I had a wonderful experience at Zagg in Downtown Crown. Carol helped me alot and was very informative about the types of protector and she did a great job placing the screen protector on my phone.

ZAGG in Downtown Crown is great! I went to get a case; the owner is the nicest lady! When I needed to replace my lens protector, the staff immediately looked me up and charged me $5 for the replacement part. I left with a phone that looked brand new, just because the cases are great and pretty durable! (I was shocked my actual phone and cameras weren’t broken based on what had happened). The cases are worth the money!

I have been to this store a couple of times. Carroll has taken care of me on both occasions. She's friendly, fast, efficient, and informative. If you need a phone case or screen protector for your phone, this is the place to get it. Once you get a ZAGG protector and register the product, if there’s damage to the product due to a drop, there is a warranty. Originally, I purchased a ZAGG product elsewhere and had to install it myself. I messed up the protector and had to buy a 2nd one. Don't bother doing that. Just get the protector at this store, and they will install it quickly and properly. It's worth every penny. I already had to use the warranty on a protector that cracked due to a drop. Paid $12, and they replaced and installed it immediately. Thank you, Carroll, for providing amazing service. I'll be back again.

My experience was amazing at ZAGG, I had a massive issue with the glass on my phone that needed extensive repair. The phone tech, Laiba, went above and beyond helping me with my issue even staying a little past closing time to fix my phone. 10/10 customer service and repair and would highly recommend.

Convenient location and great service. Bought Zagg screen protector from T mobile store that had lifetime replacement warranty. This place replaced the screen protector without any proof of purchase which was nice because it's hard to hold on to a receipt and at times you even forget to register your product. Thankful and happy overall.

I needed a new case for my I-phone X and they are hard to find. They had 4 to choose from at the store all on clearance. My husbands I-12 pro mac had a cracked back. They were able to replace it and it looks brand new. Very reasonable price.

The service at the Zagg store in Gaithersburg is excellent. The staff members are always courteous and helpful. Saffa-Khan was particularly efficient replacing a broken screen protector today. My iPhone 8 now looks as good as new, and with Zagg protection it may just last forever.
