This was my first visit to Pilates on George and it was absolutely wonderful. Michelle was an experienced teacher with great insight and exercise selection. As an out of towner they welcomed me and made me feel extremely comfortable in their studio. And what a beautiful studio it is! I will definitely be back on my next visit to Sydney!

I do pilates in shanghai many years. I just traveling to sydney for few days travel always being exhausted . Rhonda makes me feel better I liked she been my instructor. we had a very good time

I rarely write feedback posts, but I've had such a fantastic experience at Pilates on George that I really feel they deserve the feedback!
I've been going to the studio for 3 months. I'd been carrying a couple of injuries that had left my body well out of shape and I having done matt based pilates years ago I thought I'd try reformer (albeit there's far more than just reformer involved!). I also really liked the idea of the very personal service the team provide: I've been part of the group sessions where there are no more than 3 clients at a time (usually 2 based on when I've been going).
Communication from the team is always great and starting up was so easy. I've had two instructors (Lilly and Vic). I've been incredibly impressed by how professional and skilled they've both been at both identifying specific issues I have and running diverse and challenging sessions that have really improved my strength and flexibility. I come away from every session feeling better than when I walked in the door which is exactly what you want from this kind of exercise, helped by the fact the team are great fun too.

The staff at Pilates on George are amazing. They genuinely care for my body and have the expertise to help me achieve my goals.
I am thankful that I could manage discomfort and pain that I get from my scoliosis.

Pilates on George is lovely studio. The instructors are excellent. Jo leads a great team and the equipment and facilities are first rate. I enjoy every session at Pilates on George, and my body feels so much better for each visit.

I really enjoy coming to the Pilates on George Studio. Jo and the team are all terrific and inspiring instructors. I find it to be a safe, supportive and happy place in which to do my to Pilates sessions. I have gained so much body strength, flexibility and confidence in working with Jo and the team.

Jo is an amazing Pilates instructor, She is a stickler for technique, making sure that each move is completed correctly and modifying where needed for individual body quirks. I always walk away from a session feeling taller, stronger and happier!
During this year I have done sessions remotely via zoom, she did an incredible job of instructing using whatever props were available in my living room and ensuring that my technique was correct so I was still able to get a great session in. I can’t recommend Pilates on George highly enough, you won’t be disappointed!

Jo was recommended to me and she is amazing! I joined the new online format after a week in self isolation and was really impressed with the quality of the class. It was great to interact with everyone but I felt like I got so much personal attention from Jo. I am a Physio and I really appreciated the obvious care taken to correct technique and keep everyone working to the best of their ability. Her therapeutic approach to strengthening really stood out and I would have no concerns referring anyone injured or new to pilates to this studio as I am confident they are in safe hands with Jo. Thanks Jo for breaking my isolation funk and helping me fine tune my technique!
