horrible experience dealing with them.
paid them for a floor drain upfront, after paying the plumber to install we saw the pan wasn't pitch to the drain. took months and loads of stress to get a replacement from them and they didn't reimburse the cost of the plumber to install the new one

Omg this store is amazing. Great prices but what makes this even better is the service!! My husband and I have bought 2 TVs, the sonos sound system and now our new vaccum from here. Truly the best of the best not only in Greenpoint but all of NYC! Will be my go-to electronics store going forwards. Customer service is top-tier. I had an AC installation done, super quick and easy and most cost effective. Also got a microwave— purchased within 10 min. I spoke with David who is great, very friendly and both guys in the store were amazing as well.

So I went in looking for speaker a couple weeks back. Ended up getting a JBL party box. It's a small store but packs alot everything is clean and nicely organized. The staff was friendly attentive and knowledgeable. Got a good deal on it too that or salesman was just that good hahaha would Definitely come back and shop again.

Very difficult vendor. I just read the answer that owner post. He didn't mention a few details. 1. We paid for the Techs visit two times for over $ 550.we have not get the money back 9/9/2022. 2 the owner want it his way or won't be any other way.3. Any solutions for his own benefits. 4. Prove to everyone that you paid the techs. 5. The way of conducts business is orthodox for solutions to the problems . WARNING STAYED AWAY.
