Very good food, service was good, nice man came over as we waited and asked if it was for here or to go. Food was good. I felt the value for the price we paid was fair. Most places I need two wraps to fill me up, here one was filling and was quality tasting!! Will be back !!!

I came in for a quick dinner. The sandwiches are my go to. Super filling after a work day and healthy for a great price. The soups are fresh and delicious too. It’s worth the trip. Highly recommend. Staff were super nice and friendly, even managed to happily accommodate all of my girlfriend’s requests.

Ordered a berri salad to go and added chicken, avocado, sweet potato. Came home to find the sweet potato uncooked and raw with the peel on. The salad bowl was only half full. For a $20 salad I expect for you to fill the container size you are selling. I’ve ordered the same bowl before and was a great portion size with the container full and cooked sweet potato. So disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

Got a fiesta salad and it was great! Portion size was great and everything was delicious and fresh! My only suggestion for staff would be to warm the chicken as it was cold, but overall had a great experience.

Very Very Disappointed and Uselessly Expensive Restaurant!!

I recently visited The Chopped Leaf and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Spinach Power Salad Bowl with grilled chicken, which cost me C$18.06. For such a high price, I expected fresh ingredients and a generous portion and include all ingredients as posted on their menu boards. Unfortunately, what I received was far from that.

The salad was not fresh, the Dirty Balsamic Dressing and the portion of grilled chicken was incredibly small, around 10 to 15 grams. It felt like I was paying an exorbitant price for very inexpensive food. The portions were very short, and the overall quality did not justify the cost.
I would give this place minus five stars if I could. It’s a uselessly expensive restaurant, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for value for their money.

Such a welcoming environment! The staff members are so friendly and helpful, Will and Akemi make the experience all the more enjoyable! The food is delicious, quick, and served with a smile every time. The environment is well taken care of with a great atmosphere, definitely recommend!

I've been here a few times for lunch when I'm in the area, and the quality seems to be declining as well as the customers. Empty other than staff having lunch.

Ordered 6 meals today for a party and they were all really good! The service was also great and Mike was super nice. Would definitely come again 😊

Came Friday March 1. They two staff members were accommodating with switching my noodle bowl to rice and really pleasant to interact with. My food was made great! And I was able to sit in peace and eat :)

This happened again. I purchased 2 Fiesta Salad and 1 Tomato Soup . The salads I got was not a full bowl and the soup was not full container either and was too watery There was some new crew serving today and I told him that the bowl is not filled and the response I got was he said yeah ….. I did not get what I paid for. I m a regular customer of this location and every time the other person makes I always get the quantity I paid for. If the quantity is reduced then they should better reduce the price too. I asked him where is the other guy who usually makes I go there every week and I asked him is he at ur new location ? And he said yes so since the server did not even said I agree bowl is nt full or let me add more I told him I should better go to that location. This is highly not acceptable. I am boycotting this location it was a waste of $35 today

I'm usually reluctant to give a 1-star review, but my experience at this restaurant was disappointing enough to warrant it.

The menu seemed promising, yet the service was a major letdown. There was only one staff member juggling both in-store and online orders, a significant staffing issue that needs the owner's attention.

The spicy chicken order was particularly underwhelming. The sandwich had just three small pieces of chicken, which was quite disappointing. I've included a photo for reference.

Our experience with the Santa Fe and Southwest salads was no better. Not only did the staff forget the dressings, forcing us to make a return trip, but we also found hair in one of the salads, which was the final straw in our overall poor experience.

Considering everything, there are definitely better dining options out there. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Really good FRESHI franchise to go to workers are great and even do special request as I ordered a bowl off the old menu that was discontinued and they still made it. The greens in the salad were top quality one issue I have is at other establishments their lettuce can be browning or fresh fruit mushy however here everything I ate was really fresh and I tasty. Five stars will eat here again

The 4 stars is only for the small portion size. It was over $30 for 2 bowls with chicken and tofu. Very expensive for such a small portion. I had 4 bites of the meat only. The restaurant is a good size with seating. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall the bowl was great but just too small. The staff seem pleasant and we’re quick with the order

One of the saddest sandwiches I've ever had. No idea what I was expecting but this is not it. Ordered through Uber eats and was super excited to try the sandwich. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich on multi-grain. The lettuce was browned, the chicken tastes gross, the buffalo sauce was not good. Overall the sandwich is not tasty at all. Even the Dell sauce on the side doesn't taste the greatest. There's just something about it that's off.
Won't be ordering from here again.

They use to serve their salads in boxes that were great now they switched to very small portions that are fit for a toddler. The lemon is just for comparison but the portions are outrageous now for the price. At least before we’d get a nice size box of salad now we get this?

The bowl I ordered was delicious! You order at the counter and sit and a staff member will bring it to you. The salad was full of fresh ingredients. The staff members were friendly.
The restaurant caters to vegans and those gluten-free.
Being vegan I selected bowl #2 and would get it over and over again.
The only thing was in regards to first impression: there were a lot of tables not cleared and cleaned, wasn't as tidy upon walking in.
I will be back, looking forward to it!
Went back a second time and tried a wrap - super fresh and tasty!
