Totally misled me and screwed me over. I went into the store to get a basic mobile phone for my 97 1/2 yr old Grandmother. I had purchased a new phone on line to try to save a few bucks and went in to have it activated. I told the sales tech that I wanted a no contract, basic plan lowest gig package as the phone is just for her safety. Well SIR, send your phone back and save the money. I have a free promotional phone for just 29 bucks a month, no extras no contract. Well they don't give you any paperwork anymore, they just swipe their tablets, give you the talk,and it's over. You'll get all the paperwork in an email. Well it took a few hours but I got the pdf. It was a financed contract for two years, an upgraded phone not the promotional "free" phone,and the maximum unlimited everything plan.
Thanks Xfinity, my mobile experience was just as poor as my home equipment experiences. I sent my pre-ordered phone back when I left yesterday, so today I went in, paid off the phone, downgraded to what I asked for in the first place and will take the phone to my mobile carrier, who happens to be out of State, as I'm only staying here for work and make sure I stop giving Xfinity anymore money. Thankfully my work assignment will be over this year and I can get rid of all my stuff that costs almost double of my home state account. Beware!

I almost died today from one of their truck the guys was trying to cause an accident speeding going like 80 miles in a 40 miles.
Worst customer service ever! A lot of customers waiting and 3 people working. Well 4 but one guy just stands and signs you in. We've been here for 40 min so far and still haven't been called for to address what we came here for. I brought my mother in for some assistance with her Xfinity Mobile account.
I told her she needs to go with Verizon. Customer service is A LOT better. I would never have Xfinity for cell service. Do better Xfinity!!

Decided to edit this post... We walked in the store at 5:25 pm and we finally left the store at 7:56. They lied and said they go by first come first serve when you get there and give them your name. Total lie! A large amount of customers came in after us and they would help them. They used excuses that what we needed done takes longer. What the other customers needed was easier. Does that mean I want to sit there for almost 3 hrs!? It was a complete nightmare and I truly feel it was done on purpose because we were returning a phone 9 days after purchase. Which is before the 14 days you have. Another customer that came in and sat down ended up just as irritated as we were. She said they always cut her service off when she did in fact pay her bill. All I can say is look at the rating of this company.. it's currently a 2.8 stars out of 5 and I know exactly why. My advice stay away from dealing with this company.
Oh my God, this store is the slower Xfinity store I have ever seen they took so long more than 30 mins for one customer during slow hours I can’t imagine coming here anymore. It’s so inconvenient we been waiting for more than 1 hrs. The employees they like to talk long hours and get so districted and watch that big screen tv instead of doing their job.
Customer service is fine, but the actual internet is terrible. Like, we're in 2024 and the internet just randomly goes down on a Friday afternoon when I need to get work done. I've lived in third world counties, their ISPs blow Comcast out of the water. If you have any other option do not get Comcast.
I walked in when the store opened. No crowd or lines, but available seating if there had been. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service. I swapped an old cable box for a new one. It took about five minutes for the entire transaction.

Made an appointment the day before on my computer for Thursday at 5:15pm. Parked right out front. Walked in and was greeted by a very friendly woman with a tablet asking me why I was here. I said I had an appointment to return equipment. She knew exactly who I was and was asked to take a seat. My wait was less than 5 mins and I was called up to speak to another very nice person. Told him I was returning equipment. We joked around for a few minutes. He took my equipment and gave me a receipt for the return. Total time took less than 10 mins.

My experience was better than expected after reading these reviews the day before. :)

If you are okay to spend entire day theses people are super good, no one knows what is going on after keeping you 2 hrs, worst customer service
