The park rangers are super nice to show us all the animals and exhibits. My family learned a lot of fun facts regarding the salt marsh.
nature center was very peaceful and calm. there wasn't too much to look at but it was certainly interesting. we saw stick bugs, taxidermy animals, a turtle, two snakes, and even cockroaches. there's also a whiteboard that you can write what you saw outside, which i thought was pretty nice and interactive. the staff are also very nice and helpful; they showed us the animals and gave information about them.

tip: if you ever see an animal outside that you don't know, ask one of the staff there and they'll be happy to help you!
Nice place, but they close the restrooms way too early when many people are still at the park.
The nature center itself is usually closed to the public.
Trails are nice, restrooms not reliable after 5 PM.
Nice walking trail. Great way to spend time with family at this time. Best time to visit, probably early morning, nice weather by the water.
Honestly couldn't think marine was that beautiful, I loved biking there and around, it felt like I took a pause and left the city for a couple hours. Very peaceful and relaxing and a great spot for pics. Cute date idea as well!

A pleasant and scenic path.
A slice of quiet in Brooklyn.
Great views and a lot of different types of birds.

Went kayaking and paddle boarding over the summer, and it was super fun. The water is clean and flat, and you have a huge area to explore. Definitely felt like I wasn't in Brooklyn.
