Misleading opening times (only the bakery and a small section of the supermarket open at 8.00, the rest opens at 9.30), rude cashiers. Interesting food selection otherwise but I personally find the fruit & veg department lacking (e.g. sometimes you can't even fruit that's in season - but all the exotic fruit is available lol).

Not everything so fresh.but something is fresh ever i tried here👍 but expensive than others supermarket.

Einen Epoisses Käse gekauft und daheim gewundert, dass schwarzer Schimmel auf dem Käse ist, welche bei der Sorte nichts zu suchen hat. Anscheinend war dieser Käse laut Verpackung auch seit 2 Tagen abgelaufen.
Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass man in einem solchen Laden bei jeden Produkt auf das MHD/Verfallsdatum schauen muss.

I have been shopping at Galeria Markthalle since years but I have had really bad racial slurs buy two Older German ladies at the Cashier. Both of them threw my receipt and started marbling. Today, I had that same treatment buy an older lady with tattoos at the cashier next to the wine area. I guess they do forget it’s our money that is paying their salaries. They really need a good training or they should retire.

I often purchase my groceries here as they do have a large range of fresh products and I have a Galeria customer card. However the attitude of the cashiers is generally hit and miss (most of the time rude). Today I went in with some fruit that I bought elsewhere (packaged separately in a bag which I was holding in my hands). The cashier looked at me in a very suspicious way and asked “the fruits are from here are they not?” I don’t mind being asked the question but her tone and facial expression were simply implying that I was trying to steal some berries from the supermarket which is absolutely ridiculous! Why should royal customers be interrogated by cashiers when there is absolutely no reason to do so?

I bought Mangosteen at GALERIA Markethalle about 2 days ago and opened them yesterday. They were all over ripened and weren’t edible. I brought them back today to get a refund but made a mistake and threw away the receipt the day I bought them. After discussing the problem about the Mangosteen with the manager. He kindly offered to reimburse the over ripened Mangosteen with a gift card. I was very pleased with the customer service and had to write a review. I will definitely go back in the future to buy my groceries there.

Alışveriş için uğradım en çok dikkatimi çeken yanı çok temiz olması idi. Tam istediğim ürünlere rahatlıkla ulaştım. Kasap bölümü de çok temiz ve çeşitli idi. Ayrıca tüm çalışanlar dost canlısı ve güleryüzlü. Böyle marketleri bulmak zor buralarda iyi ki varsınız .

Gecen hafta alışveriş yaptım buradan market sahipleri yeni devralmış lar burayi ürün yelpazesi fiyatı ve kasap bölümü oldukça güzel temiz kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum memnun kalırsınız

Es ist ein legendärer Markt, alle Produkte sind frisch und die Preise sind günstig. Die Besitzer sind immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit weiter so💪🏼😊

I am a steak enthusiast. I've tried various stores, and this one has the best meat in Frankfurt, by a huge margin. Some things are maybe a bit more expensive than e.g. Rewe, but the quality is far better - so the price to quality ratio is 100% worth it. Furthermore, the one time I had an issue with something I bought, the store staff immediately resolved my problem without hassle. Overall, I am a very happy customer. Would totally recommend.

Big, offer the variety of items. The last floor which restaurants are there is very cosy with the great view of the city would visit it again and definitely offer to visit the restaurant at least one time.

Very good meat and friendly staff.

Fresh meat. Usually not very crowded so the checkout is quick. Fresh vegetables and fruits are also available. I could also get fresh coriander and green chillies.

If you are a fan of Italian and Greek products and food, that is the right place. A bit on expensive side but they have a lot of goods and fresh sea food.

Be careful!!! The food is most likely already expired!!!! It’s not the first time that we’ve bought cheese in such a situation. The expiring date on the product is 20/4/2023. It was bought on 9/3/23 so it had 11 days remaining “life”. And -again. It’s not the first time! Most products are already expired or near the expiration date. Please be careful with this topic

Only second choice to Venos. Quality of fish lower, not well filleted (still needed to cut off a lot), smaller offering. Otherwise ok.

Leider nicht mehr viele vegane Lebensmittel mehr. Deshalb ein Stern weniger. Der Kassierer war sehr freundlich.

Viele vegane Optionen. Super stylish ist der Markt geworden. Immer wieder gerne hier.

This place is great, is basically a huge wearhouse full of food stuff from the Mediterranean with focus on Greek origin, but ofc it has Italian too. They offer sizes from individual packages and single bottle wine to a full Grana Padano cheese wheel clocking in at over 40kg. The staff were very friendly and spoke multiple languages - German, English, Greek, Italian and some slavic varieties. There is also a large choice of alcohol from popular to obscure. The wine selection is mind boggling and there is a dedicated person with extended knowledge ready to help and guide. This place is also accommodating for B2B purchases alongside the receipt they hand a printout detailing VAT and other taxes. I strongly recommend you give it a visit and make sure you have time to walk around.

Good selection of exotic articles, some of which are to be found nowhere else in Frankfurt! Prices are a bit higher than your regular supermarket, but that's to be expected for imported goods.
Very good selection of fresh fish too, which is often cheaper than in your regular local supermarket.

Same owner as the nearby Venos, but different sortiment of products.
