My family and I had a wonderful stay in a Seaside Vacation Home. I really appreciated the 5-star level of customer service from the property management team. The house itself was superbly clean, spacious, and walking distance to the beach and shops. We can’t wait to return!

We just had an amazing Seaside, OR trip! We rented 2366 Ocean Vista Drive (June 11-June 15) and were blown away by the perfect location, exceptional customer service, and the comfortable, clean home. The backyard backed to the beach! We watched the sunset from the living room picture windows each night! Perfect bliss!! We will definitely be returning!

I’m so thankful I stumbled upon Seaside Vacation Homes while looking for a rental on the usual google searches. We have spent over a decade of renting multiple homes a year on the Oregon coast and other areas and this was by FAR our best experience so far! Excellent communication, Beautiful clean comfortable home, a great location too! We were greeted with a special surprise too, a birthday card for our son who turned 10!! We even accidentally crossed paths with some employees and they were so friendly and nice without knowing we were renting their home! I will be going straight to them for our next trip!

This place is our favorite! It’s so cozy and nice, and the view of the ocean is so much better in person than the photos and the host is so communicative. If you are looking for a quiet getaway with lots to do(if you even want to leave)this is the place to stay!

Our family did a spontaneous trip to Seaside & booked directly with Seaside Vacation Homes for 1440 Beach Dr January 6-7.
The staff at Seaside Vacation Homes were great to work with & provided great instructions for checking in & out. Made it so easy.
1440 Beach Dr was a great home away from home for our family & was dog friendly. Short walk to the beach. Home was clean, beds were comfortable & the hot tub was a great amenity. The parking was tight for an SUV but for larger vehicles you can park on the street.
Would definitely stay here again or one of their other locations.

We booked directly with Seaside Vacation Homes for our family trip December 28 through the 31st 2023. We stayed at Hidden Cove and It was absolutely perfect for 10 of us. We did have an issue with a bathroom not working, but they came out immediately to fix it and were super nice. The place had better views than the pictures indicated and the beach and promenade were just a couple houses away. I will definitely book with them in the future.

We rented the “Gone Coastal” home this past weekend 11/16-11/19 and we were BLOWN AWAY from the moment we walked in. The whole house was beautiful, renovated, clean, smelled newly house smell. Each of the spacious 5 rooms had a great sized bathroom. Large closets in each room with extra hangers. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. 2 laundry rooms. Open concept home. Both living rooms were great sized for gathering for our families. Everyone loved the home, space, and best of all the price was the greatest hit of all. We called direct to book and seaside vacation homes even helped us score a 15% discount code from the specials they had going on at that time.
During our stay we called to ask where we can find a sponge/brush for our kitchen sink to clean the dishes and they answered immediately and drove it over to us within a few minutes. 5-star service. Truly an amazing team, company and service. Thank you seaside vacation homes for a wonderful home and stay. We’re definitely going to recommend you and looking forward to our next stay with you!

I stayed at the Seaside Beach Club for 14 days. It was amazing. The view from 206 was spectacular. The condo was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed for preparing meals. The laundry room was squeaky clean. Thank you Beachhouse.

Had grandson graduation party and the staff was amazing the house was beyond beautiful! We stayed at 135 12th Ave such a beautiful house so close to beach and a real experience. My family stayed at Seaview Manor for my highschool graduation and party. The house was beautiful with an amazing Oceanview from the wrap around deck We had the best time, the house was clean and well maintained.

This company manages many beautiful property's around Seaside all of them are maintained & cleaned very well. Our visit to the rental was outstanding we will definitely be back to rent another beautiful house again.

My family of 6 adults rented The Lodge in Seaside from Beachhouse Vacation Rentals. 100% recommend! Before arriving, staff was polite, timely and responsive to questions. We had just one snafu with a coffee pot during our stay, and staff was quick to respond with a replacement within a couple hours. The property was as listed, with a few extras in the kitchen. The extra fridge was great for all our drinks. 😀 The house is even more spacious than photos indicate, and we loved having room for everyone to spread out: 2 dining areas, 2 tv rooms, large living room, parlor, plus 6 bedrooms, back deck and front porch. We enjoyed exploring all the nooks and crannies in this impeccably built and clean yet quirky (took us a while to find the second full bathroom) place, as well as the custom stained glass throughout. Couldn’t have been closer to the beach and everything in town was in walking distance. We dubbed the house ‘The Schicktorium’ for our stay, and we couldn’t have found a better place for us.

The test of a business is what happens when things go wrong. We had a pretty gross plumbing problem. They went the extra mile to help, with a smile, even well after hours. Can't thank them enough. Plumber, maintenance people and owner all just the best.

My husband and I met our 3 sons at 471 13th Ave Beach rental. The first night I fell into the hot tub, as there are No steps or hand rails to hold on to. Hurting my ankle so bad I cant walk without help. The heat would not stay on. Was 57 degrees inside for 4 days. No propane. We had plans to roast hot dogs for dinner. Had to eat sandwiches. Emailed all this to their office. NO RESPONSE. Very disappointed .

Loved this airbnb by the river! Super comfortable beds, really clean and great location. Can't wait to book this place for our coast getaway next year.

I highly recommend avoiding this company. Sharon is all about the money and heaven help you if you actually have to talk to this woman. She is rude, mean, and treats you horribly. I think Katie is the only one saving this place. Had to report Multiple issues about the condo. Both the toilets were running (still from reporting them 2 years ago?), broken light fixture in the bathroom. No light in the bedroom. Corroded door knobs in the front room balcony so you couldn't close the door. Broken chair on the balcony in addition to a corroded end table. The place is just gone down hill and they don't seem to be keeping up with maintenance. (361 S Prom #304)There are other vacation rental companies and nicer places to stay for the price. It's sad as we used to love this place but after about a dozen bookings, we are forced to go elsewhere.

Recently stayed at 1841 Beach Dr. And was severely disappointed! There was water damage around the house. Carpets were very old and made a bad smell in the house, walls were chipping along with the bathroom tub. The gate to the back was broken, very old for a rental, dishwasher was not properly bolted in, and the hot water would last 20 min for every hour, hardly any wifi, and the fireplace was nasty and did not work! Maybe there's some better homes but with my experience I'm not happy!

I feel so defeated and emotional. This has been such a hard year. All my daughter wanted for her 8th birthday this year was to go to the coast with her cousins. We scrapped together enough money to get a beach rental that allowed a small dog. About two days ago I found out there will be some concrete being poured for a walk way annoying but not a big deal. Well today I found out that we are unable to stay at the house because it's unsafe. They tried to put us in a condo which is fine but it doesn't allow dogs, so I hesitated. $60 to board a dog is out of our budget. By this point the lady on the other side of the phone yells that's fine we will just cancel and give you a refund. What?! What am I going to do? How will we find some where else to stay on such short notice?! I am so upset 😭😭😭 Don't rent from Oceanside Vacation Rentals.

I have never been treated so heartless and disrespectful!! My dad was literally in the hospital on his death bed dying and these women, especially the owner, Sharon, only cared about money. Not once did they say they were sorry, or give any condolences. She did mange to insult me and say she found it hard to believe I was so broke that I needed my deposit back, after I explained to her that my dying father was the one paying the other half when we got up there, and that I also had to rent a van for my family to travel to the hospital my dad was flown to, and 2 hotel rooms for family so they could say goodbye to my dad, the money would help me alot more than a voucher for any property for the next year. Then she sternly told me, well, she would charge me a $100 cancellation fee and made sure to reinforce that this was a ONE TIME THING, as I reminded her it was literally a life and death situation and that I only have 2 parents so I didn't think it would happen again. I also reminded her nothing I signed ever said anything about a no cancellation policy...
Long story short, they are not nice people, no morals, values or hearts whatsoever. It was the last thing I needed at that time. I will absolutely never do business with them. I have told my friends and family about how they treated me and they will never be doing business with them either and they are telling everyone they know not to do business with them as well. If you are reading this before you book a reservation with them, I hope you wont either. There are much better places to rent through!!

Great set of condos, right on the beach. We stayed in 408, which was surprisingly completely stocked with everything we would need. We didn't know what to expect, but you could literally walk in and make a meal with all the dishes and silverware, etc. (Food,.course, not provided.) Very short walk to the beach and downtown Seaside.

We Rented the yellow cottage In July for 5 nights. Its very small, but perfect for two adults and on little dog. Great Location. Had everything we need. I would recommend the owner purchase new outdoor seating for the back yard. The Furniture out there looks like it will fall apart if you seat on it. The lawn was very, very Dry. I would rent this place again! This rental company does a wonderful job.

This is the first time we have rented a vacation property. Usually we stay in a hotel and thought we would give a house a try. We found a place that was suitable for our needs and welcomed our fur baby. Jo made our experience simple and was knowledgeable of the area. We get to the home and we were pleasantly surprised with the location. Close to the beach and far enough away from the downtown area that everything was peaceful. Nice fenced backyard for our 2.5 year old and our dog. The home was clean and comfortable bed. For what it was worth, it was perfect and hope to come back soon. Thank you again The Roberson Family
