I don't even waana give 1 star I just bought the paneer from there and seriously when i opened and my home it was smelling very badly... Worst very worst

1 - They are best at avoiding global warming, by simply not using ACs. All the time I visited I have never seen mall having its cooling at a pleasant range. Just after stepping outside we feel relaxed with outside conditions.

2 - every time I visit this place I am surprised with a new arrangement of the sections. I don't know why they are regularly changing the arrangements (just an addition into our frustration).

3 - Staff is very friendly, they don't let you understand if they are at work or at the garden doing some leisure stuff. They will be roaming here and there while talking on mobiles, or playing games. You will have to wait till they notice you.

4 - There are a number of billing counters here, but you have to bet, from which counter you're gonna get your billing done. Most of them are just not working (Obviously after calling them separately to get it done.)

5 - The amazingly fresh(not really) vegetable section, has many varieties. They take a lot of care that the items are simply untouched. Many vegetables and fruits are so not fresh, one will simply throw them in a bin.

6 - Many of the stock are near to their expiry dates. And the sections do not have proper tags to show offers and other information. You will have to carry them to billing and check. (Dmart has more friendly offers). Once I had bought a fortune besan pack without checking date, it was expired 2 weeks ago. Later got it replaced. They are nice and will do a replacement( not refund 🤬).

7 - Suggestion - check your bill properly before leaving, it happened with me that they have added an extra amount for some coupon, without proper information, they themselves don't know why it was added. After confrontation they raised a ticking. Ticket still in observation from February. No resolution. A guy from the store says it will never get refunded.

Worst service

One of the worst reliance smart I have ever visited. They don't have proper price tags on the shelves and the every time I visit there always been some issue with price. Such a shame, I tried escalating it to their staff and the manager but seems like no one cares. If possible plz avoid visiting this store.

Mall is good ,there is discrepancy in staff training I think manager is doing his duty very lightly staff are roaming here n there .although offers are there but still no costumers in such big mall .I visit every Wednesday..I do most of my shopping there to avoid overcrowded place dmart and to get benefits of discount

Reliance smart is possibly the worst place where you can get eatables for your daily home needs.

Most of their products are either expired even thought for some cases may not be on the printed date, but when you use them you will instantly understand that these products are expired ones.

They do not have good vegetables in stock and most of the items are on the verge of getting rotten.

As for the loose pulses etc, most of them have flies and other insects on them. Dont trust me, go and check for yourself.

Don't buy anything from this smart bazar. There is no issue with products or goods available here. I visited and purchased materials from store, but at time of billing I did UPI transaction for payment. From this point I felt why I choose Reliance smatt bazar. Because after transaction I received message from concern bank that amount of 2776 credited to smart bazar. But unfortunately cashier didn't received it. I started to show every possible way that, we could say evidence that transaction was successful from my end. During this discussion with cashier i heard and saw other peoples who did upi online transaction was starting to talked and doing enquiry about there transaction. All cashiers got instructions from supervisor don't take any online payment when they realised issue from back end server. All people whose amount got debited, suffered from this issue and eventually had to left from smart bazar with empty hands without took any materials for which they already paid. Accountant was giving assurance to me and other people as well that amount will be settle within 3 to 7 days. It's was very bad experience to not only to me but others as well who did transactions through UPI on that day. Now I am waiting to get back amount which was debited.

Very bad quality of food products, i purchased noodles and they were loaded with insects. Worstttt quality, dnt visit if you care about hygiene
