. Very small shop but they make use of the space. Can find anything from almond flour, to spirulina, to pumpkin speeds, to maca powder. Gem in east legon.

Great shop. I was looking for matcha and they have so many varieties. Also they have some tasty smoothies. Owner is communicative and helpful!

A small health products shop tucked in the corner along a busy road at East Legon. They have in stock fresh variety of smoothies, herbs, grains and their famous smooth, additive-free honey. Prices are quite reasonable but then again can you put a price on your health? The lady in charge is always friendly and welcoming. All Covid protocols duly observed. Pass by to start, continue and maintain your healthy eating plan. Stay safe!
