I recently tried the gym for two months and I really liked it. The trainer session was excellent, the trainer took the time to explain my measurement/bmi results, explained how the machines worked and gave me a customized exercise program. They recently added the Sensopro machine that I really love, and they have a new infrared sauna! They have a big parking, which is a plus!

Disappointed that the communication around the wellness package is confusing. Something that is described as for 3 months is not usually renewed automatically. Also terms of the contract was sent to me only when I realized about the default renewals. Very little flexibility to find a solution that keeps a customer.

Otherwise the service was good, a few times on weekends lacking (no towels), but my main dissatisfaction is whit the communication of commercial policy and lack of flexibility.

It's extremely frustrating to find out that the contract is only annual, and even if you wish to cancel it, you still have to keep paying. I've realized that for just one month of gym access, I'll end up paying over 1800 CHF. This type of contract policy seems incredibly unfair, and I wish it were different. I hope the gym can reconsider this policy and provide more flexible options for their customers. It's important to express dissatisfaction constructively and respectfully, without resorting to harmful language or sentiments. I hope this gym burns down

Extremely unfriendly. We wanted to grab a coffee to go but were immediately asked to leave (in a very unfriendly manner) the bistro because they don’t want strollers inside. Not even to order something to go. You are expected to leave your baby outside on the street even though it was empty and we were not blocking the way for anyone. Very disappointing.

Ich habe nun mein Abo gekündigt. Grund dafür ist das unprofessionelle verhalten. Ich stand schon des öfteren vor verschlossenen Türen da mein Batch aus unerklärlichen Gründen nicht funktionierte. Ich habe angerufen damit mich jemand reinlässt, doch niemand hat das Telefon abgenommen. Dies ist mir nicht zum ersten mal passiert. Für den Preis den man bezahlt ein absolutes no go. Auch wurde mir nicht geholfen wenn ich ein Problem mit den Geräten hatte. Ich war des öfteren auf der Suche nach einem Mitarbeiter der mir vielleicht helfen könnte, doch niemand war da. Auch beim Empfang im zweiten Stock war niemand zu sehen. Sehr schade

Careful!! They will take your credit card and will subscribe without confirmation. They dont stop there: they will charge and extend you automatically! There are dubious practises which basically means fraud. We are taking legal action..

The new management is just scamming customers.
Stay away from them.
It was much better under polygon fitness.

Saw a waitress actually arguing with a customer about the poor quality of her food and even challenging her. I would have visited almost daily during the COVID lockdown if the quality of service (and food) had been better. Otherwise decent location for simple cafe and dessert.

Amazing equipment! Very clean and very polite staff!!

I joined the fitness centre six months ago and am very happy. Personal training with Katja and Tara is wonderful. The other trainers are also very helpful if you have questions. The ladies at the front desk are always super nice and helpful. I have eaten in the bistro a few times, and the wait staff are always friendly. I enjoy the chicken caesar salad. It really is nice having this place in our community. It is one of the reasons why I like living in Küsnacht.

A nice cafe, wellness and gym with extremely helpful staff (Saskia, Katrin & Nadine). Recommended from a friend as a cafe owner in Zurich (looking for heating units..given corona and changing regulations) the ladies were so kind to speak to the heating units outside which were elegant & well fitting the decor. With a friendly chat and exchange they provided the company name as well as a few laughs. What else could you ask for. Professional and well recommended. Thanks a lot, Matthew Witt

We only stopped for a coffee break while biking. The staff is very unfriendly and with constant attitude, making you feel guilty for being there let alone wanting to order something! She gave us an angry attitude any instant we dared to disturb her.
We even got sassed when asking for the bill; (we thought we ask the other person there who might get less angry!) the girl rolled her eyes that she doesn't work for the cafe! How are we supposed to know who works where?!
Another note: during such strict covid rules, I don't see how the staff can walk around a tight cafe with customers either not wearing a mask at all, or wear it in varieties of ways which do not cover mouth and/or nose!!

Not a nice team, dont like it there, no good experience I think all ratings are fake because the gym wasnt cool and the sport equipment wasnt clean. The restroom could be more cleaned because that wasnt fine.

We visited BonnieFit cafe this morning. We ordered coffee and then wanted to order sandwiches or something similar to eat. We were told there would be a 45 minute wait. Totally ridiculous. Who is going to sit in a cafe and wait three quarters of an hour whilst one waitress painstakingly makes up food and the other stands chatting to customers. Apparently they were short staffed, but no apology was forthcoming. In fact, when I complained I was simply given a bit of attitude. Not good enough.

Great ambiance and up-to-date fitness concepts with small but excellent team!

Perfect place to work out, use the vapor ,sauna ,spa and beauty saloon plus and amazing juice bar and healthy options.Feels like a dream home for me.I can live there :)
