I was top-up 10€ at my prepaid phone to use only for 4 weeks. There are 2 options. One is top-up, Another is buying new prepaid sim card. But the staff tell me, it‘s same options. Because, they had no new prepaid sim card. Even though, it‘s expired in 2 weeks, it will be top-up automatically without extra charges.
Time passed 2 weeks. However, it‘s not properly working anymore. That‘s why, I went to this shop. But the staff said to me, I have to be top-up 10€ more. It‘s only solution.
In fact, they gave me incorrect information. At that time, I asked to them repeatedly abt top-up conditions.
In conclusion, They made me misunderstanding and wasted my money. Also, they’re so irresponsible for me. It makes me angry & annoyed.
