Top Scooter rental services in Barcelona, Spain

These guys don’t have insurance for their bicycles in the case of them being stolen. Or maybe they do and are running a scam. Don’t be fooled by what their agreement says: “Bike not returned—€300” also includes when it literally wasn’t your fault. I locked the bicycle up exactly how they instructed me to do so—and more, locked it to a lamppost—and they didn’t inform me of how often bikes get stolen in the city.

They said that the bike is “usually found” so they could get the €300 from me, but it still hasn’t been found.

The bike wasn’t a good ride either—had a wobbly back wheel. Definitely not worth the €300 I paid them for it when it was stolen. Don’t rent from these guys unless you can lock the bike safely within your home—maybe not even then—and once you’ve rode it.

Easy as can be we rented from them twice when we were in Barcelona one time without electric, which was awesome and then one with electric so we could explore even further cannot recommend enough best way to see the city in my opinion!

Great customer services, great prices, doesn't add fees for battery pack or helmet and locks def recommend! Take advantage of the 24hr pass, you can really save time with this around the city!

I had a great experience! We paid fast, we had some laughs, the worker was very polite and fresh and then off on the road we went. The bike had gears and it was very fast and easy to control. It felt like I was riding a stallion. Would recommend! 🤩

The bikes are not maintained. They are old. The service is not good. They didn't Care at all : the first bike we took had a broken wheel, the second no light despite we asked for it, the bicycles were not confortable (heavy, no basket nor Gear)

Auf der Website, sowie vor Ort werden verschiedene Preise kommuniziert. Die Preisdifferenz war gross. Als wir den Anbieter auf die Differenz angesprochen haben, lachte er und meinte, es ist ein Marketing-Move um Kunden zu gewinnen und ihnen dann später mehr zu verrechnen. Aus diesem Grund haben wir die Fahrräder nicht wie geplant knapp 1 Woche genommen, sondern lediglich paar Tage. Die Fahrräder an sich sind in Ordnung für den Preis. Die dreiste Art jedoch nicht.
Fazit: Die Preise auf der Website stimmen nicht! Es ist teurer als erwartet.

One of the salesman was very unfriendly. As we approached we saw alot of diffrent prices, others than we saw on the website (very irritating). When we asked the salesman about that, the only answer was „the prices on the website are only for marketing purposes and do not count“ with a little smile. So be concious about the prices. We decided to rent 2 bikes anyway, but 2 days shorter than planned. The bikes were „ok“ and the returning to another salesman there was also good.
