Their compassion and understanding of the emotional stress a family goes through when transitioning a loved one to a assisted living facility made the process seamless. My family had to make the very difficult decision to move my mother into an assisted living facility. Anyone who is tasked with making this decision is aware of how difficult it is to come to terms with a parent needing greater assistance than can be provided at home, and then ensuring that the highest quality of care is found in such a facility. Until I had found Juniper Village, I truly questioned whether we were making the best decision on her behalf, and whether she would be comfortable, safe, and feel regarded as a true individual.
My mother has been a resident at Juniper for over a month now, and I honestly cannot say enough about her level of care and the improvement in her quality of life. She is in a one bedroom apartment that we have been encouraged to personalize and decorate, thus making her a true home. She has the benefit of daily housekeeping with a kind and warm staff, and has been encouraged to participate in the myriad of daily activities. Prior to these experiences, my family had watched my mom become more frail and exhausted, and in and out of the hospital was becoming a norm. With the care she receives at Juniper, she is stronger both physically and with regard to her mental health. We are all (including my dog!), welcomed into the facility at all hours, and made to feel at home when we visit or take her out for a day trip. In speaking with every staff member, they are aware of my mom's name, her quiet and soft-spoken personality, and have made an effort to really get to know her. Every effort is made to ensure she is safe and well cared for, and I couldn't be more pleased. I truly believe that years have been added to my mother's life and we are so very grateful.

My loved one recently moved into Wellspring and she is getting excellent care. Alexandria, Joan and Megan have been amazing, the admission and the move-in process was seamless. The facility is clean, bright and comfortable, the staff are attentive and well-trained to work with dementia patients. We are grateful that we chose Wellspring, highly recommended.

My mother resided at Juniper Village Williamstown for many years. The staff was vigilant in making my mother safe and happy. They offered great activities and provided a warm and loving environment. I highly recommend the facility.

My family member moved to Juniper Village at Williamstown over a month ago. The whole staff in every department have been really wonderful with our transition and most especially Alexandria who was beyond amazing in every aspect. Everyone is friendly, kind, helpful, caring, attentive and knowledgeable. The building is clean and bright and has a great homey feeling. I go there almost every day and feel welcomed at my arrival every time. There are daily activities and I see the residents walking over to participate, which is great to see. Everyone is really nice and it feels like you are hanging out with new friends and family. My family member is a pretty picky eater and they are finding that the food is pretty good! Many people would find that to be a plus! If I have any questions the nursing staff and front office are always really understanding and knowledgeable. That is what I find to be the plus! From our experience, I truly recommend Juniper Village at Williamstown.

For 7 years I have seen how wonderful, caring and responsible Juniper Village is to its residents.
My mother was in their memory care unit and the care she received was above the norm. Mom's physical care was excellent and there were plenty of activities to keep mom focused.
After mom passed, I continued to go to Juniper as a teaching artist to paint with both those in Assisted Living and those in the Wellspring Facility. I have always found the residents happy and have enjoyed painting with them.
Juniper focuses on keeping their residents happy and engaged. I would highly recommend Juniper Village!

I have been an employee at Juniper Village at Williamstown for almost ten years. In that time, I have seen the community undergo many changes – changes in staff, changes in residents, changes in the administration – however, one thing that has never changed in those ten years is the level of individualized care and dedication that the management and staff show to each and every resident in their care.

If you are considering placing a loved one into an Assisted Living community, or if you yourself are in need of such services, I would strongly urge you to check out Juniper Village at Williamstown and stop by for a tour of the community. Very quickly you will come to find that the community is not institutional; rather, it is very homey, warm, and welcoming. Residents – who have been strangers to one another for the majority of their lives – become fast friends. Community activities foster interpersonal relationships while residents’ free time helps to maintain independence.

Freedom of choice is one of the core values of Juniper Village at Williamstown. Our residents are people. Just because they have come to be under our care does not negate their entitlement to the same rights and freedoms as anyone else. Our assisted living care staff respect the independence of our residents and never force them to do anything they don’t want to do, but are nonetheless always present to provide a helping hand should the resident require it.

Juniper Village at Williamstown has been a wonderful place to work these past ten years. I often say that it’s like having thirty or forty grandparents. Again, if you or a loved one is considering transitioning into an Assisted Living community, visit Juniper Village at Williamstown – you will not be disappointed.

I have had wonderful experiences with Juniper Village at Williamstown. The staff on all levels are attentive and friendly. Families are kept in the loop on their loved ones’ care. The memory support unit, Wellspring, does a great job in supporting those living with dementia.
