I was there on November 12 at 18:50 . I ask for a product and the man who supposed to give me the customer service was so rude and didn’t want to sell me the product. Such a bad time

Elgiganten has misleading information for open purchases. It only applies if you buy online and it doesn’t apply if you buy from the store. No one will tell you that before you buy anything. The website only promotes the open purchases service jut doesn’t specify that you must buy your item online. It is useless to buy anything from the store. Choose a different company and buy your stuff online to get a better service

I had good experience with Kristina she helps me with services, and she are very polite.

People working in the store are extremely rude and try to blame customers for their mistakes. I went to buy a screen protector for my phone and the attender put it incorrectly on the screen as it was actually outside the phone body and on pointing it out she told me that they usually charge 119 kr for putting it on the phone. She was extremely rude on being asked to redo it.

Do not buy anything from Elgiganten! Worst customer service there is. I bought an iphone with the plan and it was suppose to be delivered to my home. However, it has been 2 weeks, I have no phone. The salesman in the store wrote a wrong phone number to delivery company and the phone got returned to the warehouse.I called the customer service phone and stayed there 2 hours on the line. Once I went to the store, the store manager sent me home, saying that we will cancel the current order and you can collect new phone from the Mall of Scandinavia the following day. Another week has passed and there is no conclusion to this ridiculious situation. Stay away from this company if you do not want to be stuck in this limbo. Nightmare. This does not even deserve 1 star.

I chose the premium service for changing the screen on my iPhone which supposed to include cleaning however the job was half done. Sure the screen was changed but the phone was not cleaned and refreshed as they promised.

I'll be honest, the price it's really good, hi quality products and what I like the most it's the fact they have real pros to install, setup and repair the phones, the unique place I find where sell and install the screen glass in Stockholm.
