I had a similar experience, I went to one somewhere between Silver Spring and Chevy Chase and I order peanut butter, banana, and granola crunch on flatbread and a mango, strawberry, and banana smoothie. The peanut butter granola crunch was delicious but the smoothie tasted like the fruit that they used wasn't ripped and fresh, it had a bitter taste, but on 04/20/23 yesterday I brought the exact same thing, and I loved the banana, peanut butter crunch but the smoothie I only tasted the mango but no pineapple or strawberry at all but I've gone to other tropical smoothies and was very satisfied with everything, I guess it's who and how the ppls make it and whether or not if they use enough ingredients and the freshness of the fruit.

Made my peanut butter wraps sloppy. Also put granola when I asked for no granola which I can’t eat because of my braces. There is barely any peanut butter and a quarter banana . Don’t have time to get it fixed because I’m on my way to work. Now I’m hungry and my money is wasted. They weren’t even busy. Def won’t come back here

Everything is always fresh hot a d delicious!! I love how they have different items to try on the menu and always fast and friendly staff. Best food and services at the Iverson location out of all the Tropical Smoothie Cafes in Prince George's.

There is no kind of organization here. They gave my order to someone else because we both had the same name. the same cashier had us both, why not put a short description to separate the 2 or call out what kind of smoothie went with the name? I was waiting forever. And instead of apologizing and saying sorry they huffed and puffed like it was my fault and then made my order... No one touches base with you to see what you ordered or what you're waiting for or what your name is. I will not be visiting again.

Horrible!! I ordered online for pickup. I get to the store my food is ready. However the guy asked me if got any smoothies with my order I told him yes, the quantity and the flavor. Another worker came over and demanded to see my confirmation as if I was lying about the smoothies. I show her my confirmation to prove that I did in fact order smoothies and she leaves. 5 min pass still no smoothies. 10 min pass still no smoothies. I watched the workers make smoothies for customers who came in after me and ordered from the counter while I’m still standing there waiting for mine. Finally after 15 min of waiting I get my smoothie and my food is now cold. I will not be patronizing this location ever again.

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm at a loss for words 😕🤨😠 online order get there give my name no food! So i wait patiently! So then about 5 minutes later I ask again! Order was ready when I asked the first time! Well so I thought baha wrap isn't with my order. So of course now I have to wait for another 10 minutes 🙄 now remind you while I'm waiting patiently my smoothies are just melting away!!! But the real kicker to this is no one seems to care that I'm waiting for part of my order that was missing why because they didn't just spend $49 out of their pocket!!! Terrible!!!! Service Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Smoothies are very chunky and flavorless. Try not to come when they're busy, for the sake of quality.
