Most unreliable employees... They committed to give one plus one year warranty and after sales support from reliance.... For my Fireboltt watch.... But denied.... Guys think twice before you buy anything from. Here....
When you buy anything from this store sales representative will give big commitments and when it comes to delivery their excuse is person has left from this store…. I bought one Fire Boltt watch from this store Mr Parveen theirs sales representative said if you buy from us we shall give your after sales support from here itself and one year extra warranty….. now after few months my watch has gone dead and I went to this store….. store manager refused any commitments and said Mr Parveen has left the job…. So funny…. I could have got this watch online at 3500 whereas I spent 5000/- and guess what my hard earned money is gone…. So guys never buy anything. From this store….. biggest liars are sitting here and no more after sales support…. It’s been 3 weeks making me run here and there….. BIG NO NO to RELIANCE DIGITAL ELANTE

Be careful if they sell you extended warranty. I purchased a washing machine and was proposed extended warranty for 3 years. Once i paid i came to know its not brand warranty but Reliance’s own ‘Resq’ warranty. During the whole conversation it was never mentioned to me and i had this impression whole time that its Brand warranty because their words are so carefully crafted you wont get a hint. So please confirm before you put money.

Poor service of staff.... Even not offers drinking water even after purchase.. Today purchased split ac.. Bad service of billing counters... Even after 2 hours of time spent drinking water not received even after demanding water about more than 10 times. Non sense staff
