Title: Disappointed with Customer Service and insulting kids.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at RAK branch that I feel compelled to share. While shopping with my daughter, who is only six years old, we encountered incredibly rude and disrespectful behavior from one of the sellers. Not only was their tone condescending, but they also directed insulting remarks towards my daughter.

This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and left both my daughter and me feeling upset and disrespected. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but there is no excuse for such unprofessional conduct, especially towards a child.

Despite addressing the issue with the store management, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy and action taken to rectify the situation. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency.

I hope that by sharing this experience it serves as a reminder for Marjan Dicount center to prioritize respectful and courteous customer service. No one should have to endure such treatment while simply trying to shop for groceries.

I love visiting Ras AL Khaima so I can have the chance to visit this awesome center! Their products and prices are truly unbeatable!

I guess the name “DISCOUNT” is not applicable… its pricey tho! Its not that so discounted comparing to other shops like Day to day , Valuebag ,top20 or even the Sun&Sand supermarket .. but MARJAN DISCOUNT is a bit pricey … example the same Shirt that u can find to day to day with the price of 10 dirhams its 35 dirhams to Marjan Discount .

The advantage is they have that pointing system that u can use as a money in the future..

Very good market. Prices are a little high than Ms Max and Day to Day. But still ok for this area if someone cannot access other markets.

It is a very wonderful place to take a walk. And also the fun of traveling with family is different.

You can buy all grocery items here, but Some products price high for other hypermarket comparison.

Verry bad experience with the number mention here ,i called to order something and im like 3 minutes far from the supermarket but for like 45 minutes they are not answering or just transferring me to oder numbers

I bought a shaving machine for 79 dirhams from here. When he wanted to come and use Pakistan, it was completely bad and the dead battery would not be charged. Been a disappointing experimentation

Stopped on my way to Jabal jais. Most daily provisions, food and drink. Helpful staff and pleasant shopping experience. Go for it.

A center where all things, including clothes, are available for a very reasonable price. There is a wide collection for items like clothes, garden equipment and even wonderful ceramic plates. Recommending the place for people who like to shop without emptying their pockets...

It Is big supermarket have branches all over Ra's Al khaima.all aswaq having Dubai Islamic ATMs and Etisalat kiosks,seperate mobile and watch shops etc

It's convenient, got items ,great staff, fast grap and go , it's location is very strategic nothing is close by as markets or shops and having a coffee shop out side of it makes it a great experience to buy a snak or a corrosion and grab a coffee

Aswaq is a gud choice to purchase ..Especially fruits section I like it very much.Very gud appearance's
