As a coeliac, I was so excited to come here. The food looked so tasty, the order was quick and easy. But the letdown to it was the potatoe waffles. They were barely warm.
The atmosphere felt dirty. There was a squashed tomato on the floor, which doesn't look like it was swept. The table was sticky.
It's not the best experience. Only rated 2 stars are the gfc chicken and coffee was good.

We reached Leon after a full day at London eye , aquarium, and cruise on thames. While we were exhilarated, we were also thoroughly tired, and it was good to find seating space to enjoy the food with a beautiful view right next to the tube station. This was our first time at this chain, and the food was very tasty, and service was quick. A good variety of options in terms of tastes with veg and vegan options as well.
A nice, clean restroom. Gave us enough energy to want to go and enjoy another hour at Picadilly Circus in our way back home.

Only concern is the AC in this place, they've been funny for a while now and poor team is having to work in such conditions! Shame! Hoping leon maintenance team will act quickly as it is unhealthy for anyone to work in such conditions! The team are all hero's to show up everyday no matter the maintenance issues! It's my second time in Waterloo Pure coffe shop I didn't have any idea what to order one of the guy his name was Hemanth he suggested me chicken picante the wrap was delicious,he is super friendly and smile person I brought my friends aslo yesterday he serve us again.
The food here is really nice and tastes very fresh. It's quite expensive at normal price (but that's the whole area) but they have 50% off on their deli items on a Friday after 2pm and will also be 50% off at different times throughout the week. I'd definitely recommend

We ordered catering from the team directly and they were great! Delivery was perfect and they catered to any dietary requirements and changed we had before the day. Food amazing as always. Thanks to the team :)
The best health bar in Soho! The staff was super friendly and quick. Food is so fresh, they have drinks and wellness shots as well! Minimal seating (2 chairs inside) but 10/10 recommend

I had breakfast at LEON this morning. This was my first visit and was very pleased with the quality and value for money. I had the Big breakfast box and I added sourdough toast. Everything was nice and hot and I would happily return next time I’m in Waterloo.

Just had my first meal from KICHN absolutely love it jerk chicken couldn't be more fresh 😋 1000/10 nice spicy salad was lovely as well but I add some feta cheese on top of it ! X

My experience was quite average. The staff didn’t appear very engaged, and due to the heavy takeaway traffic, it felt like I was sitting in a thoroughfare. When I inquired about Gluten Free options, I was made to feel like I was being difficult. It surprised me that a restaurant promoting itself as a healthy alternative didn’t offer gluten-free choices on the menu.
I’ve been to this place a few times now and the food is always 10/10.

Amazing restaurant in Stoke Newington! Wait staff are very attentive and helpful, giving food recommendations (are also very easy on the eyes). Went with my mum who had wanted to go for a long time, and didn’t disappoint. We shared the Stokey’s schnitzel between the two of us, and were both full. Schnitzel was cooked to perfection, and the accompanying salads were delicious. Food is very well priced for the portion size. Chef’s recommendation for dessert was the Basque cheesecake, and it was amazing! We were also given loyalty cards. Couldn’t recommend more.
Waited so long to come and was so worth it! One of the best meals I’ve ever had- schnitzel was fantastic as were the fries and the Waldorf salad. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. So recommended, can’t wait to come back!
I like Leon. It's a healthier fast food option. I had breakfast here and got the sausage and egg muffin, ruby red porridge, and a honey yogurt. Lots of seats outside. Some of the tables inside have damage patches and need replacing. Otherwise I would recommend coming here.

This is one of my favourite places to visit. The portions are huge; my partner and I shared one dish and it was enough. They also had homemade tiramisu which was a delight and I totally recommend. It’s great for having a chill evening out, watching people go by and tucking into the best schnitzel I’ve ever had!

This is genuinely one the best lunch places in soho, I’d happily eat here everyday. Very healthy but at the same time tasty. Extremely fresh. Super fast service. Their staff know how to do their job properly.
Such a good find. Not super cheap, £13 for a salad, but fresh tuna and fresh ingredients used. Portion sizes are good and the salads actually taste great. I went in and ordered take out, waited 5 minutes for food. There’s no seating really and looks like most orders are online.
Absolutely love this place. They make really really nice salads and I always feel healthy after. I love the feta and sweet potato salad. The tempeh is perfectly marinated as well. Nice kimchi pots. They have an app as well if you want to skip the queue and order ahead. It’s a bit expensive but for the quality, it’s great.

Lovely place for breakfast. Great setting and atmosphere. Lots of gluten-free options. The eggs benedict and berry granola dishes were delicious. Definitely recommend. Coffee was good, too. Staff were lovely. We would definitely go back.
This place is a joke. You cannot reach them. You cannot order from them. They do not update their availability. How am I supposed to order from them if there is nowhere to order. They do not pick up the phone. Uber eats, just eat and deliveroo all day this place is unavailable every single day. I’m sorry but this is a joke
This is one of my favourite food places in London, and the best chicken schnitzel probably anywhere! The portions are massive and the food is delicious. I order from here regularly. If you haven't given Schnitzel Forever a go, you need to try them. I cannot recommend more highly!
The deliveries haven’t improved. Took 1 hour 50 mins instead of advertised 25-50 mins. Lamb starter was just gristle. The Dahl was delicious though. Shame
Came here for dinner with a friend yesterday. Can't fault anything. Food was delicious, staff were very attentive and professional, and price was great for the amount of food and drink we had. Would definitely recommend.

The owner lied to me when I called him 3 times after my order was 2 hours late. He told me multiple times that the driver is 5 mins away... he maintained this lie for about 55 minutes. Eventually he gave me the drivers number (to seem credible), and I eventually heard the driver walk into the restaurant for the first time that night, I heard the manager say "this ones quite late, I've played the game with him and kept him waiting". The driver explained all this to me and apologised. Horrendous experience, and not the first time with these guys. I won't be ordering again.

I have been to a couple of Pure branches and they are mostly welcoming. I was on the ground floor and while finishing my meal noticed that this branch was extra joyous and very polite. It's good to see people smiling at the start of your day.

Terrible customer service. After waiting 1.5hr for my order I tried calling the restaurant, but they don’t pick up. On going to the restaurant to ask after the order they first couldn’t find the order, then when they did tried to tell me it would be another half hour - so I cancelled the order. At this point the restaurant owner told me that he didn’t care - perhaps that’s the problem! Can’t use this restaurant again, too unreliable and don’t care for their customers.
Pure Always provides the best food in London. Their food preparing process is too healthy. Always keep trust on Pure!
Had a great take out schnitzel burger, delicious flavours, nice and crispy chicken schnitzel. They were quick to make the burger and fries (10 mins). Staff were very friendly.
Had issues with risotto being undercooked. And not just me.

£8 for a coffee made in a bean to cup machine and a "fresh" wrap picked off a shelf like McDonald's. Greggs food at Birley prices. Avoid.

BEWARE. Prices advertised completely wrong, they’ll charge you £5 extra per meal than displayed and charge service charge for a quick lunch. The staff know exactly what they’re doing and try scam you out of money - will not be returning and advise you don’t. Picture is 2/3’s of the price you will pay. Can see why this is rated poorly - trust the reviews!
Work bought takeaway from this place. Menu is very healthy. Execution was average. Grilled chicken was dry and like leather. Carbs and Veg was fresh and plentiful. Well balanced. Disappointed by the protein.
Walking home from work this week I picked up menu from KV West Hill. Last night, we decided to put in a phone order. Were we delighted with our decision - Lamb dishes were delicious, rice wonderful (from someone who doesn't like rice) and I've never had nan bread so fluffy! To have poppadums thrown in free of charge was a delight - service was delightful from making the telephone order to the delivery - Couldn't fault the whole experience and the portions were glorious! Thank you so much - we shall be regulars and would refer you to anyone who loves Nepalese and Indian cuisine! Thank you:):):)
Although I did have good coffee before in this place , today I have been serviced by a guy called Kemal a flat white with very burnt milk that destroyed it completely. It literally messes your whole day ! Why such careless attitude!!

Typical overpriced food, standard for the area (£1.75 for a small bread roll). Find the service a bit uncomfortable, as usually end up getting asked what I want by four separate servers. All seems a bit inefficient.
This place is a hidden gem! It’s not by any means fancy, but that’s not what you want. What you want is authenticity, and Kathmandu Valley is unapologetically authentic. The food is fantastic, each dish feels like it was made individually for you that night. The ingredients were fresh, the waiters recommendations were spot on. I’ll be back very soon!
Best schnitzel I had in London hands down!! Had the chicken schnitzel with mashed potatoes. The seasoning was perfect, didn’t even need sauce. The herby butter on the schnitzel was excellent. The dish size is massive and very filling. Schnitzel light and not oily.

It was the first time that we ate at LEON, my sons enjoyed the food very much. The ordering system was very easy to follow, although the touch screen wasn’t working very well. Surprisingly we didn’t have to wait long for our food. The weather was nice, so we chose to sit outside and enjoy the views. Plenty of seating available in an open space.

I Bought an almond croissant from Pure in Waterloo station on Thursday 13 of July at 9.35 and it was dry and off the date. I was very disappointed and I had to throw it because it was too dry. Only one star enough and for the prices they are having it’s a scam.

Next to no chicken in harissa pot, again mostly rice. Two stars as offered a refund but won’t order from Pure again as they never put a reasonable amount of meat in any of their pots.
It was my first visit during travel to London, I really surprised when I saw for the first time place that think about different diets!!!! You can find all the information and ingredients in their website and they have options for gluten free, keto diet. Omelette was good and place was clean. But the coffee quality was not good. It was like a ready machine made coffee.
Just ordered off uber eats…. pictures looked amazing and with good size meat proportions. NO! you get a very small amount of meat and the steak had huge pieces of fat in it, it a low grade of meat. I’m reaching out to uber eats now to report them as i took pictures so they can see the food that comes looks nothing like what is advertised! Super Whack biz set up doing this yo people,

Beautiful cafè in Moorgate. The vegan options are fantastic. Ordered the vegan chickpea bowl and a vegan cranberry flapjack. Too elite. The service is prompt with very kind servers. This is a great place for a work lunch, seating downstairs is quiet and dimly light. There are places to charge your electronic appliances and different levels of seating.

Food was lovely, got the smoke, chargrilled jerk with tabbouleh salad. Ben said it'll be the best salad i've had recently and wasn't wrong. Great portion and a well balanced, great tasting lunch. Whilst there 3 customers turned up and went on about how good their wings are. I'll be back to try them today. 😋👌🏾
Last 3y we eat sometimes from this food and obviously 80% of our order is so Worse,yesterday we order fish was terrible today I'm all day whit stomach pain and in WC more of 10 times radicilios kitchen we never order again! This place has amazing vegan options and is pretty reasonably priced! I can here early on Wednesday and the whole downstairs is mostly empty allowing me to work remotely for a couple hours. They also have great free wifi. My vegan croissant and oat milk flat white are pretty affordable and taste good.
Were wondering why the rating is so polarised and now we understand. The food price and quality don’t match. The meals were prepared with zero care. Ham in Eggs Benedict was visibly hand torn which doesn’t look very appealing. Egg was overcooked. French toast was a nice brioche but soggy in the middle, probably undercooked. Staff didn’t seem very helpful. We payed a little too much for this meal

Another great Pure establishment. I love the fact that they have both still and sparkling water taps for anyone to use for free and that you get 50p off a hot drink when using a reusable cup. Top stuff. Clean environment with plenty of seats spread over two levels. Multi plugs make it easy to charge electronic equipment by plug or usb. I am unsure as to whether there is a toilet upstairs but there definitely isnt one on the ground floor. Friendly staff make for a great atmosphere in industrial style surroundings. Open til late (2230 on thursday when i visited) makes for a great place to grab a coffee before heading home or packing in some more work. My only comment is that it appears to be slightly more expensive than other stores just because it is in waterloo station - im not a fan of such price hikes so have rated 4 stars. A decent joint though worth visiting. Plus free wifi!

Good flavors, except they seem to think that EVERYTHING, including something like coleslaw should be spicy. Ordered the Moroccan chicken last time. Tasted good, but it was practically a vegetarian dish. Chicken was nowhere to be found.
