Un tres agréable moment grâce à Noa un thérapeute très professionnel et a
l'ecoute .En revanche , la porte du hammam était difficile à ouvrir, ce qui peut occasionner un désagrément, et ce fut mon cas de l intérieur !!, dommage pour un établissement de ce niveau . il manque des explications pratiques sur le fonctionnement des douches Néanmoins, un accueil très agréable et qualitatif ,plus de proximité et de surveillance dans la zone de bains serait un plus

It was my first time to visit such a place so I didn't know where to start with and the personal didn't help me. They just told me, go downstairs and try hamam and saouna. As a result, I was asking the clients for orientation.
On top of that, the door of sauna was broken and wasn't closing fully so the temperature was lost. Even for the hamam, it were the clients that adjusting the humidity.
About the gommage, I found it a bit unrespectful the way the employee treated me. I would prefer more communication about what she was about to do to me.sometimes it was painful as well.
As a result, I didn't find it a relaxing experience but rather stressful.
It's a pity because the place is beautiful.

Went for a couples supreme scrub and massage. We had a great time. The scrub was unexpected and fun, felt so smooth after. The message was excellent and relaxing.

Khadeeja was extremely nice and a gave wonderful hammam treatment. I would highly recommend seeing her!

I was here for sugaring and Malika was doing a fantastic job! She was very kind as well as super skilled and quick (which is great when it comes to hair removal!). Also, the place itself is really nice with a very relaxing athmosphere.

Une expérience si douce, reposante, ressourçante, un vrai bonheur pour ma compagne et moi-même.

Nous avons tout adoré, de l'accueil chaleureux, au spa en lui-même et sans oublier bien entendu le massage en cabine double.

It rivals the suicide forest for the most depressing place on earth. For €40 an hour you get a wet sauna and a dry one. The only problem is that the wet one is FULL OF MOLD. At the beginning of us arriving it was not even turned on which was a blessing in disguise since once they turned it back on the smell gets 10 times as bad. The tiles were grimmy and touching them made me feel dirty.
Just above the heating element of the dry sauna there’s visible burn marks, probably from a brave soul trying to burn this place down (unfortunately failed).
We left after around 10 minutes because I am allergic to spores and tried to get our money back. I was told that the manager was not there so I came back 2 days after to try and talk with him/her. Still not there. Asked for the refund and I was told that “a guy” would call me to get it sorted. It’s been over a week and no communication yet.

0/10 if you guys want to do something slightly more pleasant and healthy than visiting this dump give coal mining a try

Une merveilleuse expérience ! Nous avons passé avec ma femme une après-midi dans ce spa. Le tarif est un peu élevé, mais la prestation est clairement au niveau. Vous pouvez venir les yeux fermés, tout est fourni sur place (sauf le maillot bien sûr). L'équipe est très gentille et aux petits soins. La piscine et le spa en lui même sont parfaits. L'endroit et très propre, et malgré une visite un samedi fin d'après-midi, ce n'était pas bondé (j'ai cru comprendre qu'il y avait des jauges). Je ne regrette pas une seule seconde et je recommande ce lieu sans aucun doute pour un super moment de détente!

The installations are very nice, however the service is not good at all. First time we booked a massage and when we got there they said it was canceled because there was no one available to do the massage, they didn’t sent a message or anything to let us know. The second time we went we booked a deep tissue for my boyfriend and a relaxing massage for me. The girls at the reception were not very welcoming and also they didn’t even ask who was getting which massage, they end up giving us both a relaxing massage, my boyfriend had a sore arm so he really needed the tissue massage which is also more expensive.

I had such an amazing and relaxing time, the spa is absolutely beautiful and offers a variety of treatments from the HAMAM’s traditional scrub, to massages and beauty treatments. There is also a small restaurant that offers very healthy dishes and drinks. And the staff was the best!!

Overall it was a decent experience— massage, gommage, sauna. However, they charged me extra at the end for no reason. They told me I had booked a “weekday massage” scheduled for a weekend, so they made me pay more. Nowhere was this made clear on the website nor on my booking confirmation, so I felt as though they had unfairly charged me. The woman was very rude who checked me out and could not explain the reason why I was even able to book the “weekday massage” on the weekend (this should be impossible on the website). The service was mediocre and they should improve how they treat their clients.

Parfait pour un moment de douceur loin du bruit de Paris. Staff aux petits soins, poli et aimable. Vestiaire très propre.
Juste il manque d’explications pour les douches car certains jets ne marchaient pas ou c’était peut-être moi qui ne savaient pas m’en servir 😅

Très joli spa. Mais le plus les soins! Un massage des plus relaxants faits par Marine et Mélissa, très professionnelles et t d’une grande gentillesse. Nous reviendrons.

Superbe expérience au spa, très calme et propre. Le personnel est au petit soin et souriant. Le massage oriental réalisé par Marine m'a totalement détendu et était parfait, un grand merci ! 😊

Superbe spa dans notre chère capitale.
Il est difficile de trouver à la fois des soins de qualités, ainsi que l'accès à une piscine et à des dispositifs relaxant (hammam, douches sensitives..)
Quelques ajustements sont encore à faire pour atteindre l'excellence, mais j'ai réellement passé un beau moment.
Je le recommande!

良い雰囲気のプール。
泳ぐと言うよりジャグジー。
ミストサウナも広い。
小部屋はプライバシーを保たれている。
エレベーターにタオルを運ぶ従業員が一緒になるのがせっかくの雰囲気が壊れかねない。

タオルは豊富に用意されており、プールやサウナ上がりでも心配はない。
ホテルゲストは使えるヒトとそうでないヒトに別れる。

使えないヒトはエレベーターのカードキーでその階（-1）に行けない。

ホテルゲストとしてあくまで個人的な意見と思ってください。

J’ai réservé un spa en duo pour l’anniversaire de ma mère et nous en ressortons vraiment ravies !
Un grand merci à Micaela et Marine qui se sont occupées de nous, pour leur expertise et leur professionnalisme. C’était un veritable moment de détente et de bonheur dans un cadre raffiné.
L’espace piscine privée et hammam est très agréable et relaxant.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

J’ai passé un excellent moment au spa Carita. L’espace est très confortable et moderne; malgré la fermeture du hammam (il va falloir que je revienne pour le tester!) j’ai apprécié la piscine et le jacuzzi. La douche sensorielle avec plusieurs jets est super. J’ai adoré l’orage tropicale, une sensation génialissime 🤩 Le service a été aux petits soins, le massage topissime. Je conseille aussi, pour un petit the ou un verre, le patio.
