A very large and well stocked Billa with lots of shopping possibilities. We went here twice during our 2 week stay. I would highly recommend it.
It‘s is good, it is open during holidays but unfortunately some of its employees are not polite especially younger ones. They don’t even answer to our hello in the store check out. It’s not good for the brand MPREIS if it cares.
One of the only stores open after normal shopping hours and Sunday. Due to this it can get very busy in the shop but ideal if you need something urgently or arrived on a Sat night or Sunday

Open as early as 6 am. Has a lot of stuffs and also a restaurant/bakery/cafe with decent food. Perfect for waiting for the train. I forgot my bag on 27/12/2023 and was already in the train when I realized. I tried to call them, they picked up immediately and luckily they found and kept my bag until I picked it up.

Das Personal ist völlig neben der Spur. War am 15. November abends dort und hat ein Mitarbeiter einen großen Karton mit Heidelbeeren fallen lassen. Er hat dann diese aufgesammelt und wieder in die Behältnisse gegeben. Die waren dann auch völlig unterschiedlich gefüllt. Ansonsten ganz in Ordnung. Bei der Frische bei Obst und Gemüse besteht noch Verbesserungsmöglichkeit.
I have experienced that they scanned several smaller buns as larger breads and got overcharged a lot. I asked first and the cashier said no, not of course. I had to show the cashier a photo of the different breads to get a refund. I am not impressed by this store. Additionally the workes there are always unfriendly and not professional. Steer away unless you are desperate.
Cheapest supermarket in Innsbruck with a good fresh bakery section too, excellent for the passing rail-traveller in need of some quick calories. Friendly staff. All backpacks were being checked while I was there, so be prepared for that... the staff were very nice when I didn't understand their requests though.
It's one of the biggest SPARs in Innsbruck. You can find pretty much everything you're looking for here. They have a very nice variety of alcoholic drinks, diary products, spices and household objects and stationary products. Plus, they sometimes offer very good deals with red labels in different type of products. And, sometimes they make 25% of discount in different categories. For instance, there was a discount for textile products this week. Therefore, I added the photos of slippers I was looking for my husband.
I can recommend this for any vegan, they have so many vegan options to choose from. Also fresh vegan cakes and much more.
Eigentlich hätte dieser MPreis nicht mal einen halben Stern verdient. Wenn man etwas von der Feinkost braucht, kann man mit 10min Wartezeit rechnen bis mal jemand kommt, die dann nicht mal Deutsch versteht und mir statt Salami eine Extrawurst geben wollte. Wenn ich etwas fragen möchte, muss ich zuerst 5 mal durch das geschäft laufen, um dann von den Mitarbeitern, die so wirken als hätten sie nicht mal lust zu arbeiten, angeschnauzt zu werden. An der Kassa wird nur von einer Mitarbeiterin der zu bezahlende Betrag genannt und die anderen hören nicht einmal zu, wenn man mit karte bezahlen möchte.
It's one of the cheapest supermarkets in Innsbruck. Every week you can find very good deals. For example, l bought one kg nectarines for 50 cents only last month. And, I can also catch very nice deals for ground beef, chicken and turkey. The variety of the drinks they sell may change depending of the time of the year especially in alcoholic drinks, but right now they sell very good wine around 3,5€. In addition to all of these, you can also find fresh flowers there.🌹

Überteuerte Produkte, sehr schlechter Service. „Gewohnter MPREIS Service“? Dem widerspreche ich.
Ich war dort zeitgleich mit einem blinden Mann einkaufen. Er benötigte natürlich Hilfe bei seinen Einkäufen. Das bekam ich während meines Einkaufs am Rande mit. Er fragte den Mitarbeiter welcher ihm half nach Grillfleisch - dieser Griff nach einem Produkt, legte es dem blinden Mann in die Hand und meinte genervt „das haben wir zum Beispiel“. Sorry, aber wie soll der Mensch wissen, um welches Tier, welches Stück etc es sich handelt? Natürlich hat er dann auch gefragt, was er nun in der Hand hält, ob es mariniert ist oder nicht usw. An der Kasse war der Mann dann vor mir dran. Ihm wurde sein Klopapier quer in die Arme gedrückt anstatt ihm den Henkel zu geben. Ich meinte dann zur Kassierin „Ohje, das war ja jetzt kompliziert für den Herrn“ - ihre Antwort „Der soll froh sein dass man dem überhaupt hilft“.
So geht man nicht mit Menschen um. Mich sehen die nie wieder.

One of the best supermarkets in Innsbruck. They have a good variety of almost everything. Their budget brand is pretty decent too.

That's one of my favorite supermarkets in Innsbruck. You can find everything you're looking for here. There's even a restaurant part where you eat and drink something. Their brands called Clever, Ja & Natürlich are pretty good and cheaper than other well-known brands. I strongly suggest you to give them a try. In addition, it's possible to get 25% of discount for many products. They make very good deals in different categories in every two weeks. It's even worth going there to check what's there.

The supermarket is a particularly handy place to stock up at if your onward journey is taking you to one of the smaller towns/villages where their shops close early and/or don't open at all on a Sunday.

The staff of this store are very hardworking, the number of buyers in this store is high. Overall, very good.
Went and bought only two things. Payed with money and in return got less money than I should. It wasn't even busy. Explained the cashier everything but she thought that she gave everything correctly. I even showed her the money. At the end just disappointed.
Hofer for me is far more better than spar, the quality of products is better than spar budget , happy harvest products are good and prices are reasonable, also this branch is easily reached by the bus
Very rude staff
Nicely stocked and displayed products with a fairly good selection. They are open on Sunday which was great for our arrival into town. Had a coffee at the bar and was waited on by the most pleasant server.

Quite small and a bit run down compared to other branches. Staff was quite nice. It took a little longer at the checkout. I think the prices are a bit too high compared to Hofer.
Due to its location far outside the city, it is usually very quiet and tidy. Very spacious with great parking. There are other important markets around, especially for women. There is even a Burger King nearby. What more could you want? As always, prices are quite good, typical for Hofer.

Als jemand der in der Umgebung wohnt ist dieser M-Preis ein sehr toller Nahversorger, in dem man so ziemlich alle Lebensmittel bekommt, die man im Alltag braucht. Der Großteil der Mitarbeiter ist wirklich freundlich, entgegenkommend und höflich, allerdings machte ich am 07.10 eine Erfahrung, die Definitiv nicht dem mir bekannten Qualitätsstandard von M-Preis entspricht. Gegen 15:00 wurde die Kassa von einem Mann bedient, der weder Kleidung trug, die auf einen M-Preis Mitarbeiter hätte schließen lassen, noch die Kunden begrüßte, geschweige denn überhaupt mit einem Augenkontakt würdigte. Stattdessen plauderte er mit einer anderen Person (Auch kein Mitarbeiter) in einer fremden Sprache. Wenigstens schaffte er soviel Kundeninteraktion und nannte wenigstens den zu zahlenden Betrag.
Gebe 4/5 Sternen da es wiegesagt ein super Nahversorger mit einem eigentlich sehr tollen Personal ist, allerdings fand ich die oben genannte Erfahrung einfach nicht dem Qualitätsstandard entsprechend, den man von M-Preis eigentlich kennt.

It's a great hypermarket to buy plenty of house hold items such as home Electronic items such as iron Box , Vaccum cleaner and so on. Even groceries and meat items are available. Grooming products from various brands , Cosmetics are also available here. The employees and staffs were very polite and respectful.

Hofer is a leading supermarket chain in Austria where we can get daily items and prepaid SIM cards. The supermarket is relatively small but has important stuffs necessary. Some staffs understand English as well.

Horribly long queues virtually every time you go. Seems like nobody cares either. There is staff sorting the shelves watching on and it’s just what it is.

I really love this shop. Huge variety of vegan products, clean and organized. But the smell of the sewage is something very disturbing. Please make it fixed.

Nette, freundliche Bedienungen. Recht großes Sortiment von allem. Das Geschäft ist ebenerdig und gut begehbar. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Geschäft und auf dem gesamten Gelände des DEZ. Das Geschäft ist nicht im Inneren des Einkaufscenter sondern neben dem Einkaufszentrum zwischen MPreis und einem Bekleidungsgeschäft.
Leider kein frisches Gemüse. Brokkoli war schon komplett gelb, Kohlsprossen vertrocknet und Erdbeeren matschig und braun.
So wird das nichts mit der Frischware.

toller sauberer markt und ein Paradies für Menschen mit Intoleranzen!! Und freundliches Personal bin schon seit Jahren Kunde bei Denns! Komme gerne wieder kleiner Tipp vielleicht könntet ihr auch mal die Backmischungen von dr. Almond ins Programm nehmen da ich Histamin und Glutenintolerant bin gibt es bisher nirgends...und im Internet ist der Zustellservice sehr teuer! So was in der Art wäre mal etwas..

Cette supérette est pratique par son emplacement et propose malgré sa taille beaucoup de choix. Les rayons sont propres et rangés. Le seul bémol est l'attitude du personnel qui à défaut d'être professionnel, n'est pas très chaleureux voire froid.

This shopping mall has veriety of shops. Biggest is the supermarket inside. Enough parking places available. Just outside of mall has very nice restaurant. Service personal were very helpful and even tried to communicate in broken english.

if you stay near this supermarket, it is very likely to ho an buy your grocerys there. And as an extra this place isn't too expensive.

Oft wichtige Grundnahrungsmittel schon am Nachmittag ausverkauft - Milch, Brot und Eier braucht man ja gegen Ende des Tages sicher nicht mehr (einkaufen), denken die such wohl.

Great place, great staff, definitely expensive. If combined with Hofer across the street, then it works. Incredibly good for lunch - they have amazing burgers.
It's an okay grocery. This one is small compared to other Billa locations. They have a lot of food to choose from though.
They have wine and pocket rockets or liquor. There's a few gourmet candy selections.
