Nice for a supermarket, won't get any non veg items just like DMart. They deliver from this mall when ordered from smart Bazaar. Washrooms are clean and tidy. They also have McDonald's and Domino's at entrance and 2 massage chairs at the exit. Getting autos who don't overcharge is a problem.
It's alright, not as cheap as DMart but atleast it has everything on the same floor. Washroom are also very clean and tidy. Atmosphere is also fine, few staff are also helpful. Most are ofcourse lazy and rude. There are also a couple of massage chairs at the exit which I enjoyed. The massage is reasonably priced. Also they're return policy is for 14 days but they don't give money back and only store credit.
Spacious mall for shopping....only one think I dislike....pegion do potty on clothes.....check before buying....

Only worst part is cashier line is super slow and staff just come in between to checkout. I hope they improve cashier experience and also include cashier check out line only for senior citizens.

Poor service employees were talking to each other at counter there was no help I had to wait till all the item is checked by them then I cnt put it in my bag I had to again go through security check and then only in parking lot I could put the products in my bags, mostly all products are either not available or in big sizes i also received a defective product you can't tell the difference due to packaging but the product inside the box was missing well I believe now not all big and fancy malls are great to shop local retailers give way better service and products compare to reliance Mall
Well located & well managed super market. Lot's of daily need variety are here. Excellent parking facility in dance traffic area. You can get everything for your need.

Some gift card payments done and that after bill not issued but payment from prepaid card deducted and that after waited for 2 hour in iskon, Ahmedabad mall and not getting any response from manager or sales operator and and they are not ready to give in written about payment deducted and ask for new payment. I made may payment through card and still not getting payment amount 2306/- in my card

It's also a big mall I'm comparison of d-mart and it has many things in it and it also has shopping shops you can also buy from there like trends but at this time there's less amount of shops you get

I don't know why there are 18 counters for billing. . . When only 5-6 counters are working. . Billing should be fast. . Pathetic response from the manager as well. .

Soni Sir is managing here. And there's is a hostel near this mall so they found students quite suspicious to stole things. They discriminate students only and check only students. Other citizen are allowed to exit freely here.

Situated near Iscon cross roads, it is one of the largest malls. It runs multiple offers and offers wide range of variety.
Only issue is with billing counter. It is highly time consuming and it always puts me off to go to this mall.
They have multiple counters but hardly few are open causing long queues. They really need to learn from Dmart stores in billing counter speed.

Great place to get shop for groceries, kitchen stuff, home stuff & many other things. Reliance smart is big just like it's name here you can get everything in different varieties & in different opinions. When you enter this place you get to see different product then in the corner you can find small clothing section we're you can find men's & woman sections, you can always get offer or discount product here. Then you go further you can groceries section on the right and on left you can see kitchen and home stuff. And before the billing counter you get to see fresh stuff and on that side you get to see frozen stuff and a indian sweet corner. And further after the billing counter you can find canteen type corner were you can get fresh stuff to eat & other staff having mukhwas, mobile cover & some other. You can also find some international food stuff here.

All in one place.you get all the grocery under one roof. Good offers and varieties. Although vegetables were old and there were less payment counters open even if it was weekend and there were longer queues.
Most of businesses closed and now this is an abandoned place, only Reliance is carrying out business for the sake of name. Reliance Trends is worth visiting.

Enjoy Holiday shopping at Reliance Smart with family. The store is located on prime location, well maintained with enough parking space, proper display of items with lebels & price tags with ongoing offers. Ground floor is dedicated for Groceries, Fruits & Vegetables, Household itrms with billing counters and mostly crowded. Very limited clothing options on first floor as compared to other malls in the city. Even some items are old & dated back.
This store dosnt provide Refrigerated products such as Milk/Curd/Ice Cream.
